(工程4)前記工程3で成形した3次元形状の成形品を射出成形用金型内にインサートし、前記成形品の裏面に射出成形樹脂を注入し、前記樹脂プレートと射出成形樹脂との間に介在させた接着剤または樹脂の熱溶着により一体化させて裏面層を形成する工程。
