Abstract
【解決手段】 非真空型採集チューブ12を含む、血液のような生物学的な試料を収集するための標本収集容器10である。チューブ12は、血液試料の収集の間、採集チューブ12の内側チャンバー20内から外部環境へと空気を置換するために適合する通気孔82を含む。通気孔82は、空気を透過可能とし、液体は不透過とし、かつ空気が不透過になるように液体試料に接触して密閉する。

Claims (17)
- 標本採集容器であって、
開口する上端部と底部との間に延在しているチューブ壁が内側チャンバーを形成している非真空チューブと、
前記採集チューブの開口した上端を密閉する穿通可能な蓋と、
前記採集チューブにおける前記内側チャンバー内に液体試料を採集する間、前記採集チューブの前記内側チャンバーから前記採集チューブの外側への空気の置換に適合する通気孔と、を備えたことを特徴とする標本採集容器。 - 前記通気孔は、前記内側チャンバー内に標本を採集する前に、周囲の圧力に前記内側チャンバーを維持するよう適合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記通気孔は、2方向への通気孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記通気孔は、前記空気の置換を防止するため、前記液体試料との接触による密閉に適合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記収集容器の前記底部は開口し、前記標本採集容器は、前記蓋の少なくとも一部を通じて延在している前記通気孔と共に、前記収集チューブの開口する底部を密閉する蓋をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記穿通可能な蓋は、前記収集チューブの開口する上端に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、かつ前記蓋は、前記収集チューブの前記底部に取り外し可能に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記蓋は、前記開口する底部に取り外し可能にハイブリッドストッパを有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記ハイブリッドストッパは、弾性部材と通気フィルターとを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記ハイブリッドストッパは、高密度ポリエチレンと高密度ポリプロピレンとからなるグループから選択された材料から構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記通気孔は、前記穿通可能な蓋の中の少なくとも一つの部分を貫いて延在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記穿通可能な蓋は、前記開口した上端部に取り外し可能に取り付けられるハイブリッドストッパを有することを特徴とする標本採集容器。
- 前記ハイブリッドストッパは、弾性部材と通気フィルターとを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記通気フィルターは、高密度ポリエチレンと高密度ポリプロピレンとからなるグループから選択される材料を有することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記採集チューブの内側チャンバー内に配置された内部容器を有し、前記内部容器は、液体試料の収納のために閉塞された環境を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記内部容器は、膨張バッグをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記膨張バッグは、前記採集チューブの開口した上端部に密閉状態で係合していることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の標本採集容器。
- 前記膨張バッグは、前記穿通可能な蓋に密閉状態で係合することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の標本採集容器。
