【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来ビールの醸造機は高価な発酵用耐圧容器や複雑な機構を必要とし、価格的にもかなり高価格で、一般家庭や小規模な業務用に使用出来るような物ではなかった。また、洗浄や殺菌など操作も複雑で、作業には専任の醸造技術者が必要であり、だれでも簡単に醸造できるような小型・低価格な装置の開発が望まれていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
空冷式のビールサーバーは冷却機構や温度調節機構等を備えており、全自動醸造機の機能と重複する点が多いことに着目し、ビールサーバーと一体化した醸造機を考案した。新たに、発酵圧力調節、発酵温度制御などの機能を追加し、業務用の生樽を発酵容器に利用した自動ビール醸造システムを構築した。自動化のためには発酵最適温度になってからイーストを投入する必要があるので、生樽にはイーストの自動投入機構を追加した。

【発明の効果】
麦汁又はモルトエキスを熱湯で溶かして生樽に入れ、イーストケースにイーストを入れて発酵室にセットするだけで、簡単にビールを醸造することが出来る様になった。冷却はサーバーと兼用なので全体として低価格なシステムになり、なおかつ醸造後は必ずビールサーバーが必要なので、一体化することで設置スペースの節約にもなった。
