Abstract
【解決手段】n−3脂肪酸(EPA,DHA等)に対するn−6脂肪酸(リノール酸、アラキドン酸)のmol比を、1型糖尿病の発病時期を遅延可能な程度にまで低くしたこと、または、1型糖尿病の発病率を低下可能な程度にまで低くした1型糖尿病用人乳類似油脂組成物。特に、必須脂肪酸であるn−6脂肪酸とn−3脂肪酸との比率を、4≧(n−6脂肪酸mol/n−3脂肪酸mol)に調整したことを特徴とする1型糖尿病用人乳類似油脂組成物。

Description
まず、注射によるインスリン投与の頻度が高いので、患者の負担が大きいという問題点があった。
図9は、子獣High−標準群(個体数10)の経時的な発病率と発病数とを示した図である。図9と図1とを比較すると、子獣High−標準群は、発病が観測されるのは2
0週齢からであるが、発病する個体であれば35週齢までで発病している、すなわち、発病期が幼少期にシフトしていることが確認できた。
図11は、子獣Low−標準群(個体数10)の経時的な発病率と発病数とを示した図である。図11と図1とを比較すると、発病が観測されるのは35週齢以降であって、最終的な発病率も10%であり、標準群と比較して明らかに著しい発病時期の遅延と発病率の低下がみてとれる。
これらより、子獣の餌の脂肪酸比が発病結果に及ぼす影響に比べて母獣の餌の脂肪酸比が発病結果に及ぼす影響の方が大きいことが確認できる。

- n−3脂肪酸に対するn−6脂肪酸のmol比を、1型糖尿病の発病時期を遅延可能な程度にまで低くしたことを特徴とする1型糖尿病用人乳類似油脂組成物。
- n−3脂肪酸に対するn−6脂肪酸のmol比を、1型糖尿病の発病率を低下可能な程度にまで低くしたことを特徴とする1型糖尿病用人乳類似油脂組成物。
- 必須脂肪酸であるn−6脂肪酸とn−3脂肪酸との比を、4≧(n−6脂肪酸mol/n−3脂肪酸mol)に調整したことを特徴とする1型糖尿病用人乳類似油脂組成物。
- n−3脂肪酸に対するn−6脂肪酸のmol比を、1型糖尿病の発病時期を遅延可能な程度にまで低くしたことを特徴とする1型糖尿病用育児用粉乳。
- n−3脂肪酸に対するn−6脂肪酸のmol比を、1型糖尿病の発病率を低下可能な程度にまで低くしたことを特徴とする1型糖尿病用育児用粉乳。
