Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a treatment agent for correcting a deformed nail used when correcting deformation of a nail.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The deformed nail refers to an ingrown nail, an ingrown nail, or the like. For example, as the toenails extend, one and / or the other side edge of the nail may bite into the flesh between the nail and the finger head such that the nail is rolled inward. What goes out. The conventional method of repairing ingrown nails depends on the degree of ingrown nails, but a surgical method is employed for those with severe deformation of nails. In addition, in order to fix the ingrown nail without selecting a surgical operation, for example, a plate-shaped piece made of a shape memory alloy or a shape memory resin is adhered to the curved surface of the ingrown nail with an adhesive, and the environmental temperature is set to a predetermined value. A method has been proposed in which the temperature is raised to a temperature equal to or higher than the above to fix the ingrown nail by the restoring force of the plate-shaped piece (see Japanese Patent No. 2648735).
[0003]
Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-276104 proposes a correction tool for correcting nail deformation as described below and a correction method using the same.
That is, the correction tool described in the above publication that corrects the deformation of the nail is abutted on a first locking portion locked on one side edge in the width direction of the nail body, and a part of the surface of the nail body. A first correction body having a first contact portion connected to the first contact portion and a first connecting hook portion connected to the first contact portion, and a second engagement member locked to the other edge in the width direction of the claw body A second correction body having a locking portion, a second contact portion contacting a part of the surface of the claw body, and a second connecting hook portion connected to the second contact portion; The first hook and the second hook are locked by the first hook and the second hook, and the first hook and the second hook are pulled toward the intermediate portion in the width direction of the claw body by a predetermined tensile force. And a correction operating portion for holding and pulling up one side edge and the other side edge of the claw body.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the method by the surgical operation, the nail that has cut into the meat part is partially cut and removed, so that it is difficult to perform the operation when there is a risk of bacterial infection. Even if the nail is partially removed by surgical operation and the ingrown nail is temporarily fixed, the ingrown nail phenomenon recurs after the operation because the flexibility of the entire nail in the winding direction has not been corrected. There was probably fear.
[0005]
On the other hand, according to a method using the restoring force of a plate-shaped piece made of a shape memory alloy or a shape memory resin as a method not selecting a surgical operation, when the restoring force is out of a range due to elastic deformation of the shape memory material. , Was not very effective.
Moreover, in this method, since the plate-like piece is attached to the nail surface with an adhesive, if the adhesive strength of the adhesive is low, the plate-like piece is easily peeled from the nail face, and conversely, the adhesive strength is too high. In such a case, inconveniences such as impairing the restoring force of the plate-like piece may occur.
[0006]
In addition, when the above-mentioned orthodontic device is used, the same applies to the case where the above-mentioned plate-shaped piece is used, but the treatment period is several months, and since the patient must live with the orthodontic device attached, the treatment is not possible. It was very painful for the patient.

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2,648,735
[Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-276104 A
An object of the present invention is to provide a treatment agent for correcting deformed nails, which is provided for a deformation correction method capable of correcting deformation of nails such as ingrown nails in a short time by a simple method without performing a surgical operation. That is.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The inventors who are orthopedic surgeons conceived that the permanent wave technology could be applied to the correction of this deformed nail because the nail is a component close to the hair, and as a result of sincerity research, it was It has been found that the nail can be softened by the reducing agent which is the main component of the first agent. That is, as in the case of the hair, the disulfide bond of cystine contained in the keratin protein in the nail is reduced to be cut as a mercapto group by reduction, thereby softening the nail (deformed nail) in the affected area, and in this manner, The correction is performed.
Therefore, the above-mentioned object is achieved by the modified nail correction treatment agent according to any one of the following constitutions (1) to (4) of the present invention.
(1) A treating agent for correcting deformed nails, comprising at least one reducing agent selected from the group consisting of cysteine, thioglycolic acid and thioglycolate.
(2) The treatment agent for correcting deformed nails according to the above (1), wherein the reducing agent is a thioglycolate.
(3) The treating agent for correcting deformed nails according to the above (2), wherein the reducing agent is ammonia thioglycolate.
(4) Salt The modified nail treating agent according to any one of (1) to (3) above, wherein the reducing agent has been deodorized.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The treatment agent for correcting deformed nails according to the present invention contains at least one reducing agent selected from the group consisting of cysteine, thioglycolic acid and thioglycolate.
As the thioglycolate, ammonium thioglycolate, sodium thioglycolate, potassium thioglycolate, monoethanolamine thioglycolate, jetanolamine thioglycolate, triethanolamine thioglycolate, and the like can be used. Particularly, ammonium thioglycolate is preferable.
[0012]
The treatment agent for correcting deformed nails according to the present invention is preferably in the form of a cream or a gel formed by adding an emulsion to the reducing agent. As the emulsified product, in addition to the emulsified product used for the first agent for permanent waves such as cream, any type of emulsified product that does not affect the human body and does not affect the action of the reducing agent is used. May be used.
Additives can be appropriately added to the deformed nail correction treatment agent according to the present invention. As the additive, carotene, keratin, protein, calcium and the like for nail nutrition are suitable.
[0013]
In the modified nail correction treatment agent of the present invention, the concentration of the reducing agent is preferably in the range of 2 to 50% by weight, though it depends on the type of the reducing agent. This is because when the concentration of the reducing agent is less than 2% by weight, the nail cannot be sufficiently softened in a short time, and when the concentration of the reducing agent exceeds 50% by weight, the nail is This is because there is a risk of damaging it.
In addition to the deodorant for removing the odor peculiar to the reducing agent used, various components for nail nutrition can be added to the modified nail correction treatment agent of the present invention.
[0014]
【Example】
Hereinafter, a method for correcting ingrown nails using the modified nail correction treatment agent according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Incidentally, even in the case of ingrown nails, there are cases in which the nails are sufficiently elongated and cases in which the nails are deep, and the deformed nail correction by the deformed nail correction treatment agent of the present invention can be applied to both cases. In this embodiment, a case will be described in which the present invention is applied to a case where the nail is sufficiently extended.
[0015]
The first step (adjustment of treatment agent for correcting deformed nails)
First, an emulsifier was added to ammonium thioglycolate, which is a reducing agent, to prepare a creamy 5% (by weight) ammonium thioglycolate deforming nail treating agent.
2nd process (opening of nail)
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, three small through holes 10 were formed in a portion n1 extending forward of the nail n using a mini-router and a drill blade. The number of the small holes can be changed depending on the state, and may be two or the like.
Third step (application of the treatment agent for correcting the deformed nail to the nail)
The treatment agent for correcting deformed nails was applied to the entire upper surface of the nail so as to have a thickness of about 5 mm, and was left as it was.
4th step (removal of nail processing agent for correcting deformed nails)
Twenty-five minutes after the application of the deformed nail correction treatment agent to the nail, the condition of the nail was inspected, and it was found that the nail had been sufficiently softened.
Fifth step (reduction operation of nail)
The softened ingrown nail was reduced and corrected to the normal state (normally small bending state) as shown in FIG. 3 with the operator's fingertip.
6th process (fixing with resin)
In order to maintain the corrected position, a resin 12 was attached and fixed to the upper surface of the nail so as to cover the small hole 10 previously opened in the nail (see FIG. 3). This fixation is performed for a time period in which the corrected position of the nail can be sufficiently maintained. Although it depends on the condition of the nail, in the present example, it took 1 hour. In addition, as a resin, an ultra-fast curing room temperature polymerization resin (trade name "GC Unifast II of GC Corporation" was used.
Seventh step (final step-removal of resin)
Finally, the resin was removed from the nail to complete the nail correction.
The above results are apparent from the drawing substitute photograph shown in FIG. In FIG. 4, (a) shows a preoperative term, and (b) shows a term. When the same procedure was performed using other thioglycolate, cysteine, and thioglycolic acid, the same results as above were obtained with a slight difference in time.
From the above, the effect of the present invention is clear.
