Description

【0001】

[Field of the Invention]
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention relates to conduit work in the electric construction industry, which can be carried out without processing conduit members, and enables cost reduction, reuse, and recycling of conduits, support materials, protective covers, and electric work using them. About the method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The conduit work in the conventional electric work will be described with reference to FIG. The conduit tube 20 is supported by the ductor 22 using the support 21 from the ceiling or the structure. When the electric cable 24 is drawn out from the middle of the conduit, the conduit is cut short so that the electric cable can be drawn out from the middle. In that case, a new conduit support is required.
[0003]
In addition, when wires and cables are to be routed, the cables must be pulled out from the end of the conduit and then returned because the cable cannot be pulled out from the middle of the conduit. Become.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
From the above, in the conventional electric construction, the conduit members including the conduit and the support material are processed and used, so that many operations are required at the construction site, the construction period is long, and the cost is high.
[0005]
In addition, since the conduit member is processed, it cannot be reused or recycled.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, in the present invention, a square or round bar shown in FIG. 1 is processed into a circular or polygonal shape (a circular or polygonal shape may or may not have an opening) for supporting an electric cable. By connecting the support member 1 and two or more of the support members, by using a conduit characterized by a skeleton structure composed of one or two or more connection members 2 of a square bar or a round bar, Solve the above problem.
[0007]
Fig. 1-a is a conduit having an opening 3 obtained by processing a round bar into a circle, Fig. 1-b is a conduit having an opening 3 obtained by processing a round bar into a circle, and Fig. 1-c is a hexagon having a square bar. The conduit having the opening 3 is shown in FIG.
[0008]
The conduit of the present invention having the structure with the opening 3 allows the electric cable to be directly inserted from the upper opening, and the electric cable extends from one end of the conduit to the opposite end like a conventional conduit. There is no need to perform the work of pulling in, and the work efficiency is further improved.
[0009]
Since the conduit according to the first aspect constitutes a pipe by combining square rods or round rods, the conduit of the present invention has a skeleton structure, and the electric cable can be drawn out of the space between the skeletons. In short, it is possible to pull out the wire cable from any place without processing the conduit, and it is not necessary to do the work of pulling out and returning the wire cable from the end, and the wiring can be routed in the shortest route without using extra wire cable It becomes possible.
[0010]
The support material shown in FIG. 2 is used to fix the conduit of the present invention. The support material of the present invention is prepared in advance in accordance with the diameter of the existing pipe or the size of the square bar, and can be fixed without processing on site. There is no need to process on site, and work efficiency can be improved.
[0011]
If protection is required for noise prevention, dust prevention, or protection, attach a protective cover. As shown in FIG. 3, the protective cover has a structure in which it can be detached because it is hooked on the connecting member 2 of the conduit tube of the present invention using the hook 18.
[0012]
As described above, the conduit member of the present invention can be used without processing, which indicates that the product of the present invention can be reused.
[0013]
The material of the conduit tube and the like of the present invention is not particularly limited, but considering reuse and recycling, a material that does not rust, such as stainless steel and aluminum, is considered to be suitable.
[0014]
【Example】
FIG. 5 shows a typical embodiment. FIG. 5A shows a case where an electric wire tube (without a protective cover) having an opening formed by processing a round bar into a circular shape is used, and it can be seen that the electric wire cable 24 can be freely pulled out from between the frameworks of the framework structure. In addition, a conduit support can be attached to the pipe as shown in FIG. FIG. 5-b shows an embodiment with a protective cover.
[0015]
As can be seen from FIG. 5, the present invention can be used without processing the conduit member at the site, and the support is easy, so that the efficiency of the site work can be improved, the construction period can be shortened, and the cost can be reduced. Leads to. Since the material is used without processing, it can be reused and recycled.
