Abstract
【解決手段】 温度制御対象Pを低温から高温に昇温して温度制御するとき、温度制御対象P1、P2,P3の冷却通路8,29に残る冷媒4を冷却通路8,29から排出する冷媒排出手段を設けたことにある。冷媒排出手段には、温度制御対象P1の冷却通路入口8aからエアーを冷却通路8に送るエアー供給ライン11や温度制御対象P2の冷却通路出口8bに接続されたポンプ37や冷却通路29内の冷媒24が自然に排出されるように温度制御対象P3を設置する構成などがある。

Claims (4)
- 冷凍機で冷却された冷媒タンク内の冷媒を温度制御対象に形成した冷却通路に送り、該冷却通路で前記温度制御対象を冷却した冷媒を前記冷媒タンクに戻すようにした大気開放型の冷媒循環ラインと、前記温度制御対象を加熱する電熱ヒータとを有し、前記温度制御対象を低温に温度制御するときは、前記冷媒による冷却と前記電熱ヒータによる加熱とによって温度制御し、前記温度制御対象を低温から高温に昇温して温度制御するときは、前記冷媒の循環を停止し、前記電熱ヒータによって温度制御するようにした温度制御装置において、前記温度制御対象を高温に制御するとき、前記温度制御対象に設けた前記冷却通路内に残る冷媒を前記冷却通路内から排出する冷媒排出手段を設けたことを特徴とする温度制御装置。
- 前記冷媒排出手段が、前記冷却通路の冷媒入口から加圧されたエアーを前記冷却通路内に送るエアー供給ラインである請求項1の温度制御装置。
- 前記冷媒排出手段が、前記冷却通路の冷媒出口側に設けたポンプである請求項1の温度制御装置。
- 前記冷媒排出手段が、循環ポンプの運転を停止すると、前記冷却通路内の冷媒が自然に排出されるように前記温度制御対象を設置した構成である請求項1の温度制御装置。
