Abstract
【解決手段】細長い筒状の壁(12)を有するハウジング(10)を含む空調システム用アキュムレータを提供する。このアキュムレータは、ハウジング(10)にはめ込まれた内部熱交換器を有する。この内部熱交換器は、ハウジングの壁(12)と同軸に配置されたラジアル突起リブ(42)(44)を有する筒状の構造体(40)を備えている。

Claims (11)
- 細長い筒状の壁(12)を有するハウジング(10)、およびこのハウジング(10)に収容された内部熱交換器を備える空調システム用アキュムレータであって、前記内部熱交換器は、前記ハウジングの壁(12)と同軸に配置されたラジアル突起リブ(42)(44)を有する筒状の構造体(40)を備えることを特徴とするアキュムレータ。
- 前記熱交換器構造(40)は、外向きラジアルリブ(42)および内向きラジアルリブ(44)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアキュムレータ。
- 前記熱交換器構造(40)は、前記ハウジング壁(12)と前記ケーシング(10)内にはめ込まれた液体容器(30)の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアキュムレータ。
- 前記リブ(42)(44)は、前記ハウジング壁(12)および前記液体容器(30)のそれぞれに隣接していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアキュムレータ。
- 前記内向きラジアルリブ(44)間の間隙は、前記アキュムレータの低圧注入口(22)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれかに記載のアキュムレータ。
- 前記外向きラジアルリブ(42)間の間隙は、前記低圧注入口(22)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のアキュムレータ。
- 前記外向きラジアルリブ(42)間の間隙は、前記アキュムレータの高圧注入口(26)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載のアキュムレータ。
- 前記熱交換器構造(40)の中央領域に、チャンネル(64)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のアキュムレータ。
- 前記熱交換器構造(40)の軸方向の両端部にシール(50)(52)がはめ込まれており、前記熱交換器構造(40)および前記シール(50)(52)は、あらかじめ組み立てられた構成要素を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のアキュムレータ。
- 前記シール(50)(52)は、前記ハウジング(10)の前記軸方向端部を閉じる端部片(14)(16)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のアキュムレータ。
- 低圧注入口(22)および高圧排出口(24)が、一方の端部片(14)に設けられ、かつ高圧注入口(26)および低圧排出口(28)が、他方の端部片(16)に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のアキュムレータ。
