【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、くしに関し、特に毛髪と接触して該毛髪の手入れを行うシート状又は紐状の毛髪化粧料含浸体をくし歯部に沿って交換可能に保持する機能を備えたくしに関する。

【従来の技術】
毛髪を整えたり、毛髪の手入れをするために使用するくしは、当該くしによって毛髪を梳かす際に、抜け毛がくしの歯に絡まって除去するのが面倒になったり、くしの歯に付着したふけや汚れを除去するのが面倒になることから、このような抜け毛やふけ、汚れ等の取り残しがないように、ブラシやくしの歯を差し込むように貫通させて、当該ブラシやくしにシート材料を装着して用いる技術が開示されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

また、くし歯形成部のくし歯の付根部近傍に毛髪化粧料を含浸させた液状体含浸樹脂体を付設したり（例えば、特許文献２参照）、くし歯を貫通させてシート状化粧料を装着することにより（例えば、特許文献３参照）、毛髪を梳かしながら毛髪用化粧料を毛髪に塗布できるようにする技術も開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の技術によれば、くし歯を貫通させてシート材料を装着する特許文献１、特許文献３のくしは、くし歯を差し込んでシート材料を装着する作業や、くし歯からシート材料を抜くようにして取り外す作業に手間がかかり、シート材料のスムーズな交換を行うことができない。また特許文献２のくしは、くしの構成が複雑になると共に、液状体含浸樹脂体をスムーズに交換することが困難である。

また、上記従来の技術によれば、シート材料や液状体含浸樹脂体は、くしによって梳かす方向に対向する投影面積が少ない状態で取り付けられているため、例えば頭皮と離れた外側に位置する部分の毛髪に対しては毛髪用化粧料を塗布できても、頭皮に近い内側に位置する部分の毛髪に対しては毛髪用化粧料を効果的に塗布してゆくことが困難だった。

本発明は、簡易な構成を備えながらも毛髪化粧料含浸体を容易且つスムーズに交換できると共に、毛髪化粧料を塗布しつつ容易に毛髪を梳かしてゆくことのできるくしを提供することを目的とする。

また、本発明は、外側に位置する部分の毛髪のみならず、内側に位置する部分の毛髪に対しても効果的に毛髪用化粧料を塗布しつつ毛髪を梳かしてゆくことのできるくしを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、毛髪と接触して該毛髪の手入れを行うシート状又は紐状の毛髪化粧料含浸体をくし歯部に沿って交換可能に保持する機能を備えたくしであって、開閉可能に重ね合わせた状態で一体接合されることにより、各分割くし歯部が前記くし歯部に配置される、当該分割くし歯部と分割把持部とからなる表裏一対の分割くし体からなり、前記毛髪化粧料含浸体は、前記表裏一対の分割くし体の間に挟み込まれて、前記くし歯部に沿って保持されるくしを提供することにより、上記目的を達成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１（ａ）〜（ｃ）に示す本発明の好ましい第１実施形態に係るくし１０は、毛髪を梳かしながら、例えばつや出し剤、保湿剤、消臭剤等のヘアケア剤である毛髪化粧料を、毛髪に同時に塗布してゆくことを可能にすると共に、毛髪を梳かす際に絡まったり付着した、抜け毛やふけ、汚れ等を容易且つスムーズに取り除くことのできる構成を備えるものである。

さらに、図１における上面側に配置される一方の分割くし体１４ａの分割把持部１３ａには、その側方の周壁１９ａの外側に各々係止ツメ２１が突出して設けられている。この係止ツメ２１を、これの弾性変形を利用して、下面側に配置される他方の分割くし体１４ｂの分割把持部１３ｂにおける側方の周壁１９ｂに外側から係止することにより、表裏一対の分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂを閉塞一体化した状態に強固に保持することができるようになっている。また係止ツメ２１の係止状態を、これの弾性変形を介して解除し、一方の分割くし体１４ａをヒンジ１６を中心として回動することにより、一対の分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂを容易に開放した状態とすることができるようになっている。

各分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂの分割くし歯部１２ａ，１２ｂは、各分割把持部１３ａ，１３ｂの周壁１９ａ，１９ｂのヒンジ１６とは反対側に位置する前方部分に支持されるようにして基端部の略半分の断面部分が一体接合された、複数のくし歯１７ａ，１７ｂによって各々構成されている。各くし歯１７ａ，１７ｂは、例えば１０〜５０ｍｍ程度の長さを有しており、各周壁１９ａ，１９ｂの前方部分の略全長に亘って例えば５〜２０ｍｍ程度のピッチの等間隔で各々平行に配置されている。また各くし歯１７ａ，１７ｂは、表裏一対の分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂが一体接合された際に、一方の分割くし体１４ａの隣接するくし歯１７ａの中間に他方の分割くし体１４ｂのくし歯１７ａが配設されて、くし歯１７ａ，１７ｂが一列に並んだくし歯部１１が形成されるように、各分割くし歯部１２ａ，１２ｂにおいて、１本のくし歯１７ａ，１７ｂ毎に互い違いに配置されている。

したがって、表裏一対の分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂが一体接合されて、くし歯部１１及び把持部１５からなる使用可能な状態のくし１０が形成された際に、くし歯部１１において各くし歯１７ａ，１７ｂは、例えば１．５〜８ｍｍ程度のピッチの等間隔で各々平行に並べて配置されることになる。なお、下面側に配置される他方の分割くし体１４ｂの分割くし歯部１２ｂには、その両端に配置されて、くし歯１７ａ，１７ｂよりも径の太い端部くし歯２２が設けられており、この端部くし歯２２によって、くし歯部１１においてこれらの内側に並べて配置される複数のくし歯１７ａ，１７ｂを、落下時等に際して効果的に防護できるようになっている。

本第１実施形態によれば、くし歯部１１に沿って交換可能に保持されるシート状の毛髪化粧料含浸体２０は、毛髪化粧料を含浸可能な例えば不織布、織布、紙、スポンジ等からなり、凹部１８ａ，１８ｂに収容可能な幅を有する帯状に形成されると共に、一対の分割くし歯部１２ａ，１２ｂにより挟み込まれて蛇腹状に曲折しつつ、くし歯部１１の略全長に亘って配置できる長さを見越した長さに裁断された後に、折り畳まれた状態で複数枚積み重ねられて凹部１８ａ，１８ｂに収容されることになる。

なお、本発明によれば、毛髪化粧料含浸体として、シート状の含浸体２０を用いる必要は必ずしもなく、例えば紐状の毛髪化粧料含浸体を一対の分割くし歯部１２ａ，１２ｂによって挟み込んで用いることもできるが、シート状の毛髪化粧料含浸体２０を用いることにより、くし１０によって梳かす方向に対向する毛髪化粧料含浸体の投影面積を、相当の大きさで確保することが可能になる。

本第１実施形態のくし１０を用いて毛髪を梳かす際には、まず分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂを開いた状態とし（（ａ）参照）、凹部１８ａ，１８ｂに収容されたシート状の毛髪化粧料含浸体２０から一番上のものを取り出して、この毛髪化粧料含浸体２０を、下面側に配置された他方の分割くし体１４ｂの分割くし歯部１２ｂの上に、各くし歯１７ｂと交差するようにして敷き拡げる（（ｂ）参照）。しかる後に、一方の分割くし体１４ａをヒンジ１６を中心として回動すると共に、係止ツメ２１を他方の分割把持部１３ｂの周壁１９ｂに外側から係止することにより、毛髪化粧料含浸体２０を蛇腹状に挟み込んだくし歯部１１と、把持部１５とからなる使用可能な状態のくし１０が得られることになる。

また、本第１実施形態によれば、くし１０を用いて毛髪を梳かし終わったら、例えばくし歯部１１から毛髪化粧料含浸体２０を先端側に向かって引き抜くか、或いは分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂを開いて毛髪化粧料含浸体２０を取り除くことにより、当該毛髪化粧料含浸体２０と共に、くし歯部１１のくし歯１７ａ，１７ｂに絡まったり付着した、抜け毛やふけ、汚れ等を容易に除去することが可能になる。

そして、本第１実施形態のくし１０によれば、簡易な構成を備えながらも毛髪化粧料含浸体２０を容易且つスムーズに交換できると共に、毛髪化粧料を塗布しつつ容易に毛髪を梳かしてゆくことができる。すなわち、本第１実施形態のくし１０は、表裏一対の分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂを開閉可能に接合しただけの簡易な構成によって、毛髪化粧料含浸体２０をこれらの分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂの間に挟み込むことにより、当該毛髪化粧料含浸体２０を、容易且つスムーズに着脱交換可能な状態で、くし歯部１１に沿って保持することが可能になる。また表裏一対の分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂの間に挟み込まて、毛髪化粧料含浸体２０がくし歯部１１に沿って配置されているので、くし１０を用いて毛髪を梳かしつつ毛髪化粧料含浸体２０を毛髪に接触させて、これに含浸された毛髪化粧料を毛髪に容易に塗布してゆくことが可能になる。

また、本第１実施形態のくし１０によれば、くし歯部１１に沿ってシート状の毛髪化粧料含浸体２０が分割くし体１４ａ，１４ｂの間に挟み込まれて配置されているので、当該シート状の毛髪化粧料含浸体２０によって、くし１０を用いて梳かす方向に対向する相当の大きさの投影面積が確保されることになり、したがって頭皮と離れた外側に位置する部分の毛髪に対してのみならず、頭皮に近い内側に位置する部分の毛髪に対しても、毛髪用化粧料を効果的に塗布してゆくことが可能になる。

図２（ａ）〜（ｃ）は、本発明の好ましい第２実施形態に係るくし２３を示すものである。本第２実施形態のくし２３は、上記第１実施形態のくし１０と略同様の構成を備える一方で、各分割把持部２４ａ，２４ｂの周壁２７ａ，２７ｂに支持されて一体接合される、各分割くし歯部２５ａ，２５ｂを形成するくし歯２６ａ，２６ｂは、その基端部分の外側が帯板状の分割カラー部２８ａ，２８ｂによって一体として覆われている。また各分割カラー部２８ａ，２８ｂの各くし歯２６ａ，２６ｂの間に位置する内側面には、填め込み溝３０が各々形成されている。表裏一対の分割くし体２９ａ，２９ｂを閉塞して、くし２３を使用可能な状態とする際に、くし歯２６ａ，２６ｂの基端部分が、これと対向する填め込み溝３０に各々填め込まれることにより、各くし歯２６ａ，２６ｂは、くし２３のくし歯部３２において、安定した状態で並列配置されることになる（（ｂ）参照）。

また、本第２実施形態によれば、表裏一対の分割くし体２９ａ，２９ｂが閉塞される際に、分割カラー部２８ａ，２８ｂは一体接合されて、全周に亘ってくし２３の把持部３１よりも一段低くなったカバー体嵌合部３３が形成されることになる。そして、このカバー体嵌合部３３に先端の開口縁部を嵌合係止するようにして、くし歯部３２の全体を覆うようにしつつ、カバーキャップ３４を、くし２３に対して着脱可能に装着することが可能になる。カバーキャップ３４を装着することにより、携帯時等のくし２３の未使用時におけるくし歯部３２の破損を効果的に回避することが可能になると共に、シート状の毛髪化粧料含浸体２０をくし歯部３２に挟み込んだままの状態で、くし２３を携帯することも可能になる。なお、カバーキャップ３４の表面には、鏡３５を適宜取り付けて使用することもできる。

なお、本発明は上記各実施形態に限定されることなく種々の変更が可能である。例えば表裏一対の分割くし体はヒンジを介して接合されている必要は必ずしもなく、蝶番やその他の接合方法によって開閉可能に接合されていても良い。また一対の分割くし歯部のくし歯を互い違いに配置する方法としては、１本毎とする必要は必ずしもなく、複数本毎、或いは重なり合わないランダムな状態で互い違いに配置することもできる。さらに、毛髪化粧料含浸体を収容する凹部やカバーキャップを備えている必要は必ずしもない。

【発明の効果】
本発明のくしによれば、簡易な構成を備えながらも毛髪化粧料含浸体を容易且つスムーズに交換できると共に、毛髪化粧料を塗布しつつ容易に毛髪を梳かしてゆくことができる。また毛髪化粧料含浸体としてシート状の毛髪化粧料含浸体を挟み込めば、外側に位置する部分の毛髪のみならず、内側に位置する部分の毛髪に対しても効果的に毛髪用化粧料を塗布しつつ毛髪を梳かしてゆくことができる。
