Abstract
【解決手段】 送水管用粉体塗料組成物は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部と、ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤および/またはヒンダードアミン系光安定剤0.01〜5重量部と、ハイドロタルサイト類化合物0.01〜10重量部とを含んでいる。ここで用いられるポリオレフィン系樹脂は、例えば、ポリエチレン系樹脂である。

Description
線状低密度ポリエチレン樹脂100重量部に対し、表1に示す割合でヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤、ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤およびハイドロタルサイト類化合物を配合し、ヘンシェルミキサーで予備混合した。そして、押出機を使用し、得られた混合物を150℃で溶融混練してペレットを得た。さらに、得られたペレットを機械粉砕し、42メッシュ(目開き355μm)の篩で粗粉を取り除き、送水管用粉体塗料組成物を得た。
各実施例および各比較例で得られた粉体塗料組成物を用いて作成した試験片について、次に示す方法により、膨れ発生までの時間および伸びを評価した。結果を表2に示す。
圧縮成形機を用い、粉体塗料組成物を150℃で厚さ2mmのシートに成形した。そして、得られたシートを一辺が5cmの正方形に打ち抜き、試験片を得た。耐塩素含有水性試験(JIS K6762)に準じ、得られた試験片を容器内に貯留された塩素水(塩素濃度2,000±100ppm、温度60℃、pH6.5±0.5)に浸漬し、24時間毎に表面の膨れの発生を目視で観察した。なお、容器内の塩素水は、24時間毎に、上記の塩素濃度、温度およびpHに設定された新たな塩素水に交換した。
圧縮成形機を用い、粉体塗料組成物を150℃で厚さ1mmのシートに成形した。そして、得られたシートを、引張試験(JIS K7113)に準拠して2号試験片に打ち抜き、引張速度200mm/分で伸びを測定した。
Claims (5)
- ポリオレフィン系樹脂100重量部と、
ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤および/またはヒンダードアミン系光安定剤0.01〜5重量部と、
ハイドロタルサイト類化合物0.01〜10重量部と、
を含む送水管用粉体塗料組成物。 - 前記ポリオレフィン系樹脂がポリエチレン系樹脂である、請求項1に記載の送水管用粉体塗料組成物。
- 前記ヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤が、ペンタエリスリチル−テトラキス〔3−(3,5−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート〕またはオクタデシル−1,3−(4’−ヒドロキシ−3’,5’−ジ−tert−ブチルフェニル)プロピオネートである、請求項1または2に記載の送水管用粉体塗料組成物。
- 前記ヒンダードアミン系光安定剤が、ビス(2,2,6,6−テトラメチル−4−ピペリジル)セバケートである、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の送水管用粉体塗料組成物。
