Abstract
【解決手段】最上層の上側膜層22及び最下層の下側膜層28を含む複数個の所定厚みの膜層による多層膜20を、内部構造付基板30の上面上に配置/形成する。上下両面に開口するよう各膜層に設けた膜素材のない空洞部によって、上側膜層上面開口420と下側膜層下面開口とを流体カップリングする多層膜内縦貫流路401や、上側膜層上面開口421〜426同士をグループ別に流体カップリングする多層膜内横流路402,403を形成する一方、基板30内には基板上面開口と基板前面開口312等とを流体カップリングし縦貫流路401と流体カップリングされる流路301を形成して、基板30、膜層28,22及びデバイス600を流体カップリングさせる。デバイス600は上側膜層上面開口420〜426と流体カップリングさせる。

Claims (6)
- 内部構造付の基板と、最上層たる上側膜層及び最下層たる下側膜層を含む複数の所定厚みの膜層を有し基板上面上に配置又は形成された多層膜と、を備え、
各膜層に、膜素材により埋められておらず且つそれぞれその膜層の上下両面に開口する1個又は複数個の空洞部が、その膜層がその隣の膜層と流体カップリングすることとなるよう、ひいては上側膜層上面に開口する空洞部のうち少なくとも1個と下側膜層下面に開口する空洞部のうち少なくとも1個とを流体カップリングする多層膜内縦貫流路が少なくとも1個形成されるよう、形成された流体カプラ。 - 請求項1記載の流体カプラであって、上記多層膜に、上側膜層上面に開口する空洞部同士をグループ別に流体カップリングする多層膜内横流路が1個又は複数個形成された流体カプラ。
- 請求項2記載の流体カプラであって、上記基板に、その基板の上面に加えその基板の他面即ち前面、背面、左側面、右側面及び底面のうち1個又は複数個の面に開口し、当該基板上面開口のうち少なくとも1個と当該基板他面開口のうち1個又は複数個とを流体カップリングする基板内流路が、少なくとも1個形成され、上記多層膜が、多層膜内縦貫流路のうち少なくとも1個と基板内流路のうち少なくとも1個とが流体カップリングするよう構成及び配置された流体カプラ。
- 内部構造付の基板と、最上層たる上側膜層に加え下側膜層を含む複数個の所定厚みの膜層を有し基板の上面上に配置又は形成された多層膜と、を備え、
各膜層に、膜素材により埋められておらず且つそれぞれその膜層の上下両面に開口する1個又は複数個の空洞部が、その膜層がその隣の膜層と流体カップリングすることとなるよう、ひいては上側膜層上面に開口する空洞部同士をグループ別に流体カップリングする多層膜内横流路が1個又は複数個形成されるよう、形成された流体カプラ。 - 内部構造付の基板及び基板上面上に配置又は形成された多層膜を有し、この多層膜が、最上層たる上側膜層に加え下側膜層を含む複数個の所定厚みの膜層を有し、各膜層に、膜素材により埋められておらず且つそれぞれその膜層の上下両面に開口する1個又は複数個の空洞部が、その膜層がその隣の膜層と流体カップリングすることとなるよう形成された流体カプラと、
上側膜層上面に開口する空洞部のうち1個又は複数個と流体カップリングするよう構成及び配置されたデバイスと、
を備える装置。 - 内部構造付の基板及び基板上面上に配置又は形成された多層膜を有し、この多層膜が、上側膜層及び下側膜層を含む複数個の所定厚みの膜層を有し、各膜層に、膜素材により埋められておらず且つそれぞれその膜層の上下両面に開口する空洞部が、その膜層がその隣の膜層と流体カップリングすることとなるよう、ひいては上側膜層と下側膜層を流体カップリングする多層膜内縦貫流路並びに上側膜層上面に開口する空洞部同士を流体カップリングする1個又は複数個の多層膜内横流路が形成されて基板の上面から他の1個又は複数個の面へと延びる基板内流路に多層膜内縦貫流路が流体カップリングされるよう、形成された流体カプラと、
多層膜内縦貫流路のうち1個又は複数個及び多層膜内横流路のうち1個又は複数個と流体カップリングするよう構成及び配置されたデバイスと、
を備える装置。
