Abstract

Claims (20)
- 装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法であって、
一つ以上の装飾シートを有し、少なくとも部分的に樹脂を含浸し、かつ少なくとも部分的に硬化されている装飾層と、少なくとも一つの繊維強化シートを有し、実質的にセルロースを含まず、少なくとも部分的に樹脂を含浸し、かつ、少なくとも部分的に硬化された繊維強化コア層とを積層関係に積み重ね、
加熱及び加圧下で上記装飾層と上記コア層とを同時に硬化させて、上記装飾用繊維強化積層体を形成することを特徴とする装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。 - 上記装飾層と上記コア層との積層関係に、装飾用の第3の層を積み重ね、その第3の層は、一つ以上の装飾シートを有し、少なくとも部分的に樹脂を含浸し、かつ、少なくとも部分的に硬化されるものであり、上記第3の層を上記装飾層及び上記コア層と共に同時に硬化させることをさらに備える請求項1記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。
- 上記装飾層及び上記コア層の積層関係に、支持層を積み重ね、上記支持層を、上記硬化させる際に、上記コア層と同時に熱融合させることをさらに備える請求項1記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。
- 上記装飾層及び上記コア層の少なくとも一層に、少なくとも部分的に熱硬化樹脂を含浸させることをさらに備える請求項1記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。
- 上記硬化硬化させる際に、
熱硬化プレス機のプレート間に上記積層関係に積み重ねられた層を挿入し、上記熱硬化プレス機内で上記積層関係に積み重ねられた層に所定の圧力を加え、
上記熱硬化プレス内で上記積み重ねられた層に所定の温度を加え、
上記積み重ねられた層から積層構造を形成するために十分な時間、加熱及び加圧された上記熱硬化プレス内で上記積み重ねられた層を保持する請求項1記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。 - 上記所定の温度の範囲が約110℃から約170℃であり、かつ上記所定の圧力の範囲が約3.4×106Pa(500psi)から約1.1×107Pa(1600psi)である請求項5記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体方法。
- 上記硬化させる際に、
連続熱硬化プレス機の温度を所定の温度にセットし、
上記連続熱硬化プレス機の圧力を所定の圧力にセットし、
上記装飾層及び上記コア層を上記連続熱硬化プレス機内に送り込み、それにより上記積み重ねられた層が上記プレス機の上流の位置から上記プレス機内に送り込まれ、
上記積み重ねられた層から積層構造を形成するのに十分な時間、加熱及び加圧された連続熱硬化プレス機内で上記積み重ねられた層を保持する請求項1記載の繊維強化積層体製造方法。 - 上記所定の温度が約120℃であり、上記所定の圧力の範囲が約2.1×106Pa(300psi)から約6.9×106Pa(1000psi)である請求項7記載の方法。
- 上記装飾層及び上記コア層の少なくとも一層が複数のシートを有し、それらシートが上記プレス機の上流に位置する連続的な繊維から連続熱硬化プレス機内に送りこまれる請求項7記載の繊維強化装飾体の製造方法。

- 装飾用繊維強化積層パネルであって、
少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸された装飾層と、複数個の繊維強化シートとを備え、
その複数個の繊維強化シートが、少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂で含浸された複数個の非セルロースの繊維強化シートであり、かつその複数個の繊維強化シートの少なくとも一つが、一つの織り状ガラス繊維シート、一つの非織り状ガラス繊維シート及び一つの小片ガラス繊維シートから選択されることを特徴とする装飾用繊維強化積層パネル。 - 装飾用繊維強化積層パネルであって、
少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂で含浸された一つ以上のセルロースシートを有する装飾層と、
少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂で含浸された複数個の非セルロースである繊維強化シートとを備え、その複数個の繊維強化シートの少なくとも一つが、ガラス繊維、グラファイト繊維、アラミド繊維、ホウ素繊維、高モジュラス繊維、またはそれらの繊維の複合物の一つから選択された繊維を備えることを特徴とする装飾用繊維強化積層パネル。
