Abstract
【解決手段】 PTFE等の難溶着性のフッ素樹脂材料10を、互いにその接合面12が対向するように配置し、接合面12の間にPFAまたは変性PTFEのような熱融着性フッ素樹脂14を介在させ、加熱圧着して接合する。接合面12には、互いに対向する凹所16が形成され、この凹所16に中芯材18が嵌入されている。フッ素樹脂材料10の接合面12を対向させて配置したときに、互いに対向している凹所16により1つの中空部が形成され、中芯材18は、この中空部の中に、接合される2つのフッ素樹脂材料10の双方に架かるように嵌入されているので、接合部分の曲げ強度を向上させることができる。

Claims (7)
- 難溶着性のフッ素樹脂材料を、接合面を介して溶着したフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体であって、
前記接合面には、互いに対向する凹所が形成され、
前記凹所には、接合される前記フッ素樹脂材料の双方に架けて中芯材が嵌入されていることを特徴とするフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体。 - 請求項1記載のフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体において、前記中芯材は角柱形状または円柱形状であることを特徴とするフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体。
- 請求項1記載のフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体において、前記中芯材は少なくとも1つの端面が前記フッ素樹脂材料の表面に露出していることを特徴とするフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体。
- 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項記載のフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体において、前記中芯材はフッ素樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とするフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体。
- 難溶着性のフッ素樹脂材料を、接合面を介して溶着したフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体であって、
前記接合面の一方に凹所が形成され、
前記接合面の他方に突起部が形成され、前記突起部が前記凹所に嵌入されていることを特徴とするフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項記載のフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体において、前記接合面の間には、熱融着性フッ素樹脂材料が介在されて接合されていることを特徴とするフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体。
- 請求項6記載のフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体において、前記熱融着性フッ素樹脂材料は、テトラフルオロエチレン・パーフルオロアルキルビニルエーテル共重合樹脂(PFA)または変性PTFEであることを特徴とするフッ素樹脂材料の溶着構造体。
