Abstract
【解決手段】外周面にバーコード2を有する試験管1を垂直状態に保持する試験管ホルダ3と、試験管1を保持した試験管ホルダ3を直立状態に保持しながら搬送する搬送路5と、該搬送路途中のバーコード読取ポジションに設置され前記試験管1のバーコード2を読み取るバーコードリーダ9a,9bと、前記バーコード読取ポジションの上方位置に昇降可能に装備され試験管ホルダ3に保持された試験管1を下降して挟持し上昇して試験管ホルダ3から抜き取って回転させることにより試験管1のバーコード2をバーコードリーダ9a,9bに対向させる昇降式の試験管回転機構20とを具備する。

Description
図1及び図2は試験管回転機構20が上昇し開閉クランプ21,22が開放している状態を示している。この状態で試験管1を保持した試験管ホルダ3がバーコード読取ポジションに搬送停止されると、クランプユニット25が昇降用シリンダ28の下降作動により試験管挟持位置に下降し、この位置で開閉用シンリダ23が作動して開閉クランプ21,22が図2点線で示す開放状態から同図想像線で示すように閉じることにより、試験管1の上端部を挟持する。
Claims (3)
- 外周面にバーコードを有する試験管を垂直状態に保持する試験管ホルダと、前記試験管を保持した試験管ホルダを直立状態に保持しながら搬送する搬送路と、この搬送路の途中に設けられたバーコード読取ポジションに設置され前記試験管のバーコードを読み取るバーコードリーダと、前記バーコード読取ポジションの上方位置に昇降可能に装備され前記試験管ホルダに保持された前記試験管を下降して挟持し上昇して試験管ホルダから抜き取って回転させることにより試験管のバーコードをバーコードリーダに対向させる昇降式の試験管回転機構とを具備したことを特徴とする試験管のバーコード読取り装置。
- 前記試験管回転機構は、試験管の上端部を挟持可能な一対の開閉クランプを開閉用シンリダの作動により開閉させる構成のクランプユニットと、このクランプユニットを回転可能に支持する昇降体と、この昇降体に備えられ前記クランプユニットを回転させる回転駆動手段と、前記開閉クランプを試験管の挟持位置に下降させ試験管の抜取回転位置に上昇させる移動ストロークで前記昇降体を上下動させる昇降用シリンダとを具備する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の試験管のバーコード読取り装置。
- 前記バーコードリーダが試験管の抜取回転位置に引き上げられた試験管を挟む離隔対向位置に2台設けられ、前記回転駆動手段が前記クランプユニットを180度の角度範囲で可逆回動させるロータリアクチュエータであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の試験管のバーコード読取り装置。
