Abstract
Description
本発明は、屋外においてアリ等の匍匐昆虫を捕獲するための粘着シートを備えた捕獲器に関するものである。 The present invention relates to a trap provided with an adhesive sheet for capturing ants such as ants outdoors.
アリ捕獲器としては、毒餌剤を収納したものが一般的である(例えば、実開昭61−104083号、特開平11−318305号、特開平11−346626号)。一方、粘着シートを備えた捕獲器は、殺虫剤を使用しないという特長を有し、ゴキブリに対しては広く用いられているもののアリ用はほとんど知られていない。この理由として、アリ用の場合、野外で使用されるために日光や風雨に曝されて粘着剤の劣化が非常に激しいことがあげられる。
本発明は、粘着シートを備えたタイプでありながら屋外での使用が可能で、しかも捕獲性に優れたアリ捕獲器を提供するものである。 The present invention provides an ant trap that can be used outdoors while having a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and is excellent in catchability.
上記課題を解決するため、本発明は以下の構成を採用する。
(1)天面とこれを囲む周側面を有し、周側面に複数個の開口部を設けるとともに、前記天面の裏面上に下方に向けて粘着シートを貼設したアリ捕獲器。
(2)底面が開放したプラスチック製の略箱状の形状であって、周側面を構成する4側面の高さが2〜4cmであり、かつ当該4側面のそれぞれ底辺の4隅から1〜2cmを残して中央部に開口部を設けた(1)記載のアリ捕獲器。
(3)粘着シートの中央部にアリの誘引剤を含む袋を接着させるとともに、当該粘着シートの4隅を切欠き形状とした(2)記載のアリ捕獲器。

本発明のアリ捕獲器は、粘着シートが裏面に貼着された天面とこれを囲む周側面から構成され、周側面には複数個の開口部が設けられる。アリ捕獲器の形状は、箱状、円筒状など、種々可能であるが、底面が開放した略箱状のものが使いやすい。
捕獲器の材質としてはプラスチック樹脂が好ましく、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネートなどを例示できる。また、天面の大きさは、5〜10cm×8〜15cm程度が適当であり、周側面の高さはアリの習性を考慮して2〜4cmに設計するのが好ましい。すなわち、2〜4cm程度の高さはアリの行動を狭めないので、粘着シートが天面に貼着された場合でも捕獲性の低下をほとんど招かない。

本発明は、粘着剤を塗工した粘着シートを天面の裏面上に貼着したことに特徴を有する。シート基剤としては、紙、フィルム等種々の材料を使用可能であり、粘着剤も特に限定されず、一般的に用いられているゴム系粘着剤、アクリル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤などの種々の粘着剤を用いることが出来る。ゴム系粘着剤には、天然ゴム系粘着剤、スチレン・ブタジエンゴム系粘着剤、再生ゴム系粘着剤、ポリイソブチレン、ブチルゴム系粘着剤、ブロックコポリマー系粘着剤などが含まれる。これらの粘着剤には、必要に応じて軟化剤、老化防止剤、架橋剤等の材料を添加することが出来る。
粘着シートは天面全面に貼着してもよいが、その4隅を非粘着部の切欠き形状にすると、側辺を登り上がったアリの行路を直ちに塞がないので捕獲性能が向上する。

天面1(縦7cm、横10cm)とこれを囲む4側面2(高さ3.0cm)を有するポリプロピレン製の略箱状容器3を作製し、それぞれ側面2の底辺の4隅から1.5cmを残して中央部に開口部4(高さ1.0cm)を設けた。天面1の裏面には4隅を部分的に欠いた粘着シート5を貼着し、粘着シート5の中央に誘引剤入りの不織布製袋6を接着させて本発明のアリ捕獲器を得た。なお、粘着シート5の粘着剤としては、ゴム系のものを用いた。
