Description

The present invention relates to a bag-like container for storing a dialysis agent such as a solid dialysis agent mainly used in the preparation of a dialysis solution used for artificial dialysis.

There are two types of dialysis agents, liquid and solid. Since most liquid-type dialysis agents are occupied by water, and the weight and capacity are increased, the load of transportation work for dialysis medical workers is increased, and the storage space is also increased. Therefore, in recent years, when using dialysate, a solid-type dialysis agent (hereinafter referred to as solid dialysis agent), which is introduced into an automatic dissolution apparatus and dissolved in water to prepare a dialysis solution, has rapidly spread. ing. Currently, there are two types of containers for storing the solid dialysis agent: a bag type and a bottle type.
JP 2001-340447 A

Since the bag-type dialysis agent storage container is formed into a bag body with a flexible sheet material, similarly to the drip liquid container, there is an advantage that the bulkiness after use can be reduced. However, since the dialysis medical personnel manually open each bag one by one and put it into the automatic dissolution apparatus to prepare the dialysate, there is a risk of quantity difference due to human error. In addition, there is a high risk that foreign matter such as dust, germs, and human hair adhering to the bag may be mixed when the automatic dissolving apparatus is introduced. Further, there are problems such as contamination of the periphery of the automatic melting apparatus due to dust generation at the time of charging or malfunction of the automatic melting apparatus.
Further, when the bag body is cut and opened with a blade, chips of the bag body are generated at the time of cutting, and if the chips fall into the automatic melting apparatus, there is a risk of causing a malfunction of the automatic melting apparatus. Further, when the dialysis agent adheres to the blade, the blade is easily corroded by the components of the dialysis agent, which hinders the opening operation. And the dialysis agent adhering to the blade tends to absorb moisture and deteriorate. If the deteriorated dialysis agent is mixed in the dialysis agent in the automatic dissolution apparatus in the subsequent dissolution operation, the prepared dialysis solution may be contaminated.

On the other hand, if the bottle-type dialysis agent storage container is set in an automatic dissolution apparatus, the dialysate can be prepared fully automatically, and the risk of difference in quantity and contamination with foreign substances is lower than in the bag type. However, since the bottle is made of a material having higher rigidity than the bag type, there is a problem that even if it becomes empty after use, it is difficult to crush and reduce its capacity, and it becomes bulky when disposed as garbage.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and its purpose is to ensure that bacteria and dirt adhere to the portion that is connected to an automatic dissolution apparatus and discharges the dialysis agent until immediately before setting (use). It is intended to provide a bag-type dialysis agent storage container that can be easily prevented and the volume after use can be easily reduced.

According to the present invention, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a bag body made of a flexible sheet material and capable of accommodating a dialysis agent therein, and a dialysis agent discharge formed at the lower end of the bag body and communicating with the bag body. A dialysis agent storage container having a cylindrical outlet member that defines a passage, and closes the bag body side of the dialysis agent discharge passage in an openable state at a boundary portion between the bag body and the outlet member. A temporary closing portion is formed, the outlet member below the temporary closing portion is sealed, the gap between the sealing portion and the temporary closing portion is cut to open the discharge port of the dialysis agent discharge path and temporarily The dialysis agent that serves as a supply port for the dialysis agent when set in an automatic dissolution apparatus is configured to open the blockage and discharge the dialysis agent in the bag through the dialysis agent discharge path. The inside of the discharge path can be sealed with a sealing portion until use, and can be reliably kept clean. Therefore, it is possible to solve the inconvenience that dust and bacteria adhering to the container are mixed into the automatic dissolution apparatus when the automatic dissolution apparatus is charged. Moreover, the temporary blockage | opening part can be open | released in the state set to the automatic dissolution apparatus, and the dialysis agent can be dropped, and the dust generation resulting from discharge | emission of the dialysis agent can be suppressed. And the used container which became empty can be easily reduced in volume, and the disposal process can be facilitated. Furthermore, since the dialysis agent discharge path is opened to discharge the dialysis agent, there is no need to open the dialysis agent with a blade or the like. Therefore, chips of the bag body are not generated, and malfunction of the automatic melting apparatus due to mixing of chips does not occur. Further, the dialysis agent adheres to the blade and the blade is corroded, and the efficiency of the opening operation is not deteriorated. Furthermore, the dialysis agent that has adhered to the blade and deteriorated is not mixed into the dialysis agent in the automatic dissolution apparatus, and the possibility of contaminating the prepared dialysis solution can be eliminated.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the portion of the bag body near the dialysis agent discharge path is gradually reduced toward the dialysis agent discharge path, and the width of the dialysis agent discharge path is made smaller than the width of the bag body. Since the dialysis agent is discharged from the bag at a stretch, the inconvenience can be suppressed. Therefore, dust generation of the dialysis agent can be further suppressed.

According to invention of Claim 3, since the exit member formed the notch notch in the part located in the bag body rather than the sealing part among the side edges, it dialyzes by excising a sealing part. The agent discharge path can be opened, and the burden of preparation work for the dialysis agent can be reduced.

According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the opening operation member is provided inside the bag body, the upper end is fixed to the upper end of the bag body, and the lower end is provided to face the temporary closing portion, and the opening operation member is provided in the temporary closing portion. Since the temporary blockage portion is opened by relatively pressing the temporary blockage portion, the temporary blockage portion can be reliably opened, and the operation of feeding the dialysis agent into the automatic dissolution apparatus can be easily performed. .

According to the invention described in claim 5, since the protective member for protecting the outer peripheral surface of the outlet member is provided in a state where it can be detached from the outlet member, not only the dialysis agent discharge path but also the outer peripheral surface of the outlet member. It can be kept clean, and it is possible to further prevent the inconvenience that dust and bacteria adhering to the container are mixed into the automatic dissolution apparatus.

According to the invention described in claim 6, the outlet member can be folded so that the outlet side is superposed on the bag body side, and the protective member protects the exposed outer portion of the outlet side of the folded outlet member. Therefore, the size of the protective member can be kept small, and the cost spent for keeping the dialysis agent discharge path clean can be reduced.

According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, the cylindrical reversal cover part is extended at the lower part of the outlet member, and the reversal cover part is turned over to the upper side of the outlet member so that the entire circumference of the outer surface of the outlet member. Therefore, the entire outer periphery of the outlet member can be protected without providing a separate member.

According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, since the suspending portion is formed at the upper end of the bag body, it can be easily held by suspending it on the hanger of the automatic melting apparatus.

DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, the best embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a dialysis agent storage container according to the present invention, and shows a lower portion in section.

A bag-type dialysis agent storage container 1 includes a bag body 2 made of a flexible sheet material, and a cylindrical outlet member formed at the lower end of the bag body 2 and having a dialysis agent discharge passage 3 defined therein. 4.

The bag body 2 is formed by laminating, for example, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) vapor-deposited with silicon oxide or alumina, and forming a flexible synthetic resin sheet material (film material) excellent in moisture resistance and gas barrier properties into a cylindrical shape. The upper end is sealed by welding (or fusion), and a horizontally elongated hole 5 (corresponding to the hanging portion of the present invention) is provided at the upper end. In the lower part, the portion of the bag body 2 in the vicinity of the dialysis agent discharge passage 3 is formed into a shape inclined downward from both sides toward the dialysis agent discharge passage 3, that is, gradually reduced in width downward. Yes. The bag body 2 may be formed by overlapping two flexible sheet materials and welding (or fusing) the left and right side edges and the upper end thereof.

The outlet member 4 is formed integrally with the bag body 2 so as to protrude downward at the center in the left-right direction at the lower end of the bag body 2, and communicates the dialysis agent discharge passage 3 inside the bag body 2. The partition is formed with. The dialysis agent discharge path 3 is connected to the lower end (the narrowest part) of the reduced width portion of the bag body 2, and the width of the dialysis agent discharge path 3 depends on the size of the inlet of the automatic dissolution apparatus. The width is set to be much narrower than the width of the bag body 2.

A temporary closing portion (easy peel portion) 7 that can be opened by weakening the closing (sealing) strength is provided at the boundary portion between the bag body 2 and the outlet member 4 over the entire width of the dialysis agent discharge passage 3. It is formed in a band shape. In the present embodiment, the temporary closing portion 7 is formed by welding (or fusing) the polymerized sheet materials of the outlet member 4 and can open the bag body 2 side of the dialysis agent discharge path 3. Blocked. Therefore, the dialysis agent stored in the bag 2 does not enter (flow down) into the dialysis agent discharge path 3 in a state where the temporary closing portion 7 is closed. In the temporary closing portion 7 of the present embodiment, the sheet material is self-heated and welded by applying a high frequency for a predetermined time, and the peel strength of the welded portion is adjusted to be weak. Further, the temporary closing portion 7 is formed by bonding the bag body 2 back and forth with an adhesive that is difficult to adhere to the sheet material forming the bag body 2, or a welded portion (or fused portion) having a width smaller than the thickness of the sheet material. Or an inner bottom that closes the boundary between the bag body 2 and the outlet member 4 with a sheet having a lower tensile strength (or tear strength) than the sheet material.

Further, the outlet member 4 is a sheet material obtained by polymerizing a sealing portion 8 that seals the dialysis agent discharge path 3 on the discharge port side, that is, the lower side (outside) of the temporary closing portion 7 in a band shape over the entire width. It is formed by welding (or fusing) together. And the notch 9 is formed in the part located in the bag body 2 side rather than the sealing part 8 in the right-and-left both-sides edge part of the outlet member 4, and the sealing part 8 is prepared at the time of discharge (injection) preparation of the dialysis agent. And the temporary closing part 7 are cut off so that the sealing part 8 is excised, and the discharge port of the dialysis agent discharge path 3 can be opened (opened). The notch 9 is formed at a location where both side ends of the outlet member 4 are crushed back and forth and welded (or fused).

In addition, the dialysis agent is a powder or granule of a drug such as glucose, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, or sodium bicarbonate, and a predetermined amount is stored in the bag 2 of the dialysis agent storage container 1. Is done.

Next, an operation when the dialysis agent storage container 1 is used in a hospital where artificial dialysis is performed will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. First, at the time of use, that is, when charging the dialysis agent into an automatic dissolution apparatus (not shown), the outlet member 4 is cut from the notch 9 to cut off the sealing portion 8, and the dialysis agent discharge path 3 is removed. Among them, the lower part than the temporary closing part 7 is opened (see FIG. 2). When the dialysis agent discharge passage 3 is opened, the dialysis agent storage container 1 is set in the automatic dissolution apparatus. Since the dialysis agent storage container 1 in the present embodiment has a hole 5 as a hanging part at the upper end, a hanger (not shown) of an automatic dissolution apparatus is inserted into the hole 5 and suspended. The suspended dialysis agent storage container 1 is transported to the charging position above the dissolution tank 11 by the movement of the hanger, and connects the outlet member 4 to the charging port 12 of the dissolution tank 11, for example. When the dissolution tank 11 and the outlet member 4 are connected, the pressing member 13 is pressed from the left and right sides into the upper portion of the bag body 2 to sandwich the dialysis agent storage container 1 (see FIG. 3). Then, the bag body 2 bends and the dialysis agent inside is pushed downward, and the lower part of the bag body 2 expands. Then, the polymerized sheet material forming the temporary closing portion 7 is peeled back and forth, the temporary closing portion 7 is opened, the dialysis agent discharge passage 3 closed by the temporary closing portion 7 is opened, and the bag body 2 communicates. Therefore, the dialysis agent stored in the bag 2 passes through the dialysis agent discharge path 3 and falls to the outside of the dialysis agent storage container 1 and is discharged into the dissolution tank 11. From this, when set in the automatic dissolution apparatus, the dialysis agent discharge path 3 which becomes the supply port of the dialysis agent can be reliably kept clean by sealing with the sealing portion 8 until use. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problem that dust and bacteria adhering to the dialysis agent storage container 1 are mixed into the automatic dissolution apparatus when the automatic dissolution apparatus is charged. Moreover, the temporary blockage | closing part 7 can be open | released in the state set to the automatic melt | dissolution apparatus, a dialysis agent can be dropped, and the dust generation resulting from discharge | emission of the dialysis agent can be suppressed.

And in order to open the dialysis agent discharge path 3 and discharge the dialysis agent, it is not necessary to open it with a blade or the like. Therefore, chips of the bag body 2 are not generated, and malfunction of the automatic melting apparatus due to mixing of chips does not occur.

Further, the portion of the bag body 2 near the dialysis agent discharge path 3 was gradually reduced toward the dialysis agent discharge path 3, and the width of the dialysis agent discharge path 3 was set to be narrower than the width of the bag body 2. Therefore, the inconvenience that the dialysis agent is discharged from the bag body 2 at a stretch can be suppressed. Therefore, dust generation of the dialysis agent can be further suppressed. Further, since the notch 9 is formed in the portion of the side edge portion of the outlet member 4 that is located closer to the bag body 2 than the sealing portion 8, the dialysis agent discharge path 3 is formed by cutting the sealing portion 8. It can be opened, and the burden of preparation work for the dialysis agent can be reduced.

And when all the dialysis agents fall and become empty, the empty dialysis agent storage container 1 hung on the hanger is conveyed to the removal position. The dialysis agent storage container 1 that has been used in this way is a flat and flat bag. Therefore, the used dialysis agent storage container 1 that has been emptied can be easily reduced in volume, and the disposal process can be facilitated.

In the above-described embodiment, the bag body 2 is pressed from the left and right, and the temporary closing part 7 is expanded by the dialysis agent in the pressed bag body 2 to open the dialysis agent discharge path 3. The present invention is not limited to this. For example, the dialysis agent storage container 1 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is basically the same as the first embodiment described above, but stores the opening operation member 15 inside the bag body 2. It is different in point. This opening operation member 15 is a vertically long inverted T-shaped member provided with its upper end fixed to the upper end of the bag body 2 and its lower end facing the temporary closing portion 7, and is less likely to bend than, for example, a sheet material. It is formed of a member (for example, a thick synthetic resin material). Further, a horizontally long opening operation piece 16 is formed at the lower end of the opening operation member 15 with a width narrower than the width of the dialysis agent discharge path 3.

Thus, in the dialysis agent storage container 1 provided with the opening operation member 15 in the bag body 2, the outlet member 4 is cut and cut off from the notch 9 to cut off the sealing portion 8 (see FIG. 4 (b)). After the dissolution tank 11 and the outlet member 4 are connected, the upper end of the bag body 2 is pushed downward to bend the bag body 2. Then, the opening operation member 15 of the bag body 2 moves downward in the bag body 2, and the opening operation piece 16 is pressed against the temporary closing portion 7. When the opening operation piece 16 was pressed against the temporary closing portion 7, the sheet material in a polymerization state that formed the temporary closing portion 7 was peeled back and forth to open the temporary closing portion 7 and was closed by the temporary closing portion 7. The dialysis agent discharge path 3 is opened and communicates with the bag body 2 (see FIG. 5A). When the temporary closing part 7 is opened, the upper end of the bag body 2 is pulled back upward, and the opening operation member 15 is retracted from the dialysis agent discharge path (FIG. 5B). Then, the dialysis agent stored in the bag 2 passes through the dialysis agent discharge passage 3 and falls to the outside of the dialysis agent storage container 1 and is discharged into the dissolution tank 11. Thus, when the opening operation member 15 is provided in the bag body 2 and the opening operation member 15 is pressed against the temporary closing portion 7 to open the temporary closing portion 7, the temporary closing portion 7 is reliably opened. Therefore, the operation of charging the dialysis agent into the automatic dissolution apparatus can be easily performed.
Moreover, since the opening location of the outlet member 4 and the temporary closing part 7 to which the opening operation member 15 is pressed are separated, the opening location of the outlet member 4 is connected to the automatic melting apparatus and the connection location is sealed, and this sealed state The temporary closing part 7 can be opened as it is. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress foreign matter contamination from the connecting portion between the dialysis agent storage container 1 and the automatic dissolution apparatus and dust generation of the dialysis agent.

When the temporary closing part 7 is opened, the lower part of the bag body 2 and the outlet member 4 may be pushed up and the opening operation piece 16 may be pressed against the temporary closing part 7. In short, the temporary closing portion 7 may be opened by relatively pressing the opening operation member 15 against the temporary closing portion 7. However, if the upper end of the bag body 2 is pushed down and the opening operation piece 16 is pressed against the temporary closing portion 7, the connection state between the outlet member 4 and the dissolution tank 11 can be maintained. It is preferable because no dust or the like enters from between.

In addition, although the hanging part in above-described embodiment was made into the horizontally long hole 5, it is not limited to this, What is necessary is just to be able to suspend the dialysis agent storage container 1 to an automatic dissolving device. For example, it may be formed in a hook shape.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the outer peripheral surface of the outlet member 4 is covered with a detachable (detachable) bag-like protective member (protective film) 18 or the like, and the outlet member 4 is covered with the dissolution tank. If the protective member 18 is removed immediately before connection to the input port 12 of 11, not only the dialysis agent discharge path 3 but also the outer peripheral surface of the outlet member 4 can be reliably kept clean until use, and adhere to the container. This is preferable because it is possible to further prevent the inconvenience that dust and bacteria enter the automatic dissolution apparatus. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7, the outlet member 4 can be folded so that the outlet side is superposed on the bag body 2 side, and the exposed outer portion of the folded outlet member on the outlet side (FIG. 7B). A sheet-like protective member (protective film) 19 may be attached to the middle left portion) or the like. In this way, the size of the protective member 19 can be kept small, and the cost spent for keeping the dialysis agent discharge path 3 clean can be reduced.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, a cylindrical reversing cover portion 20 is extended at the lower portion of the outlet member 4, and the outer surface of the outlet member 4 is covered by turning the reversing cover portion 20 into the notch 9. You may comprise so that the perimeter can be protected cleanly. In order to store the dialysis agent in the dialysis agent storage container 1 of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 8, first, the lower end of the outlet member 4 is sealed below the notch 9 while the upper end of the bag body 2 is opened. (FIG. 8 (a)). Next, the reverse cover part 20 below the sealing part 8 is turned upside down, and the outer surface of the notch 9 and the outlet member 4 on the bag body 2 side (upper side in the figure) is covered with the reverse cover part 20 (FIG. 8 ( b)). Thereafter, the superposed sheet material on the upper side of the outlet member 4 is welded (or fused) to form the temporary closing portion 7 (FIG. 8C). If the temporary closing part 7 is formed and the dialysis agent discharge passage 3 is closed, a predetermined amount of dialysis agent is introduced from the upper end opening of the bag body 2 (FIG. 8 (d)), and the upper end of the bag body 2 after the introduction. Are sealed by welding (or fusing), and a hole 5 for suspending is opened (FIG. 8E). In this way, if the outlet member 4 is protected by the reversal cover portion 20, the entire outer surface of the outlet member 4 can be protected without providing another member. When the opening operation member 15 is provided in the bag body 2, the upper end portion of the opening operation member 15 is sandwiched between the upper ends of the superposed sheet materials forming the bag body 2, and the upper end of the bag body 2 is held in this state. What is necessary is just to weld (or fuse).

Moreover, if the tip end portion (that is, the upper end portion located on the bag body 2 side) of the inverted reversing cover portion 20 is adhered to the entire circumference of the outlet member 4 with a releasable adhesive member such as a double-sided tape, the inverted portion is turned over. There is no possibility that dust or the like enters between the reversing cover portion 20 and the outlet member 4, and the outer surface of the outlet member 4 can be kept more clean, which is preferable.
