Abstract
【解決手段】レース4は、ころ3の軌道面となる環状板部41の外径側に軸方向に沿うフランジ42を設け、このフランジ42の先端側全周に径方向内向きへ出っ張って保持器2の外径側に軸方向で引っ掛かる輪状係止片43を設けている。環状板部41のみに硬化熱処理が施されていて、輪状係止片43が環状板部41より軟質とされている。

Claims (3)
- 複数個のころを保持した保持器と少なくとも一つのレースとを非分離にしてなるスラストころ軸受であって、
上記レースは、ころの軌道面となる環状板部の外径側または内径側に軸方向に沿うフランジを設け、このフランジの先端側全周に上記環状板部寄りへ出っ張って上記保持器の外径側または内径側に軸方向で引っ掛かる輪状係止片を設けており、
上記環状板部のみに硬化熱処理が施されていて、上記輪状係止片が環状板部より軟質とされていることを特徴とするスラストころ軸受。 - 複数個のころを保持した保持器と少なくとも一つのレースとを非分離にし、かつ上記レースは、ころの軌道面となる環状板部の外径側または内径側に軸方向に沿うフランジを設け、このフランジの先端側全周に上記環状板部寄りへ出っ張って上記保持器の外径側または内径側に軸方向で引っ掛かる輪状係止片を設けてなるスラストころ軸受を製造する方法であって、
上記レースを、その環状板部にフランジを曲げ形成した段階で、環状板部のみに硬化熱処理を施した半完成状態としておいて、この半完成状態のレースに複数個のころおよび保持器からなる組品を組み合わせた後、上記半完成状態のレースのフランジの先端側全周を曲げることにより輪状係止片を得てレースと上記組品とを非分離とすることを特徴とするスラストころ軸受の製造方法。 - 上記硬化熱処理は、高周波誘導加熱コイルで局所的に行うことを特徴とするスラストころ軸受の製造方法。
