Abstract
【解決手段】 調圧機構5を内蔵した本体部11に加圧流体を送給する供給接続具3が接続されるコネクタ2を備える。コネクタ2には供給接続具3の接続動作に応じて弁機構6を開作動する連係部材544を備え、調圧機構5はダイヤフラム52の偏位に応じて作動し圧力流体を2次圧力に調圧する調整弁55を備え、連係部材544と調整弁55とを分離形成してなる。調整弁55の内側と外側に流体の逆流を阻止する2つの逆流防止弁56,57を備える。

該隔壁部は、略中央に前記連係突起が貫通する開口を有し、前記供給接続具が接続される側と反対側には、前記連係突起を有したプラグを収容する略筒状のジョイントを備えていることが好ましく、前記ジョイントは、前記供給接続具が接続される側と反対側の端部に、該端部を被冠する除塵用のフィルターを備えることがさらに好ましい。

- 調圧機構を内蔵した本体部と、該本体部に設置され、加圧流体を送給する供給接続具が接続されるコネクタを備える調圧装置において、
前記コネクタには前記供給接続具の接続動作に応じて該供給接続具の弁機構を開作動する連係部材を備え、
前記調圧機構は、ダイヤフラムの偏位に応じて作動し導入された圧力流体を所定の2次圧力に調圧する調整弁を備え、
前記連係部材と前記調整弁とが分離形成されていることを特徴とする調圧装置。 - 前記弁機構は、略中央に該弁機構の軸のステム弁を有するものであって、
前記連係部材は接続動作方向に延びる連係突起で構成され、前記コネクタと供給接続具との接続時に、該連係突起の先端部が、前記ステム弁に接触して開弁作動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調圧装置。 - 前記調圧機構は、略円筒状の導入部材を有するものであって、
該導入部材は、接続動作方向の所定位置に、内方に向かって突出した隔壁部を有し、
該隔壁部は略中央に前記連係突起を有し、該連係突起は両側に、前記隔壁部を貫通する連通孔を有するものであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の調圧装置。 - 前記調圧機構は、略円筒状の導入部材を有するものであって、
該導入部材は、接続動作方向の所定位置に、内方に向かって突出した隔壁部を有し、
該隔壁部は、略中央に前記連係突起が貫通する開口を有し、前記供給接続具が接続される側と反対側には、前記連係突起を有したプラグを収容する略筒状のジョイントを備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の調圧装置。 - 前記調圧機構の前記調整弁の内側と外側に、流体の逆流を阻止する2つの逆流防止弁をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の調圧装置。
- 前記導入部材は、前記連係突起を囲む内周面が、前記供給接続具側に向かうに連れて開口径が大きくなるようなテーパを有するものであることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の調圧装置。
- 前記隔壁部の前記供給接続具が接続される側の面には、前記連係突起を貫通して、該連通孔を塞ぐ円盤状の除塵用のフィルターが固着されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の調圧装置。
- 前記ジョイントは、前記供給接続具が接続される側と反対側の端部に、該端部を被冠する除塵用のフィルターを備えたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の調圧装置。
- 調圧機構を内蔵した本体部と、該本体部に設置され、加圧流体を送給する供給接続具が接続されるコネクタを備える調圧装置において、
前記調圧機構は、ダイヤフラムの偏位に応じて作動し導入された圧力流体を所定の2次圧力に調圧する調整弁と、該調整弁の内側と外側に流体の逆流を阻止する2つの逆流防止弁とを備えたことを特徴とする調圧装置。 - 前記2つの逆流防止弁は、前記調整弁の内側に設置され、前記ダイヤフラムの偏位に伴って閉止作動する低圧作動側の第1逆流防止弁と、前記調整弁の外側に設置され、内部より噴出する圧力を受けて閉止作動する第2逆流防止弁とで構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項5または9記載の調圧装置。
- 前記第2逆流防止弁は、通路の開口を閉塞する弾性板で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項10記載の調圧装置。
- 前記弾性板が内部が発泡体で表面に非透過性の表皮を有することを特徴とする請求項11記載の調圧装置。
- 前記ダイヤフラムは、該ダイヤフラムの外周部を、前記コネクタ側の第1の面と、その反対側の第2の面の両側から、前記第1の面と共に前記圧力流体を収容する調圧室を形成する本体ケースと、前記第2の面と共に大気と連通する大気室を形成するカバーケースとに挟持されるものであり、

- 前記調圧室は、前記所定の2次圧力に調圧された圧力流体を排出する出口を有するものであり、前記通過溝が前記接続動作の方向の中心軸を挟んで、前記出口とは逆の位置に設けられたものであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の調圧装置。
