Description
The present invention can be easily processed for synthetic fiber (particularly linear aliphatic polyamide having an amide group, such as a registered trade name; nylon) product such as a stocking for women. The present invention relates to a synthetic fiber reinforcing agent that can be prevented or worn comfortably, and a synthetic fiber reinforcing method.
Various synthetic fiber products have been manufactured, and it is widely known that stockings such as women's pantyhose have improved significantly in recent years. However, the improved strength of these stockings is the tensile strength in the length direction. For example, the strength improvement related to the wire that cuts the fiber by being scratched by protrusions, the fact that it is broken, etc. Still not improved.
In order to improve the strength of synthetic fibers in this way, it is known to perform various treatments at the stage of braiding short fibers and long fibers, but this improves the strength of semi-finished products and products that have already been braided. Such a process was hardly performed.
Therefore, the present invention provides a synthetic fiber reinforcing agent that can be easily processed on a synthetic fiber product, reinforces the fiber itself that constitutes the synthetic fiber product, and can prevent transmission lines such as stockings. The sodium bicarbonate content was preferably 3 to 5% by weight, and the highest reinforcing effect was obtained in this range.
Thus, the three components of sucrose fatty acid ester, sodium malate, and sodium bicarbonate, which are the main components of the synthetic fiber reinforcing agent of the present invention, are chemicals that are industrially used for food addition. Since the safety is extremely high and each component is an inexpensive material, the raw material cost can be kept low.
Moreover, in the reinforcing agent for synthetic fibers of the present invention, various additives may be blended within a range that does not impair the reinforcing effect. For example, a perfume may be added to diffuse an appropriate aroma during use. .
Although this fragrance | flavor does not specifically limit the kind, safety | security is not impaired by using the thing approved for food addition like the said each component.
In the reinforcing agent for synthetic fibers of the present invention, water is used together with the above-mentioned components. At the time of use, water is further added appropriately and diluted.
In order to reinforce a synthetic fiber product using the synthetic fiber reinforcing agent of the present invention, the synthetic fiber reinforcing agent having the above composition is appropriately diluted with water, immersed in the synthetic fiber product, and then dried. Good. Note that the reinforcing agent composition used in the above processing method is subjected to concentration management as appropriate, and continuously or repeatedly circulated while adjusting the components appropriately so that the proportion of the constituent components is within the above-mentioned preferred composition range. You may make it use.
In the said process, the dilution density | concentration of the reinforcing agent for synthetic fibers is not specifically limited, For example, it can dilute and use about 10-100 times with water. Also, the immersion time of the synthetic fiber is not particularly limited and depends on the concentration of the aqueous reinforcing agent solution, but may be immersed for about 3 to 30 minutes, for example. Further, the drying is not particularly limited, and depending on the heat resistance of the fiber itself, it may be dried by a known method such as room temperature drying, reduced pressure drying or hot air drying. The synthetic fiber product may be washed prior to the reinforcing treatment, or may be treated without being washed because the synthetic fiber reinforcing agent itself has a washing effect.

The Therefore, for example, in products such as stockings, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of transmission lines and breaks.
Moreover, since the synthetic fiber reinforcing agent of the present invention also acts to shrink the synthetic fiber in a slight amount, it can provide a feeling of comfort (wearing feeling) like a new article in, for example, stretched stockings. Furthermore, since the antistatic effect is also exerted, the feeling of wearing is extremely excellent especially for a woman with sensitive skin in a dry season such as winter.
These changes, that is, the treatment effect, are considered to be due to the collapse of some of the micron-sized fine bubbles generated in the synthetic fiber and the contraction of the fiber.
Furthermore, since each component constituting the synthetic fiber reinforcing agent of the present invention is a chemical that is industrially used as a food additive or food as described above, it is extremely safe, and the synthetic fiber. There is no need to use a storage container to which a special material or treatment is added even if it is touched with bare hands during the treatment, or it is accidentally put in the mouth. Therefore, it is not necessary to use rubber gloves or the like when treating synthetic fibers, and a normal plastic tank or the like may be used as a storage container.
