Abstract
【解決手段】 この工具は、被削材を切削加工するための工具であって、冷却/潤滑剤供給部(5)と、操作部材(45)および操作媒体回路を備え工具(1)の付加機能を作動開始するための操作ユニット(11)と、を有している。この工具は、一方では冷却/潤滑剤(15)で、かつ他方では操作媒体(17)で付勢可能な分離部材が設けられることによって、操作ユニット(11)が冷却/潤滑剤供給部(5)から分離されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (13)
- 被削材を切削加工するための工具(1)であって、
冷却/潤滑剤供給部(5)と、
操作部材(45)および操作媒体回路を備え、工具(1)の付加機能を作動開始させるための操作ユニット(11)と、を有し、
一方では冷却/潤滑剤(15)で、かつ他方では操作媒体(17)で付勢可能な分離部材が設けられることによって、操作ユニット(11)が冷却/潤滑剤供給部(5)から分離されていることを特徴とする、被削材を切削加工するための工具。 - 前記分離部材は、膜(13)として構成されている、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記膜(13)は、一方が冷却/潤滑剤供給部(9)他方が操作媒体(17)にそれぞれ流体接続された室(19)を区切っている、請求項2に記載の工具。
- 前記室(19)は、平面図で見て円形である、請求項3に記載の工具。
- 前記室(19)は、仮想的な中心面(29)に対して鏡像対称に配置されていて外方に向かって反対方向へ湾曲する曲った仕切壁(25、27)を有している、請求項3または4に記載の工具。
- 前記膜(13)は、無圧状態または平衡状態のときに中心面(29)に配置されている、請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記膜は金属でできており、または金属を含んでいる、請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記膜はプラスチックでできており、またはプラスチックを含んでいる、請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記膜は多層であり、特別に耐冷却剤性/耐潤滑剤性の表面と、特別に耐操作媒体性の表面とを有している、請求項2から8のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記膜(13)は複合材料でできている、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 操作部材(45)と協働する復帰装置(53)を備えている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 特に操作媒体回路に配置されたバルブ装置(59)を備えている、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の工具。
- 前記バルブ装置(59)は、運動方向に応じて操作部材(45)の異なる運動速度を可能にする逆止め弁を有している、請求項12に記載の工具。
