Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも被検体100の測定箇所をカバーする、被検体に着脱可能なウェア本体120と、該ウェア本体の被検体装着時に測定箇所に来る位置に配設された線量計収容ポケット130とを備えた線量計装着ウェアの線量計収容ポケットに線量計を収容して、被検体に装着する。

Claims (23)
- 少なくとも被検体の複数測定箇所をカバーする、被検体に着脱可能なウェア本体と、
該ウェア本体の被検体装着時に前記測定箇所に来る位置に配設された複数の線量計収容ポケットと、
を備えたことを特徴とする線量計装着ウェア。 - 前記ウェア本体が、伸縮性を有する素材でなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記線量計収容ポケットの少なくとも開口部側の幅が、口すぼまり状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記線量計収容ポケットの少なくとも開口部側の幅が、線量計アセンブリの幅よりも若干狭く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記線量計収容ポケットを、隣接する線量計との間隔が、100ミリ以下となるように設けることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記線量計収容ポケットが、伸縮性を有する素材でなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記線量計収容ポケットに、測定箇所に対応する位置IDが付されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 各線量計収容ポケットを、被検体表面に沿うように3次元的に配置したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記ウェア本体が、被検体の頭部をカバーする帽子型とされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記線量計収容ポケットの一部が、被検体の眼を覆うように位置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記帽子型のウェア本体が、
被検体の頭部をカバーする半球部と、
該半球部に両端が保持された、中央で分割可能な眼当てベルト部と、
被検体の襟足をカバーするための、前記半球部から後ろに垂れ下がるエプロン部と、
該エプロン部に両端が保持された、被検体の頸部に巻付き可能な首当てベルト部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の線量計装着ウェア。 - 前記眼当てベルト部の半球部との接合部近傍に伸長回復性の芯材を装着したことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記ウェア本体が、少なくとも被検体の胸部をカバーするTシャツ型又はベスト型とされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記線量計収容ポケットの一部が、被検体の甲状腺の近傍に位置するようにされていることを特徴とする請求項9又は13に記載の線量計装着ウェア。
- 前記Tシャツ型又はベスト型のウェア本体が、
被検体の胸部をカバーするための、前胸部で分割して被検体の体幹に巻付き可能な胴部と、
該胴部に上端が保持された、腕の内側で分割して被検体の上腕部に巻付き可能な腕部と、
前記胴部に両端が保持された、被検体の頸部に巻付き可能な首当てベルト部と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項13又は14に記載の線量計装着ウェア。 - 請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェアの線量計収容ポケットに線量計を収容して、被検体に装着することを特徴とする体表面被曝線量分布測定方法。
- 前記線量計に、測定箇所を識別するための素子IDが付されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の体表面被曝線量分布測定方法。
- 前記線量計が、封入袋状部材に収納されたアセンブリ状態で線量計収納ポケットに収納されることを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の体表面被曝線量分布測定方法。
- 請求項1乃至15のいずれかに記載の線量計装着ウェアと、
該線量計装着ウェアの線量計収容ポケットに収容される線量計と、
を備えたことを特徴とする体表面被曝線量分布測定装置。 - 前記線量計に、測定箇所を識別するための素子IDが付されていることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の体表面被曝線量分布測定装置。
- 初期化された線量計がポケットに収容された線量計装着ウェアを線量計取扱機関から医療機関に渡し、
医療機関で被検体に装着して使用した後の線量計装着ウェアをポケットに線量計を収容したまま線量計取扱機関に戻して回収し、
線量計取扱機関で線量計の測定値を計測して医療機関に知らせ、線量計取扱機関で測定した線量計の測定値を保管機関で保管することを特徴とする体表面被曝線量分布測定方法。 - 前記線量計の測定値を、測定位置に対応する被曝線量分布図データとして線量計取扱機関から医療機関に知らせることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の体表面被曝線量分布測定方法。
- 請求項16乃至18のいずれかに記載の方法で測定した被曝線量分布を被検体IDの基に記録する記録手段と、
同一位置IDの基に記録された各被曝線量分布を積算する積算手段と、
積算した総被曝線量分布を表示する表示手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする体表面被曝線量分布提示装置。
