Abstract
【解決手段】 ケースと,正極および負極と,前記正極と前記負極の間に介されるセパレータとを含んで,前記ケースに収納される電極群と,前記ケースに結合されてこれを密閉しながら前記電極群と電気的に連結されるキャップ組立体と,前記正極と前記負極のうちの少なくともいずれか一つの電極に電気的に連結される集電板と,活物質無しに前記集電板に接触される無地部とを備えた電極を含み,前記無地部は,前記電極群の外郭に配置される領域を前記電極群の中心に配置される領域より大きくすること,言い換えれば,前記電極群の外郭部を中心部より大きい拡張部を有することを特徴とする,二次電池に関する。

Claims (12)
- ケースと,
正極および負極と,前記正極と前記負極の間に介されるセパレータとを含んで,前記ケースに収納される電極群と,
前記ケースに結合されてこれを密閉しながら前記電極群と電気的に連結されるキャップ組立体と,
前記正極と前記負極のうちの少なくともいずれか一つの電極に電気的に連結される集電板と,
活物質無しに前記集電板に接触される無地部と,
を備えた電極を含み,
前記無地部は,前記電極群の外郭部を中心部より大きい拡張部を有することを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記無地部は,前記電極群の中心部から外郭部へ行くほど漸進的に拡張部を大きくすることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部は,渦流状に巻かれて,複数の層をなし,前記正極の無地部と前記負極の無地部は,対向配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極群の外郭に位置する無地部の幅が前記電極群の中心に位置する無地部の幅より大きく拡張部を形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部が前記電極群の中心から前記電極群の外郭に向かっていくほどその面積を大きくする拡張部を形成することを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部が前記電極群の中心に向かって曲がって前記集電板と面接触をなすことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部先端の両端点を連結する線が斜線形に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部先端の両端点を連結する線が階段形に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無地部と前記集電板が溶接によって結合されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極群はゼリーロール形態に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池は円筒形に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記二次電池はモータ駆動用であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
