Abstract
【解決手段】密度0.25±0.03g/cm3コルク板の表面に、接着性樹脂組成物を塗布し、この接着性樹脂組成物を介して、熱硬化性樹脂板、突板または、突板を表面に配した合板のいずれかを貼り合わせてなる積層化粧板で、上記接着性樹脂組成物として、樹脂分35〜65%のエマルジョンタイプ、ゴム系溶剤タイプ、合成ゴム系溶剤タイプ、合成ゴム系ラテックスタイプの中から、上記熱硬化性樹脂板として、メラミン樹脂板またはポリエステル板のいずれか、上記エマルジョンタイプの接着性樹脂組成物として、アクリル樹脂系、酢酸ビニル樹脂系のいずれかを採用することができる。また、可撓性を必要とするときは上記積層化粧板の熱硬化性樹脂板の厚さを0.8mm乃至1.2mmとし、コルクの厚さを熱硬化性樹脂板の厚さの1乃至3倍とする。

Claims (9)
- 密度0.25±0.03g/cm3コルク板の表面に、接着性樹脂組成物を塗布し、この接着性樹脂組成物を介して、熱硬化性樹脂板、突板、または突板を表面に配した合板のいずれかを、貼り合わせてなる積層化粧板。
- 上記接着性樹脂組成物として、樹脂分35〜65%のエマルジョンタイプ、ゴム系溶剤タイプ、合成ゴム系溶剤タイプ、合成ゴム系ラテックスタイプの中から選択されてなる請求項1に記載の積層化粧板。
- 上記熱硬化性樹脂板として、メラミン樹脂板またはポリエステル板を採用してなる請求項1または2に記載の積層化粧板。
- 上記エマルジョンタイプの接着性樹脂組成物として、アクリル樹脂系、酢酸ビニル樹脂系を採用してなる請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の積層化粧板。
- 上記熱硬化性樹脂板の厚さを0.8mm乃至1.2mmとし、コルクの厚さを熱硬化性樹脂板の厚さの1乃至3倍としてなる請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の積層化粧板。
- 請求項5に記載の積層化粧板を、木質天板用芯材の上面から端縁に亘って貼り付けてなる天板素材。
- 上記積層化粧板の製造において、エマルジョンタイプの接着性樹脂組成物の塗布量を200g/m2乃至300g/m2、プレス温度を45℃乃至70℃、プレス圧力を10kgf/cm2乃至30kgf/cm2、プレス時間を3乃至5分に設定することを特徴とする積層化粧板製造方法。
- 上記積層化粧板の製造において、エマルジョンタイプの接着性樹脂組成物の塗布量を200g/m2乃至300g/m2、プレス温度を常温、プレス圧力を10kgf/cm2乃至30kgf/cm2、プレス時間を5乃至15分に設定することを特徴とする積層化粧板製造方法。
- 上記積層化粧板の製造において、ゴム系溶剤タイプ、合成ゴム系溶剤タイプ、合成ゴム系ラテックスタイプの接着性樹脂組成物の塗布量を500g/m2乃至800g/m2、プレス温度を常温、プレス圧力を10kgf/cm2乃至30kgf/cm2、プレス時間を30sec乃至60secに設定することを特徴とする積層化粧板製造方法。
