【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような従来の扉取付装置では、扉を開けて作業用運搬車等の車を出入りさせる際に下枠体の案内レールが運搬車等の車輪で潰されると云う問題があり、また扉取付装置の解体時には各枠体を取り外すのにビスや釘を一々抜き取る必要があって、撤去作業に非常な手間と時間を要すると云う問題もあった。

この発明に係る扉取付装置は、左右一対の側枠体6,6と上枠体7と下枠体8とから構成される。左右各側枠体6は、図4及び図5に示すように、内側面に扉本体用コ字溝9を形成する鋼板製のコ字状形材6aと、このコ字状形材6aよりも幅狭で長さが若干短い枠体取付用コ字溝10を形成する鋼板製のコ字状型材6bとを左右背中合わせに一体結合したものからなり、扉本体用コ字溝9の上端には当該コ字溝を塞ぐような矩形状の鋼板製支持端板部11が設けられ、この支持端板部11にはボルト挿通孔11aが設けてある。この支持端板部11は、扉本体用コ字溝9を形成するコ字状形材6aの底板部9aの上端部を折曲延設して形成される。この側枠体6を製作するには、上端部に支持端板部11を折曲延設したコ字状形材6aと、コ字状型材6bとを背中合わせに重合した状態で、ブラインドリベット12によって両コ字状形材6a、6bを一体的に結合する。
