Abstract
【解決手段】下記酸化物換算のモル%表示で、ガラス組成として、V2O5 10〜60%、P2O5 5〜40%、Bi2O3 1〜30%、ZnO 0〜40%、TeO2 0〜40%、R2O 0〜20%(RはLi、Na、K、Cs)、R’O 0〜30%(R’はMg、Ca、Sr、Ba)を含有するバナジウムリン酸系ガラスを用いた粉末材料であることを特徴とする。

Description
以下、実施例に基づいて本発明を詳細に説明する。
以上説明したように、本発明のバナジウムリン酸系ガラスは、500℃以下で良好な流動性を示す。さらにリン酸塩ガラス特有の耐候性の問題もない。それゆえ従来の鉛硼酸系ガラスと同等の性能を有する封着材料を作製することが可能である。したがって、本発明のバナジウムリン酸系ガラスを用いた粉末材料は、低温封着が可能であり、蛍光表示管(VFD)、電界放射型ディスプレイ(FED)、プラズマディスプレイパネル(PDP)、陰極線管(CRT)等の表示装置に用いる封着材料として好適である。
Claims (9)
- ガラス組成としてV2O5、P2O5およびBi2O3を含有することを特徴とするバナジウムリン酸系ガラス。
- 下記酸化物換算のモル%表示で、ガラス組成として、V2O5 10〜60%、P2O5 5〜40%、Bi2O3 1〜30%、ZnO 0〜40%、TeO2 0〜40%、R2O 0〜20%(RはLi、Na、K、Cs)、R’O 0〜30%(R’はMg、Ca、Sr、Ba)を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバナジウムリン酸系ガラス。
- PbOを含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバナジウムリン酸系ガラス。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のバナジウムリン酸系ガラスの粉末45〜100体積%と耐火性フィラー粉末0〜55体積%を含有することを特徴とする粉末材料。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のバナジウムリン酸系ガラスの粉末10〜60重量%と金属粉末40〜90重量%と耐火性フィラー粉末0〜20重量%を含有することを特徴とする導電性粉末材料。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のバナジウムリン酸系ガラスの粉末45〜100体積%と耐火性フィラー粉末0〜55体積%を含有し、表示装置または電子部品に用いることを特徴とする封着用粉末材料。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のバナジウムリン酸系ガラスの粉末45〜100体積%と耐火性フィラー粉末0〜55体積%を含有し、表示装置または電子部品に用いることを特徴とする絶縁層形成用粉末材料。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のバナジウムリン酸系ガラスの粉末45〜100体積%と耐火性フィラー粉末0〜55体積%を含有し、表示装置または電子部品に用いることを特徴とする隔壁形成用粉末材料。
- 請求項4乃至8のいずれかに記載の粉末材料と樹脂バインダーと溶剤を含有することを特徴とするペースト材料。
