Claims (19)
- シリンダ(3)内を軸方向に移動自在のピストン(2)と、センサー組立物(98)とを備え、又、シリンダ(3)が、シリンダ閉鎖用の流体移送プレート(40)を含む一方、ピストン(2)が、流体移送プレート(40)に向けて移動させられると共に気体又は流体を低圧環境(11)から捕捉し、更に、センサー組立物(98)が、流体移送プレート(40)と連係する誘導センサー(8)を含み、且つ、誘導センサー(8)が、低圧環境(11)と接触して配置されていることを特徴とする流体ポンプ(1)。
- 流体移送プレート(40)が、保護具(9)と協働する透孔(10)を設けた弁板(4)を含み、又、保護具(9)が、誘導センサー(8)と連係する少なくとも1個のセンサー穴(8’)を有する請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 誘導センサー(8)が、ピストン(2)の方向に磁界を発射する請求項2に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 保護具(9)が、嵌入部(9c)、開口部(9a)と閉鎖部(9b)を含み、又、嵌入部(9c)が、透孔(10)と協働連係される一方、閉鎖部(9b)が、シリンダ(3)の内面(9b’)と同面にされ、更に、開口部(9a)がセンサー穴(8’)を含む請求項3に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 弁板(4)が、低圧環境(11)と連係する吸込弁(4a)と、高圧環境(11’)と連係する吐出し弁(4b)とを含み、又、開口部(9a)が低圧環境(11)と接触する一方、閉鎖部(9b)が高圧環境(11’)と接触する請求項4に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 保護具(9)が、透孔(10)と大略同じ形状を有する請求項5に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 保護具(9)が、低透磁率を有する材料から成る請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の流体ポンプ。
- 誘導センサー(8)が、保護具(9)の閉鎖部(9b)に固定された請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の流体ポンプ。
- 弁板(4)が、保護具(9)を固定するための凹所(91)を有し、又、保護具(9)が、突起端(92)を含むと共に封止継手(3’)によって弁板(4)に固定される請求項2に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 弁板(4)が、保護ディスク(90)を固定するための凹所(93)を有し、又、保護ディスク(90)が、誘導センサー(8)を設置するための穴(10’)を形成する請求項2に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 保護具(9)と連係する透孔(10)を設けた弁板(4)を備え、又、保護具(9)が、透孔(10)と協働すると共に、誘導センサー(8)と連係する少なくとも1個のセンサー穴(8’)を有することを特徴とする特に流体ポンプ(1)に適用される流体移送プレート(40)。
- 保護具(9)が、嵌入部(9c)、開口部(9a)と閉鎖部(9b)を含み、又、嵌入部(9c)が、透孔(10)と協働連係される一方、閉鎖部(9b)が、シリンダ(3)の内面(9b’)と同面にされ、更に、開口部(9a)がセンサー穴(8’)を含む請求項11に記載の流体移送プレート(40)。
- 保護具(9)を固定するための凹所(91)を有し、又、保護具(9)が、突起端(92)を含むと共に封止継手によって弁板(4)に固定される請求項11に記載の流体移送プレート。
- 弁板(4)が、保護ディスク(90)を固定するための凹所(93)を有し、又、保護ディスク(90)が、誘導センサー(8)を設置するための穴(10’)を形成する請求項11に記載の流体移送プレート。
- 特にピストン(2)の位置を検出するのに適用される流体ポンプ(1)用誘導センサー(8)において、
ピストン(2)がシリンダ(3)内を軸方向に移動自在であり、又、流体ポンプ(1)が弁板(4)を備える一方、弁板(4)に設けた透孔(10)に固定した保護具(9)に設置されることを特徴とする誘導センサー(8)。 - 保護具(9)が、誘導センサー(8)を位置決めする穴(8’)を有する請求項15に記載の誘導センサー。
- 保護具(9)が、嵌入部(9c)、開口部(9a)と閉鎖部(9b)を含み、又、嵌入部(9c)が、透孔(10)と協働連係される一方、閉鎖部(9b)が、シリンダ(3)の内面(9b’)と同面にされ、更に、開口部(9a)がセンサー穴(8’)を含む請求項15に記載の誘導センサー。
- 保護具(9)が、弁板(4)の凹所(91)と連係する突起端(92)を含むと共に、封止継手(3’)によって弁板(4)に固定される請求項12に記載の誘導センサー。
- 弁板(4)に設けた凹所(93)に固定された保護ディスク(90)に固定される請求項15に記載の誘導センサー。
