Abstract
【解決手段】 プロジェクタ型樹脂レンズの厚肉方向の何れか一方の面側から他方の面側に向けて順次肉厚を増していき、最終的には規定肉厚に達するようにした可動金型3及び固定金型4を形成してなる厚肉型樹脂レンズの形成方法において、前記可動金型3には、一方の面3aが複数の形成されてなり、前記固定金型4には、他方の面4a,4bが複数の形成されてなり、該可動金型3及び固定金型4の少なくとも何れかが順次隣の金型3,4に移動可能として、次々にレンズ用の樹脂を注入可能とすると共に樹脂の冷却を可能とし、前記可動金型3及び固定金型4による複数の途中成型品の冷却時間がほぼ同じに制御されてなる。

Claims (4)
- プロジェクタ型樹脂レンズの厚肉方向の何れか一方の面側から他方の面側に向けて順次肉厚を増していき、最終的には規定肉厚に達するようにした可動金型及び固定金型を形成してなる厚肉型樹脂レンズの形成方法において、
前記可動金型には、一方の面が複数の形成されてなり、前記固定金型には、他方の面が複数の形成されてなり、該可動金型及び固定金型の少なくとも何れかが順次隣の金型に移動可能として、次々にレンズ用の樹脂を注入可能とすると共に樹脂の冷却を可能とし、
前記可動金型及び固定金型による複数の途中成型品の冷却時間がほぼ同じに制御されてなることを特徴とする厚肉型樹脂レンズの形成方法。 - プロジェクタ型樹脂レンズの厚肉方向と薄肉方向とにより、最終的には規定肉厚に達するようにした可動金型及び固定金型を形成してなる厚肉型樹脂レンズの形成方法において、
前記可動金型には、同一の一方の面が複数の形成されてなり、前記固定金型には、異なる他方の面が複数の形成されてなり、該可動金型及び固定金型の少なくとも何れかが順次隣の金型に移動可能として、次々にレンズ用の樹脂を注入可能とすると共に樹脂の冷却を可能とし、
前記可動金型及び固定金型による複数の途中成型品の冷却時間がほぼ同じに制御されてなることを特徴とする厚肉型樹脂レンズの形成方法。 - 平板型樹脂レンズの厚肉方向の何れか一方の面側から他方の面側に向けて順次肉厚を増していく厚肉型樹脂レンズにおいて、
前記一方の面側の一次成型品に対して他方の面側が順次レンズ用樹脂の注入により二次成型品が形成され且つ前記一次成型品に対して前記二次成型品の厚みがほぼ半分であることを特徴とする厚肉型樹脂レンズ。 - 厚肉型樹脂レンズにおいて、
前記一方の面側の一次成型品と、他方の面側の二次成型品とが重なるように形成され且つ前記一次成型品に対して前記二次成型品の厚みがほぼ半分であることを特徴とする厚肉型樹脂レンズ。
