(1)1)ポリグリセリンの脂肪酸エステルと2)多価アルコール15〜80質量%と3)25℃1気圧で液体の油性成分15〜80質量%とを含有することを特徴とする、フォーム状化粧料。
(2)少なくとも2種のポリグリセリンの脂肪酸エステルを含有することを特徴とする、(1)に記載のフォーム状化粧料。
(3)前記少なくとも2種のポリグリセリンの脂肪酸エステルとして、ジグリセリンのモノ脂肪酸エステルと、デカグリセリンのモノ脂肪酸エステルとを含有することを特徴とする、(2)に記載のフォーム状化粧料。
(4)前記油性成分に於いて、その30〜80質量%がジグリセリンのテトラ脂肪酸エステルであることを特徴とする、(1)〜(3)何れか1項に記載のフォーム状化粧料。
(5)実質的に水を含有しないことを特徴とする、(1)〜(4)何れか1項に記載のフォーム状化粧料。
(6)温感を有する化粧料であることを特徴とする、(1)〜(5)何れか1項に記載のフォーム状化粧料。
(7)更に、グリチルレチン酸アルキル、グリチルリチン酸、アスコルビン酸、アスコルビン酸誘導体、アルブチン、トラネキサム酸、4−メトキシサリチル酸及びそれらの塩から選択される1種乃至は2種以上を含有することを特徴とする、(1)〜(6)何れか1項に記載のフォーム状化粧料。

しく、2乃至は3が特に好ましい。又、1分子あたりの平均の脂肪酸残基の存在数は、1〜4が好ましく、1〜3がより好ましい。脂肪酸部分については、例えば、炭素数10〜30の直鎖脂肪酸残基、分岐鎖を有する脂肪酸残基、環状構造を有する脂肪酸残基、不飽和結合を有する脂肪酸残基などが好ましく例示でき、具体的には、例えば、ラウリン酸残基、ミリスチン酸残基、パルミチン酸残基、ステアリン酸残基、ベヘン酸残基、イソステアリン酸残基、オクチルドデカン酸残基、オレイン酸残基、リノール酸残基、リノレイン酸残基などが好ましく例示できる。より好ましいものとしては、ラウリン酸残基、ステアリン酸残基、イソステアリン酸残基或いはオレイン酸残基などが例示でき、ラウリン酸残基が特に好ましい。特に好ましくはジグリセリンモノラウレートである。本発明のフォーム状化粧料では、かかるポリグリセリンの脂肪酸エステルは、親水性の界面活性剤であるものと、親油性の界面活性剤であるものの、それぞれ唯一種を含有させることも出来るし、二種以上を組み合わせて含有させることも出来る。本発明のフォーム状化粧料に於ける、前記ポリグリセリンの脂肪酸エステルの好ましい含有量は、総量で、フォーム状化粧料全量に対して、1〜20質量%であり、より好ましくは3〜10質量%である。これは、少なすぎると、安定な泡沫を形成しないからである。又、好ましい形態としては、親水性のポリグリセリンの脂肪酸エステルと、親油性のポリグリセリンの脂肪酸エステルを1:8〜1:1の質量比で含有することが例示できる。

本発明のフォーム状化粧料は、通常フォーム状化粧料が使用される製剤であれば、特段の限定無く適用することが出来、パック化粧料、クレンジング化粧料、栄養付与化粧料、マッサージ化粧料の何れもが使用可能である。これらの内、本発明の温熱効果が最大生かせる化粧料としては、パック化粧料乃至はマッサージ化粧料が挙げられ、これらに適用することが好ましい。又、この様な実施形態に於いては、有効成分も効率よく経皮吸収できるため、有効成分を含有することが好ましく、前記有効成分としては、抗炎症剤やメラニン産生抑制剤を含有することが好ましい。前記抗炎症剤としては、グリチルレチン酸アルキル、グリチルリチン酸及びその塩が好ましく例示でき、メラニン産生抑制剤としては、アスコルビン酸、アスコルビン酸誘導体、アルブチン、トラネキサム酸、4−メトキシサリチル酸及びそれらの塩が好適に例示できる。かかる有効成分の塩としては、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等のアルカリ金属塩、カルシウム、マグネシウム等のアルカリ土類金属塩、アンモニウム塩、トリエタノールアミン塩、トリエチルアミン塩等の有機アミン塩類、リジン塩、アルギニン塩等の塩基性アミノ酸塩等が好ましく例示できる。又、アスコルビン酸の誘導体としては、アスコルビン酸−2−グルコシド等のような配糖体、アスコルビン
酸2リン酸塩などのリン酸エステル類などが好適に例示できる。かかる成分は唯一種を含有させることも出来るし、二種以上を含有させることも出来る。本発明の化粧料に於ける抗炎症剤或いはメラニン産生抑制剤の好ましい含有量は、それぞれ、0.01〜10質量%であり、より好ましくは0.03〜5質量%である。これらの有効成分を含有する場合に於いて、本発明のフォーム状化粧料は、それぞれの効能を訴求した医薬部外品とすることが好ましく、前記医薬部外品に於いては、安全性と有効性をより具体的に具現化するために、抗炎症作用を有する旨或いはメラニン産生抑制作用を有する旨と、使用態様において、炎症の存する箇所乃至はメラニンの産生が亢進している或いは亢進するであろう箇所に、一日1回乃至は数回適量を塗布する旨と、皮膚に異常を感じた場合には速やかに使用を中止し、皮膚科医にかかる旨とを表示し、使用態様を明確に使用者に知らしめることが好ましい。
