Abstract
【解決手段】 シール部材5には回転軸2の外周に周状に配置され貫通孔4の周縁に弾性変形した状態で接触するリップ部5aを設けるとともに、該リップ部5aが接触する貫通孔4の周縁とその周辺部分であって少なくとも該リップ部5aが直接接触する部分に焼入れ加工をしておく。

Claims (3)
- 回転軸を貫通させるため隔壁に設けられる貫通孔と前記回転軸との隙間をシール部材で封じて前記隔壁の前後を隔てる隔壁シール装置において、前記シール部材には前記回転軸の外周に周状に配置され前記貫通孔の周縁に弾性変形した状態で接触するリップ部が設けられているとともに、該リップ部が接触する前記貫通孔の周縁とその周辺部分であって少なくとも該リップ部が直接接触する部分が焼入れ加工されていることを特徴とする隔壁シール装置。
- 前記貫通孔と前記回転軸との間に自動注油する注油機構を前記隔壁に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の隔壁シール装置。
- 前記回転軸の回転中心線と直交する水平軸を曲率中心とする円筒面あるいは前記回転中心線とこの水平軸との交点を曲率中心とする球面により前記隔壁を前記貫通孔を含む部分とそれ以外の部分とに分割し、前記貫通孔を含む隔壁部分を前記回転軸の回転中心線と垂直になるまで傾斜可能とした角度調整機構を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の隔壁シール装置。
