Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric and a patch having excellent water absorption. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water-absorbent nonwoven fabric and a patch material that are excellent in adhesion to the human body when swollen with water and have little physical irritation to the human body and are suitable for use in contact with the human body.
The present invention provides a water-absorbing short fiber non-woven fabric that is less irritating to the skin, excellent in adhesion to the human body, and hard to break even when it is directly brought into contact with the skin by containing moisture or medicinal ingredients. With the goal.
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve such problems.
That is, (1) (A) 5% to 60% of adhesive fibers having a fineness of 0.5 to 2.7 dtex, and 40% to 95% of water absorbent fibers having a water absorption rate of 200% to 30000%. The short fiber nonwoven fabric (2), (B) having a basis weight of 5 to 100 g / m 2 , (3) (C) The surface is heated with a heat roller (A) to (C) characterized in that the short fiber nonwoven fabric according to any one of (A) to (C), (4) (D) the short fiber according to (A) to (D) A non-woven fabric, a patch material comprising the short fiber non-woven fabric described in (5) (A) to (D).
The water-absorbing short fiber nonwoven fabric according to the present invention has a low irritation to the skin in the state of containing moisture and is excellent in adhesion to the human body. It can be brought into contact with the skin without using water, can provide moisture and medicinal ingredients directly and effectively to the skin, and has an effect that the short fiber nonwoven fabric can be peeled cleanly after use.
The present invention is described in detail below.
The adhesive fiber used in the present invention is preferably 0.5 to 2.7 dtex. If it is 2.7 dtex or more, the fiber ends strongly irritate the skin, giving the user an unpleasant feeling, and may further damage the skin. On the other hand, if it is less than 0.5 dtex, it is used as a patch, and when it moves, the fiber partially breaks, and when peeled off from the skin, it causes problems such as non-woven fabric pieces and fiber pieces remaining on the skin. is there. More preferably, it is 0.8-2.5 dtex, Most preferably, it is 1.0-2.0 dtex.
Moreover, it is preferable that the water absorbing fiber used in the present invention has a water absorption rate of 200% or more. This is because, within such a range, moisture and medicinal components can be sufficiently contained, and adhesion to the skin can be maintained for a long time. Especially preferably, it is 1000% or more, More preferably, it is 10,000% or more.
The medicinal ingredients referred to in the present invention include those used for beauty such as keeping healthy skin in addition to those having a health restoring action such as healing of stiff shoulders and sprains.
The water-absorbing fiber used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it satisfies the above-mentioned fineness and water absorption rate. As the water-absorbing fiber, an acrylonitrile fiber having a COOX (X: alkali metal or NH 4 ) group is particularly used. preferable. This is because such a fiber has a function of keeping the pH weakly acidic, and the fiber itself has a function of keeping the skin healthy.
The water-absorbing short fiber nonwoven fabric according to the present invention preferably contains 40% to 95% by weight of water-absorbing fibers. If it is less than 40% by weight, moisture and medicinal components cannot be sufficiently retained, and furthermore, the adhesion to the skin becomes insufficient, and it becomes easy to peel off. Moreover, if it is 95 weight% or more, it will become difficult to hold | maintain the intensity | strength of a nonwoven fabric, when it moves at the time of use, a nonwoven fabric will fracture | rupture, and problems, such as a nonwoven fabric piece remaining on skin at the time of peeling, will arise.
A more preferred water-absorbing fiber content is 60% to 80% by weight, and most preferably 65% to 75% by weight.
The water-absorbing short fiber nonwoven fabric according to the present invention preferably has a basis weight before containing water of 5 to 100 g / m 2 . If the basis weight is less than 5 g / m 2 , the moisture and medicinal components cannot be sufficiently retained. Further, if the basis weight is 100 g / m 2 or more, the adhesiveness to the skin is lowered, and it becomes difficult to use it in a portion with large irregularities or a portion where movement is intense. A more preferred basis weight is 10 to 50 g / m 2 , most preferably 15 to 35 g / m 2 .
The water-absorbing short fiber nonwoven fabric according to the present invention preferably includes adhesive fibers. Short fiber nonwoven fabric made of water-absorbing fibers is easy to break when it swells, and according to fiber entanglement by the needle punch method etc., it breaks when moving in the state of use etc., and the nonwoven fabric / fiber becomes fragments and adheres to the skin and is removed This is because problems such as it becomes difficult to do. In particular, when the basis weight is lowered in order to improve the adhesion to the skin, the need to contain adhesive fibers is increased. The content of adhesive fibers is preferably 5 to 60% by weight, more preferably 10 to 50% by weight, and most preferably 25 to 35% by weight. If it is less than 5% by weight, a sufficient effect cannot be exhibited, and breakage at the time of water absorption tends to occur. On the other hand, if it is 60% by weight or more, sufficient water absorption of the short fiber nonwoven fabric cannot be ensured.
本発明に用いる接着性繊維は、PET/PP、PP/PE、PET/PE、PET/PET、PE/PE、PP/PP等の複合繊維(シースコア構造等)を有する繊維であってもよい。 The adhesive fiber used in the present invention may be a fiber having a composite fiber (such as a seascore structure) such as PET / PP, PP / PE, PET / PE, PET / PET, PE / PE, PP / PP, and the like. . In particular, polyolefin fibers are preferred because they have high flexibility and the fiber ends are less irritating to the skin.
Furthermore, in the present invention, it is preferable to heat-treat at least one surface with a heat roller. Such treatment effectively improves the strength, prevents moisture from remaining on the skin after the moisture-absorbing monofilament nonwoven fabric is brought into contact with the skin and peels it off. This is because irritation to the body can be reduced.
The embossing pattern and conditions of the heat roller are not particularly limited, but the embossed area ratio is preferably 20% to 100%. This is because if the embossed area is less than 20%, more fiber pieces remain on the skin. More preferably, it is 50% or more, and most preferably 100% (flat roller).
Moreover, it is recommended that the heating conditions with the heat roller be 10 to 20 ° C. higher than the melting point of the adhesive fiber (low melting point component) and the linear pressure is 10 to 150 kg / 2.5 m. If the linear pressure is less than 10 kg / 2.5 m, the short fiber nonwoven fabric containing water will be easily decomposed and loosened when an external action is applied during use, etc., or the fiber pieces adhere to the skin. This is because the problem of. In addition, when the normal short fiber nonwoven fabric has a linear pressure that is too high, the texture becomes stiff and becomes paper-like. However, the short fiber nonwoven fabric containing water-absorbing fibers has a linear pressure in a swollen state. Has a small influence on the texture, and the upper limit is not particularly problematic. However, if it exceeds 150 kg / 2.5 m, the fiber is damaged, which is not preferable. A particularly preferable range is 20 to 140 kg / 2.5 m, more preferably 30 to 120 kg / 2.5 m, and most preferably 40 to 100 kg / 2.5 m.
The short fiber nonwoven fabric according to the present invention is particularly effective for use in contact with the human body, and can be used for a patch, a poultice material, a cosmetic material, and the like.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples and comparative examples. In addition, the value measured by the following method was employ | adopted for evaluation.

(Water absorption rate)
(Water absorption rate) A sample of 0.4 to 0.42 g (W2) is precisely weighed in a 300 ml beaker, and 300 ml of pure water is added thereto. After 30 minutes, the sample is wrapped in a nylon filter cloth (200 mesh), and a centrifugal dehydrator. Remove water between fibers by (160 G × 5 minutes, where G is the acceleration of gravity). The weight of the sample prepared by this method is measured (W1 g). From the above measurement results, calculation is performed according to the following equation.
Water absorption (%) = ((W1-W2) / W2) × 100
