Abstract
【解決手段】エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体とユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土類金属珪素窒化物蛍光体との混合物からなる蛍光体ブレンドであって、該エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体が青色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体、青色−緑色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体又はこれらの組合せから選ばれる蛍光体ブレンドを使用して、高い演色指数(CRI)を有するエレクトロルミネセンスランプを作成することができる。好ましくは、該ランプは、少なくとも約75、更に好ましくは少なくとも約80のCRIを示す。好ましいブレンドは、約10重量%〜約20重量%のユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体を含有する。

Claims (28)
- エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体とユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体との混合物からなる蛍光体ブレンドを含有するエレクトロルミネセンスランプであって、該エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体が青色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体、青色−緑色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体又はこれらの組合せから選ばれるエレクトロルミネセンスランプ。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体が式:MxSiyNz:Eu(ここで、MはCa、Sr及びBaから選ばれ、z=2x/3+4y/3である。)により表わされる請求項1に記載のランプ。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体が式:M2Si5N8:Eu(ここで、MはCa、Sr及びBaから選ばれる。)により表わされる請求項1に記載のランプ。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体がMSi7N10:Eu(ここで、MはCa、Sr及びBaから選ばれる。)により表わされる請求項1に記載のランプ。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体がCa2Si5N8:Euである請求1に項記載のランプ。
- 該ブレンドが約10重量%〜約20重量%のユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体を含有する請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 青色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体がZnS:Cuであり、青色−緑色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体がZnS:Cu,Clである請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 青色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体が約400nm〜約470nmの波長で発光し、青色−緑色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体が約470nm〜約550nmの波長で発光する請求項1に記載のランプ。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体が約200nm〜約500nmの波長で励起され、約600nm〜約680nmの波長で最大発光を示す請求項8に記載のランプ。
- 少なくとも約75のCRIを示す請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 少なくとも約80のCRIを示す請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 少なくとも約85のCRIを示す請求項5に記載のランプ。
- 約0.29〜約0.39のx色度座標及び約0.35〜約0.39のy色度座標を示す請求項1に記載のランプ。
- 該ブレンドが約10重量%〜約20重量%のユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体を含有する請求項13に記載のランプ。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体がCa2Si5N8:Euである請求14に項記載のランプ。
- ユーロピウム濃度がアルカリ土金属イオンと比べて1〜10原子%である請求項2に記載のランプ。
- エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体とユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体との混合物からなる蛍光体のブレンドであって、該エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体が青色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体、青色−緑色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体又はこれらの組合せから選ばれる蛍光体ブレンド。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体が式:MxSiyNz:Eu(ここで、MはCa、Sr及びBaから選ばれ、z=2x/3+4y/3である。)により表わされる請求項17に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体が式:M2Si5N8:Eu(ここで、MはCa、Sr及びBaから選ばれる。)により表わされる請求項17に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体がMSi7N10:Eu(ここで、MはCa、Sr及びBaから選ばれる。)により表わされる請求項17に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- ユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体がCa2Si5N8:Euである請求17に項記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- 約10重量%〜約20重量%のユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体を含有する請求項17に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- 青色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体がZnS:Cuであり、青色−緑色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体がZnS:Cu,Clである請求項18に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- 青色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体が約400nm〜約470nmの波長で発光し、青色−緑色発光エレクトロルミネセンス蛍光体が約470nm〜約550nmの波長で発光し、そしてユーロピウム活性化アルカリ土金属珪素窒化物蛍光体が約200nm〜約500nmの波長で励起され、約600nm〜約680nmの波長で最大発光を示す請求項17に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
- ユーロピウム濃度がアルカリ土金属イオンと比べて1〜10原子%である請求項18に記載の蛍光体ブレンド。
