【解決手段】 非接触ICカード、タグまたはラベルのアンテナ6を、金属光沢を備えた導体からなるホログラム印刷層8の一部として設ける。仮に、ホログラム印刷層やホログラムシールを、非接触ICカードのアンテナとしてでなく、カードの表面に貼付したり、他の層との間にラミネートした場合、ホログラム印刷層の中の金属箔がアンテナに干渉して電波を吸収、反射するので、単に外見を似せようとすると偽造が余計困難となる。
