Claims (8)
- 蓄冷材として、鉛以外に、体積比率で12〜30%のHoCu2と15〜31%のGOSを充填したことを特徴とする極低温蓄冷器。
- HoCu2の体積比率をa%、GOSの体積比率をb%とした場合、

とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極低温蓄冷器。 - 前記蓄冷材を、高温側から鉛、HoCu2及びGOSの順に積層することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の極低温蓄冷器。
- 請求項1、2又は3に記載の極低温蓄冷器を備えたことを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。
- 請求項4に記載の極低温冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とする超電導磁石装置。
- 請求項4に記載の極低温冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とするMRI装置。
- 請求項4に記載の極低温冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とするクライオポンプ。
- 請求項4に記載の極低温冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とするジョセフソン電圧標準装置。
