Abstract
【解決手段】 当該混合物は、水硬セメントが30乃至70重量%、焼き石膏が30乃至70重量%及びポリカルボキシレートが0.05乃至2.5重量%含まれており、当該混合物に当該混合物の重量に基づく40重量%以下の水が付加された場合に硬化する際の膨張が非常に少ないスラリーを形成する。

CaSO4・2H2O →CaSO4・1/2H2O +3/2H2O
硫酸カルシウムヘミハイドレート(半水塩)は、少なくとも2種類の結晶形状を構成することが出来る。
即ち、アルファー焼き石膏は、連続的な工程或いは塊岩工程(lump rock process)によって製造され、それによって、硫酸カルシウム二水塩は圧力下に仮焼される。

当該ポリカルボキシレートの量が増加するにつれて、当該サンプルの水の消費量は減少する。当該テストサンプルの凝固時間は、当初は当該水の添加量の理論的なレベルに略近づくまで、当該ポリカルボキシレートの濃度が上昇するにつれて減少しているが、その後は、当該ポリカルボキシレートの量が増加して、当該添加剤が抑制剤として作用するにつれて増加する。
鋳造構造物の膨張は、2個のサンプルを膨張メーターで試験することによって検査した。

Claims (21)
- 屋外用石膏セメントを形成する為に、水和してスラリーを形成する為に、水と共に用いられる混合物であって、当該混合物は、
水硬セメントが30乃至70重量%
焼き石膏が30乃至70重量%及び
ポリカルボキシレートが0.05乃至2.5重量%
を含んでいる事を特徴とする混合物。 - 当該焼き石膏は、アルファー焼き石膏である事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該組成は、35乃至65重量%の水硬セメントを含んでいる事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該組成は、35乃至65重量%の焼き石膏を含んでいる事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該セメントは、タイプ5セメント(Type 5 cement)である事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該組成は、0.05乃至1重量%のポリカルボキシレートを含んでいる事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該ポリカルボキシレートは、水溶性である事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該ポリカルボキシレートは、約100,000から約5,000,000ダルトン(Daltons)の範囲の分子量を有するものである事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該ポリカルボキシレートは、オキシアルキレングリコールー・アルキルエーテルと不飽和ジカルボン酸の誘導体から構成されている事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該ポリカルボキシレートは、アクリル樹脂ラテックス、変成されたアクリル系ポリマー、アクリル酸及びアクリルアミドとの共重合体、ポリカーボネート主鎖(backbone)或いはポリ(メチルヴィニルエーテル/マレイン酸)上でポリアルキレン酸化物をグラフトさせることによって得られるポリマーを含んでいる事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該混合物は、更に少なくとも1つの凝固促進添加剤或いは凝固抑制添加剤の何れかを含んでいる事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該添加剤は、少なくとも、硫酸アルミニウム、硫酸カリウム、酸、たんぱく質抑制剤(proteinaceous retarders)及び硫酸カルシウム二水塩の内の1つを含んでいる事を特徴とする請求項11に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該硫酸カルシウム二水塩は、糖と共に微細な状態にすり砕かれている事を特徴とする請求項12に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 当該混合物の100部が、スラリーを作る為に40部以下の水と混合される場合には、当該スラリーは、硬化する際に0.01%以下の膨張を示す事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の石膏セメント混合物。
- 水硬セメント、

ポリカルボキシレート及び
乾燥構成成分100重量部あたり40部より少ない量の水とを含んでいる事を特徴とする石膏セメントスラリー組成物。 - 当該水は、乾燥構成成分100重量部あたり25部以下である事を特徴とする請求項15に記載のスラリー。
- 当該組成物の総固形成分100重量部あたり、当該水硬セメントは、30乃至70部の量存在し、当該石膏セメントは30乃至70部の量存在し、当該ポリカルボキシレートは0.10乃至10部存在している事を特徴とする請求項15に記載のスラリー。
- 当該ポリカルボキシレートは、オキシアルキレングリコールー・アルキルエーテルと不飽和ジカルボン酸の誘導体から構成されている事を特徴とする請求項15に記載のスラリー。
- 当該スラリーは、それが硬化する際に0.01%以下の膨張を示す事を特徴とする請求項15に記載のスラリー。
- 約30部乃至約70部の焼き石膏、約30部乃至約70部の水硬セメント及び約0.1部乃至10部のポリカルボキシレートとを含む乾燥構成成分を計量する工程、
当該乾燥構成成分の100重量部あたり40部以下水を計量する工程、
当該乾燥構成成分を水に混合する工程、
スラリーを形成する工程
当該スラリーを、鋳造形成物を形成する為に、適切な形状を有する鋳型内に注入する工程、
当該スラリーを硬化させる工程、及び
鋳造形成物を鋳型から取り出す工程
とから構成されていることを特徴とする鋳造形成物の製造方法。 - 当該方法は、更に、当該スラリーの注入工程以前に、当該スラリーに湿潤状の凝結体を添加する工程を含んでいる事を特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
