Abstract
【解決手段】 質量%で、SiO2 58〜72%、Al2O3 0.5〜15%、B2O3 8〜18%、アルカリ金属酸化物 7.5〜20%、アルカリ土類金属酸化物 0〜20%、ZnO 0〜10%、Sb2O3+Sb2O5 0〜0.2%、F2+Cl2+C+SO3+SnO2 0.01〜3%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3を含有しないことを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 質量%で、SiO2 58〜72%、Al2O3 0.5〜15%、B2O3 8〜18%、アルカリ金属酸化物 7.5〜20%、アルカリ土類金属酸化物 0〜20%、ZnO 0〜10%、Sb2O3+Sb2O5 0〜0.2%、F2+Cl2+C+SO3+SnO2+CeO2 0.01〜3%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3を含有しないことを特徴とする半導体パッケージ用カバーガラス。
- 30〜380℃の温度範囲における平均熱膨張係数が30〜85×10-7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の半導体パッケージ用カバーガラス。
- ガラスからのα線放出量が0.005c/cm2・hr以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の半導体パッケージ用カバーガラス。
- ガラス中のU含有量が5ppb以下、Th含有量が10ppb以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の半導体パッケージ用カバーガラス。
- 密度が2.45g/cm3以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の半導体パッケージ用カバーガラス。
- アルカリ溶出量が、1.0mg以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の半導体パッケージ用カバーガラス。
- 固体撮像素子を収納するパッケージに使用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6に記載の半導体パッケージ用カバーガラス。
