Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning device and a cleaning method for supplying a cleaning liquid to a cleaning target to perform a cleaning process, and collecting a used cleaning liquid used for the cleaning process from the cleaning target.

In JP-A-5-161582 (Patent Document 1), in a floor cleaning vehicle in which cleaning liquid is supplied to a brush for floor cleaning supported on a machine base and sewage is collected by a vacuum motor, There is described a floor cleaning vehicle comprising means for adjusting the flow rate of the supplied cleaning liquid and drive control means for adjusting the output of the vacuum motor based on a signal from the cleaning liquid flow rate adjusting means. .

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-255655 (Patent Document 2) discloses a cleaning machine having a rotating brush or a rotating pad that is in contact with a surface to be cleaned, a cleaning device having a movable body along the surface to be cleaned, and a surface to be cleaned. In a mobile cleaning device equipped with a cleaning liquid dropping device for dripping cleaning liquid and a cleaning sewage suction device that sucks cleaning sewage on the surface to be cleaned during suction and sucks it from the nozzle, the cleaning machine can be moved back and forth with respect to the device body And a suction nozzle of the cleaning sewage suction device is supported by the second support mechanism so as to be movable up and down, and cleaning is performed as the device main body moves forward. A movable cleaning device characterized in that the suction nozzle on the front side of the cleaning machine moves upward from the surface to be cleaned in conjunction with the second support mechanism by moving the machine relatively rearward. There has been described.

Thus, a cleaning device that supplies a cleaning liquid to a cleaning target, cleans the cleaning target supplied with the cleaning liquid, and collects the used cleaning liquid used in the cleaning process from the cleaning target is conventionally used to clean the used cleaning liquid as sewage It was something to collect as.

Therefore, the conventional cleaning device not only needs to have both the cleaning liquid tank and the sewage tank, but the cleaning liquid cannot be reused. This is limited to the time when the cleaning liquid contained in the container is used once.

Since the cleaning liquid storage operation usually has to be performed after returning to a predetermined position, it takes time and labor to reciprocate from the position during the cleaning operation to the predetermined position in addition to the labor and time required for the cleaning liquid storage operation. It was a factor to lower.
JP-A-5-161582 JP-A-7-255655

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems existing in the prior art, and the object is to circulate and reuse the collected used cleaning liquid to continuously perform cleaning work. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning device and a cleaning method capable of expanding the time or cleaning range that can be performed and making the cleaning work more efficient.

Another cleaning device of the present invention is
A cleaning device that supplies a cleaning liquid to a cleaning target, performs a cleaning process on the cleaning target supplied with the cleaning liquid, and collects a used cleaning liquid used for the cleaning process from the cleaning target,
A cleaning liquid tank for storing the cleaning liquid;
A flocculant reservoir for storing the flocculant;
A cleaning liquid supply unit for supplying the cleaning liquid to a cleaning target;
A flocculant supply unit for supplying the flocculant to the cleaning liquid before or after being supplied to the cleaning object;
A cleaning processing tool for cleaning the cleaning object supplied with the cleaning liquid;
A cleaning liquid recovery unit for recovering the used cleaning liquid used in the cleaning process from the object to be cleaned;
A filtration unit for filtering the collected used cleaning liquid;
A reflux unit for returning the used cleaning liquid filtered by the filtering unit to the cleaning liquid tank is provided.
After the cleaning liquid supplied to the cleaning target is used for the cleaning process, the contaminants in the used cleaning liquid are aggregated by the flocculant supplied to the cleaning liquid until it is collected by the cleaning liquid recovery unit and reaches the filtration unit. The used cleaning liquid filtered by the filtering unit is returned to the cleaning liquid tank from the reflux unit, and is used in a circulating manner.

The cleaning liquid supplied from the cleaning liquid tank to the cleaning target such as the floor surface and the carpet becomes a used cleaning liquid containing a pollutant component by being used for the cleaning process of the cleaning target by the cleaning processing tool.

This used cleaning liquid is recovered by the cleaning liquid recovery section, and returns to the cleaning liquid tank through the filtration section and the reflux section. Contaminated components in the used cleaning liquid are contained in the used cleaning liquid until the cleaning liquid supplied to the cleaning target and used for the cleaning process by the cleaning processing tool is collected by the cleaning liquid recovery unit and reaches the filtration unit. Since it aggregates with a flocculant (preferably a settling agent among the flocculants), the pollutant component having a high rate of passing through the filtration part is effectively filtered by the filtration part in the state before the aggregation, and from the reflux part to the washing liquid tank The returning cleaning liquid can be recyclable.

Unlike the conventional device that collects the used cleaning liquid as sewage, it is not necessary to have both the cleaning liquid tank and the sewage tank, and the cleaning liquid can be circulated and reused because such cleaning liquid can be circulated and used. As a result, the time or range of cleaning that can be performed continuously is greatly expanded, the cleaning liquid storage operation that is performed after returning to a predetermined position is reduced, and the cleaning operation is greatly improved, and effective use of resources is achieved. Also contributes.

The cleaning device of the present invention preferably includes a filtration unit in the reflux unit.

In this case, since the filtration unit is provided in the reflux unit that returns the used cleaning liquid filtered by the filtering unit to the cleaning liquid tank, the time until the used cleaning liquid is recovered from the cleaning target and reaches the filtering unit is the longest. Therefore, the effect that the contaminating components in the used cleaning liquid are aggregated by the flocculant supplied to the cleaning liquid and the filtration effect of the aggregated contaminated components by the filtration unit are maximized, and it is suitable for the circulation use of the used cleaning liquid.

Moreover, the cleaning method of the present invention comprises:
A cleaning method of supplying a cleaning liquid to a cleaning target, cleaning the cleaning target supplied with the cleaning liquid, and recovering the used cleaning liquid used in the cleaning process from the cleaning target,
Supplying the cleaning liquid containing the flocculant to the cleaning target, or supplying the flocculant to the cleaning liquid after supplying the cleaning liquid not containing the flocculant to the cleaning target;
Cleaning the cleaning object supplied with the cleaning liquid with a cleaning processing tool;
Recovering the used cleaning liquid used for the cleaning process from the object to be cleaned;
Filtering the collected used cleaning liquid;
Including a step of reusing the used cleaning liquid filtered by the filtration unit as a cleaning liquid;
After the cleaning liquid supplied to the cleaning target is used for the cleaning process, the collected contaminants in the used cleaning liquid are agglomerated by the flocculant contained in the cleaning liquid and filtered before being collected and filtered. The used cleaning liquid is reused as a cleaning liquid.

The cleaning liquid supplied to the cleaning target such as the floor surface or the carpet becomes a used cleaning liquid containing a pollutant component by being used for the cleaning process of the cleaning target.

This spent cleaning solution is recovered and filtered. Until the cleaning liquid supplied to the object to be cleaned and used for the cleaning process is collected and filtered, the pollutant components in the used cleaning liquid are contained in the used cleaning liquid. Therefore, it is possible to circulate the used cleaning solution in a circulating manner, effectively filtering out the contaminated components having a high ratio that is not filtered out before the aggregation.

Since such a cleaning liquid can be circulated and used, the cleaning liquid can be circulated and reused unlike conventional cleaning methods in which the used cleaning liquid is collected as sewage. The range is remarkably expanded, and the cleaning liquid accommodation work to be performed by returning to a predetermined position is reduced, so that the cleaning work is greatly improved, and it contributes to the effective use of resources.

According to the cleaning device of the present invention, since it is possible to circulate and use the cleaning liquid, it is not necessary to provide both the cleaning liquid tank and the sewage tank, but the cleaning liquid can be circulated and reused continuously. The time or cleaning range in which the cleaning operation can be performed is greatly expanded, and the cleaning liquid accommodation operation to be performed after returning to a predetermined position is reduced, which greatly improves the cleaning operation and contributes to effective use of resources.

According to the cleaning method of the present invention, since the cleaning liquid can be circulated and reused, the time or cleaning range in which the cleaning operation can be performed continuously is greatly expanded, and the cleaning liquid containing operation to be performed after returning to a predetermined position is reduced. This greatly improves the efficiency of cleaning work and contributes to the effective use of resources.

FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a cleaning device as an example of an embodiment of the present invention.

The cleaning device M performs cleaning while traveling on a surface to be cleaned such as a floor surface by a front wheel 10 and a pair of rear wheels 12 driven by an electric motor (not shown). A rotating brush 14 (an example of a cleaning processing tool, which may be a rotating pad or the like, and is not particularly limited, is driven by an electric motor (not shown) for driving a rotary cleaning processing tool at the front portion. Or a horizontal rotating brush or the like). The cleaning device M is used by a user to perform a cleaning operation, but needless to say, the cleaning device M may be operated while the user is walking. The power source of the electric motor is a storage battery (not shown) mounted on the cleaning device M, but is not limited thereto.

At the rear of the cleaning device M is a flocculant [a nonionic polymer flocculant such as polyacrylamide, an anionic polymer flocculant such as a partial hydrolyzate of polyacrylamide, poly (amino alkyl methacrylate), etc. Examples thereof include cationic polymer flocculants. Preferably, among the flocculants, what is called a precipitating agent is used. ] Is provided. The cleaning liquid tank 16 is stored. A base portion of a cleaning liquid supply pipe 18 for discharging and supplying the cleaning liquid L to the rotating brush 14 is connected to the inner bottom portion of the cleaning liquid tank 16. A pump 20 for sending out the cleaning liquid L in the cleaning liquid tank 16 is provided at an intermediate portion of the cleaning liquid supply pipe 18.

At the time of cleaning, the rotary brush 14 is driven to rotate by an electric motor, and the pump 20 is driven to supply the coagulant-containing cleaning liquid L from the discharge port 18a to the floor surface to be cleaned through the cleaning liquid supply pipe 18. The cleaning liquid L may not contain a flocculant, and a separate flocculant tank may be provided to supply both the cleaning liquid L and the flocculant to the floor surface or the like.

At the rear end portion of the cleaning device M, a horizontally long suction portion 22 is provided, and the floor surface (cleaning) is made using negative pressure generated by a blower (negative pressure generator, not shown) provided in the cleaning device M. The used cleaning liquid U on the target surface) is sucked and collected. One end of a suction pipe 24 is connected to the suction part 22, and a filtration part F is connected to the other end of the suction pipe 24 located in the upper opening a of the cleaning liquid tank 16. In this case, the filtration part F is integral with the reflux part, but the filtration part F and the reflux part may be separate.

For example, the suction part 22 may be configured such that the peripheral part of the suction port facing the floor surface is made of a rubber-like material or the like. The filtration unit F is used to filter the used cleaning liquid U sucked from the suction unit 22 and passed through the suction pipe 24, and the used cleaning liquid U filtered by the filtering unit F flows down to the cleaning liquid tank 16 as it is. Reflux. The filtration unit F is not particularly limited as long as it can collect the contaminated components aggregated by the flocculant contained in the used cleaning liquid U and does not hinder the return of the used cleaning liquid U to the cleaning liquid tank 16. . In general, a filter cloth can be used. In order to facilitate replacement of the filter cloth, a filter frame stretched on the filter frame can be used interchangeably.

The cleaning liquid L supplied to the floor surface from the cleaning liquid tank 16 becomes a used cleaning liquid U containing a contaminating component by being used for the cleaning process by the rotating brush 14. The used cleaning liquid U is sucked from the suction part 22, passes through the suction pipe 24, and reaches the filtration part F. Until the used cleaning liquid U is used for the cleaning process and is sucked from the suction unit 22 and reaches the filtration unit F, the contaminated components in the used cleaning liquid U are aggregated by the flocculant contained in the cleaning liquid L. . Therefore, in the state before aggregation, the contaminating component having a high rate of passing through the filtration unit F is effectively filtered by the filtration unit F, and the filtered reusable cleaning liquid L returns to the cleaning liquid tank 16. The cleaning liquid L and the flocculant components, the distance from when the cleaning liquid L is used for the cleaning process to the filtration unit F, the moving speed of the cleaning device M, the moving speed of the used cleaning liquid U, etc. are cleaned. It affects whether or not the contaminating components in the used cleaning liquid U can be aggregated by the flocculant contained in the cleaning liquid L before being used for processing and sucked from the suction section 22 and reach the filtering section F. The matters to be adjusted are adjusted as necessary.

Since it is not necessary to provide both the cleaning liquid tank 16 and the sewage tank, not only can the capacity of the cleaning liquid tank 16 be increased as much as possible or the apparatus can be made as small as possible, but also the cleaning liquid L can be circulated. Since it can be reused, the time or cleaning range in which cleaning operations can be performed continuously is greatly expanded, contributing to effective use of resources.
