Abstract
【解決手段】 冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機1を備え、圧縮機1を潤滑するための冷凍機油が冷媒循環経路中に封入された冷凍サイクルにおいて、断面形状が略円形の微細粒子17を冷媒循環経路中に混入する。圧縮機の摺動面間に介在する微細粒子17により、摺動面同士の直接の接触が防止される。また、微細粒子は断面形状が略円形であるため、対向する摺動面が相対移動する際に微細粒子17が転がって転がり摩擦になる。したがって、圧縮機1の摺動部の摩擦係数が小さくなる。

Description
上記実施形態では冷凍機油中に微細粒子を混入したが、冷凍サイクルにおいては、冷媒は凝縮器2の下流にて液化して冷凍機油と相溶状態にあるため、あらかじめ冷媒に微細粒子を混入してもその効果は発揮できる。
Claims (12)
- 冷媒を圧縮して吐出する圧縮機(1)を備え、前記圧縮機(1)を潤滑するための冷凍機油が冷媒循環経路中に封入された冷凍サイクルであって、
断面形状が略円形の微細粒子(17)が前記冷媒循環経路中に混入されていることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル。 - 前記微細粒子(17)の断面形状は、円、楕円、および多角形の、いずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル。
- 前記微細粒子(17)は、C60、C70、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノホーン、およびクラスターダイヤモンドの、いずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル。
- 前記微細粒子(17)の大きさは、数100pm〜100nmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル。
- 冷凍サイクルの圧縮機(1)を潤滑するための冷凍機油であって、断面形状が略円形の微細粒子(17)が混入されていることを特徴とする冷凍機油。
- 前記微細粒子(17)の断面形状は、円、楕円、および多角形の、いずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の冷凍機油。
- 前記微細粒子(17)は、C60、C70、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノホーン、およびクラスターダイヤモンドの、いずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の冷凍機油。
- 前記微細粒子(17)の大きさは、数100pm〜100nmであることを特徴とする請求項5ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍機油。
- 冷凍サイクルの圧縮機(1)によって圧縮される冷媒であって、断面形状が略円形の微細粒子(17)が混入されていることを特徴とする冷媒。
- 前記微細粒子(17)の断面形状は、円、楕円、および多角形の、いずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の冷媒。
- 前記微細粒子(17)は、C60、C70、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボンナノホーン、およびクラスターダイヤモンドの、いずれか1つであることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の冷媒。
- 前記微細粒子(17)の大きさは、数100pm〜100nmであることを特徴とする請求項9ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の冷媒。
