Abstract
【解決手段】 炉内に浸炭ゾーン11、拡散ゾーン12、降温ゾーン13が順に配置され、炉内を第1段〜第4段の搬送ローラコンベヤ14−1〜14−4及び搬出ローラコンベヤ15−1〜15−5により第1段〜第4段の浸炭炉エリアI〜IVに区分し、予め設定された浸炭炉エリア順に従って焼入れサイクルに相当する間隔で各浸炭炉エリアI〜IVに金属材料を搭載した熱処理パレット50を投入して各浸炭炉エリアI〜IVでバラツキのない浸炭処理をすると共に、上記浸炭炉エリア順で各浸炭炉エリアI〜IVの降温ゾーン13−1〜13−4からの熱処理パレット50を焼入れゾーン21で焼入れ媒体内に浸漬してバラツキのない均一な焼入れ処理を行う。

Claims (6)
- 炉内の浸炭ゾーン、拡散ゾーン及び降温ゾーン内を順に搬送して金属材料表面への浸炭及び該金属材料内部への炭素拡散を行う浸炭処理と、該浸炭処理された金属材料を焼入れゾーン内において焼入れ媒体内に浸漬して焼入れする焼入れ処理とを連続して行う連続浸炭焼入れ炉において、
炉内の上流側から下流側に連続して浸炭ゾーン、拡散ゾーン、降温ゾーンが順に配置され、かつ該炉内をそれぞれ浸炭ゾーンから降温ゾーンに亘って連続する多段の浸炭炉エリアに区分する複数の搬送装置を有する多段浸炭炉と、
該多段浸炭炉の上流側に配置されて予め設定された浸炭炉エリア順に従って焼入れサイクルに相当する間隔で当該浸炭炉エリアの搬送装置の上流側に浸炭焼入れ処理すべき金属材料を搭載した熱処理パレットを順次投入するワーク投入装置と、
上記多段浸炭炉の下流側に配置されて上記ワーク投入装置によって各浸炭炉ゾーンにそれぞれ投入されて搬送装置によって浸炭ゾーン及び拡散ゾーンを経て降温ゾーンに搬送されて浸炭処理された金属材料が搭載された熱処理パレットを、上記設定された浸炭炉エリア順に従って当該各浸炭炉エリアの降温ゾーンから順次連続する焼入れサイクルで焼入れ媒体内に浸漬して上記金属材料に焼入れ処理を行う焼入れゾーンと、を有することを特徴とする多段連続浸炭焼入れ炉。 - 上記各浸炭炉ゾーン間を区分する搬送装置は、各浸炭炉エリア相互間の気流の流通を許容することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多段連続浸炭焼入れ炉。
- 上記搬送装置は、ローラコンベヤであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多段連続浸炭焼入れ炉。
- 上記各浸炭炉エリアの上流端、浸炭ゾーンと拡散ゾーンとの間、拡散ゾーンと降温ゾーンとの間をそれぞれ区画しかつ上記金属材料を搭載した熱処理パレットの該部通過時には開放して熱処理パレットの移動を許容する複数の開閉区画手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の多段連続浸炭焼入れ炉。
- 上記焼入れゾーンには、
上記多段浸炭炉の下流側に配置されて上記設定された浸炭炉エリア順に従って当該各浸炭炉エリアの降温ゾーンから搬入された浸炭処理された金属材料を搭載した熱処理パレットを焼入れ媒体に浸漬して金属材料を焼入れすると共に、焼入れ処理された金属材料を搭載した熱処理パレットを搬出する焼入れ用エレベータを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の多段連続浸炭焼入れ炉。 - 炉内の浸炭ゾーン、拡散ゾーン及び降温ゾーン内を順に搬送して金属材料表面への浸炭及び該金属材料内部への炭素拡散を行う浸炭処理と、該浸炭処理された金属材料を焼入れ媒体内に浸漬する焼入れ処理とを連続して行う連続浸炭焼入れ方法において、
炉内の上流側から下流側に連続して浸炭ゾーン、拡散ゾーン、降温ゾーンが順に配置され、かつ該炉内をそれぞれ浸炭ゾーンから降温ゾーンに亘って連続する多段の浸炭炉エリアに区分する複数の搬送装置を有する多段浸炭炉を備え、
予め設定された浸炭炉エリア順に従って焼入れサイクルに相当する間隔で当該浸炭炉エリアの搬送装置上流側に浸炭焼入れ処理すべき金属材料を搭載した熱処理パレットを順次投入すると共に、各浸炭炉ゾーンにそれぞれ投入されて搬送装置によって浸炭ゾーン及び拡散ゾーンを経て降温ゾーンに搬送されて浸炭処理された金属材料が搭載された熱処理パレットを、上記設定された浸炭炉エリア順に従って当該各浸炭炉エリアの降温ゾーンから連続する焼入れサイクルで焼入れ媒体内に浸漬して上記金属材料を焼入れ処理することを
