Description

【0001】

[0010]
In the present invention, "up and down", "upper", "lower", "top", "bottom" and the like refer to each direction and each position in the lamp assembly state. Further, the “plurality” of the “plurality of small rings” and “plurality of legs” in claims 1 and 3 refers to a plurality of 3 or more (excluding 2).
[0011]
According to the present invention, in a state where the shade is held by the stand body, the vertical rod portion below the hooking piece portion of the leg is largely exposed below the shade, so that the length and shape of the vertical rod portion are selected and selected. By selecting the shape of the shade to be combined, it is possible to obtain a desk lamp having a long leg and a variety of designs. In addition, in a state before the assembly of the desk lamp, the legs have a flat shape, so that they are not bulky, and the packing volume when the set of stand components is packed together with other parts is small.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to a first example shown in FIGS. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a desk lamp, which is formed by holding a shade 3 on a stand body 2. The shade 3 has a substantially spherical appearance similar to a fire lantern of a lantern, and connects both ends of a spirally wound bamboo string 4 to an upper ring 5 and a lower ring 6 made of wire. Has a structure in which a waist 7 is stuck to the upper opening 8 and the lower opening 9 by sticking a Japanese paper 7 to the lower opening 9. As shown in FIG. 4, a small ring 10 is formed by locally winding the lower ring 6, which is an edge material of the lower opening 9, with a small diameter, and protrudes inside the lower opening 9. In this case, a plurality (three in this example) is provided.
[0014]
Next, the constituent members of the stand body 2 will be described. Reference numeral 11 denotes a vertically long frame-shaped frame body obtained by bending a wire (in this example, a steel wire having a diameter of about 2 mm) and welding both ends thereof, as shown in FIG. As described above, a protruding fitting portion 12 that fits into the upper opening 8 of the shade 3 is formed at the top, and a cutout annular (Ω-shaped) mounting portion 14 is formed at the center of the base 13 by bending. I have.
[0015]
Reference numeral 21 denotes a leg mainly composed of a molded product obtained by bending a wire (in this example, a steel wire having a diameter of about 2 mm) into a substantially L-shape, and a lateral rod 23 having a cut-out annular mounting portion 22 at one end. A vertical rod 24 extending obliquely downward is connected to the other end of the. Numeral 25 denotes a hooking piece part whose tip end side is directed downward, which is provided outside the upper part of the vertical rod 24 (opposite to the mounting part 22). In this example, it is interposed between the horizontal rod 23 and the vertical rod 24. The wire is formed by bending the wire. The same number of legs 21 (three in this example) as the number of small rings 10 of the shade 3 are used. Reference numeral 26 denotes a rubber small spherical cap fitted and fixed to the lower end of the vertical rod 24, and may be omitted when the wire at the lower end is bent in a curved shape.
[0016]
Reference numeral 31 denotes a lamp socket with a cord 32, into which a lamp 33 is screwed, and 34, a pull switch. Reference numeral 35 denotes a fastener provided on the cord side of the lamp socket 31, which is a type in which a thumb nut 37 is screwed into a stud bolt type bolt 36 having a base fixed to the lamp socket 31. A through hole is provided, and the bolt 36 has an outer diameter dimension that fits with a small amount of clearance into the mounting portion 14 of the frame 11 and the mounting portion 22 of the leg 21.
[0017]
In a state before assembling the above members, as shown in FIG. 4, the three legs 21 are flat wire folded bodies, so that they are not bulky, the frame body 11 is also flat, and the shade 3 is thin disk-shaped. Therefore, the packaging volume for packing one set of stand components can be small.
[0018]
In order to assemble the desk lamp 1 using the above members after unpacking, first remove the thumb nut 37 from the bolt 36 of the lamp socket 31 and use the cord 32 between the bolt 36 and the thumb nut 37 as shown in FIG. The mounting portion 14 of the frame 11 and the mounting portions 22 of the three legs 21 are fitted into the frame 11. This fitting can be easily performed by introducing the cord 32 into each of the mounting portions through the notches 14a and 22a (see FIG. 3) that open to the side of each of the mounting portions. Next, when the thumb nut 37 is tightened to the bolt 36, the tightening produces the stand body 2 shown in FIG.
[0019]
After the lamp 33 is screwed into the socket portion of the stand body 2 as shown in FIG. 6, the shade 3 is put over the frame body 11 from above, and the upper opening 8 is fitted into the fitting portion 12 of the frame body 11. After that, the lower ring 6 of the shade 3 is pulled down and each small ring 10 is hooked on the hook piece 25 of each leg 21 to obtain an assembly of the desk lamp 1. 3 can be mounted quickly and easily. When replacing the lamp 33, the shade 3 can be easily removed in the reverse procedure. The fitting portion 12 of the frame 11 protruding above the shade 3 can be used as a handle for carrying.
[0020]
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to a second example shown in FIGS. The table lamp 41 of this example is different from the first example in the shapes of the shade 43 and the frame 11 and the structure of the legs 45, but has the same other structure as the first example. The same or corresponding parts as those in FIG. 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, detailed description of these parts is omitted, and the same applies to other examples below.
[0021]
That is, the shade 43 has a rectangular tube-like appearance which is similar to a fireball of a lantern, and the ends of the bamboo string 4 wound into a rectangular tube are connected to the upper ring 5 and the lower ring 5 which are made of wire and have a square ring shape. 6 and the body is formed by attaching Japanese paper 7 to the outside of the frame. The lower ring 6 has small rings 10a, 10a arranged symmetrically with respect to the center P of the lower opening 9 as shown in FIG. 8 by the same forming method as the small ring 10 of the first example. Two pairs of small rings composed of small rings 10b, 10b are provided so as to protrude inside the lower opening 9.
[0022]
The frame 11 has the same shape as the frame of the first example, except that the fitting portion 12 at the top is formed in an angular shape. The leg 45 is formed by bending a wire, similarly to the first example, and as shown in FIG. 10, at both ends of a horizontal rod 47 having a cutout annular (Ω-shaped) mounting portion 46 formed at the center. A vertical rod 49 is continuously provided via a downward hooking piece 48 similar to that of the first example. Although two legs 45 are used, depending on the wire diameter of the wire, the ease of bending adjustment after assembly, and the like, the length of the vertical rod 49 of one leg 45 is reduced in order to eliminate rattling after assembly. It is preferable that the length be longer than the vertical rod 49 of the other leg 45 by the wire diameter.
[0023]
Also in this example, before assembly of the members, since the leg 45 is a flat wire product, it is not bulky, and the packaging volume can be small as in the first example.
[0024]
At the time of assembling the stand body 42, the mounting portions 46 of the two legs 45, 45 are fitted into the cord 32 in the same manner as the mounting portions 14 of the frame 11, as shown in FIG. Similarly, tightening by the thumb nut 37 may be performed. When the shade 43 is attached to the obtained stand body 42, the four small rings 10a, 10a, 10b, 10b of the lower ring 6 may be hooked on the four hook pieces 48 of the leg assembly. Thus, a pair of small rings 10a, 10a are provided on the hook pieces 48, 48 at both ends of one leg 45, and a pair of small rings are provided on the hook pieces 48, 48 at both ends of the other leg 45. The bodies 10b, 10b are in the hooked state, respectively, and the mounting of the shade 43 can be performed quickly and easily as in the first example.
[0025]
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to a third example shown in FIGS. The shade 53 of the desk lamp 51 of this example has a tapered rectangular cylindrical appearance, and the small ring bodies 10a and 10a are formed on the lower ring 6 in the shape of a square ring as in the second example, as in the second example. Small rings 10b, 10b are provided. In addition, a plurality (four in this example) of upper small ring bodies 54 are provided on the angular ring-shaped upper ring 5 so as to protrude inside the upper opening 8.
[0026]
Reference numeral 55 denotes a shade holder which radially connects a base of a plurality of (four in this example) arm 56 made of wire with a hook portion 57 which is engaged with and disengaged from the upper small ring 54 at a tip thereof. Formed by welding. The frame 11 has a shape in which the fitting portion 12 at the top fits into the hole 58a of the ring body 58, and the other components of the stand body 52 are the same as in the second example.
[0027]
In a state before the assembly, the shade holder 55 in addition to the legs 45 is flat, so that it is not bulky, and the packaging volume can be small.
[0028]
At the time of assembling the electric stand 51, after assembling the stand body 52, the shade holder 55 is attached to the shade 53 by hooking its hook portion 57 on the upper small ring 54 of the shade 53, and the frame 11 of the stand body 52 is Is fitted into the hole 58a of the ring body 58 of the shade holder 55, and each small ring at the lower part of the shade 53 is hooked on each hook piece 48 of the leg 45 in the same manner as in the second example. You just need to stop it.
[0029]
In the desk lamp 51 of this example, since the shade holder 55 is used, the upper opening 8 of the shade 53 can be made large, and a desk lamp with a large amount of light projected upward and good heat radiation from inside the shade 53 can be obtained. Thus, the frame 11 does not need to be wide and large as in the case of FIG. 14 described later.
[0030]
The present invention is not limited to the above examples. For example, the shade 3 may be of various shapes other than those described above, and its body has translucency in addition to the above-mentioned paper such as Japanese paper. It can be composed of various kinds of flexible sheets such as cloth (for example, silk cloth) and synthetic resin sheets. As shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the body is made of only Japanese paper or other flexible sheets without bamboo strings. You may comprise a part. Further, a small projection 61 provided on the upper ring 5 of the shade 3 is fitted with the small projection-shaped fitting portion 12 of the frame 11 as shown in FIGS. The fitting portion 12 of the frame 11 is fitted into the upper opening 8 of the shade 3 which does not have the ring 5 but is reinforced with a backing material 62 such as cloth. What holds the inside of the portion is also included in the embodiments of the upper opening portion of the shade and the fitting portion of the frame body fitted in the upper opening portion in the inventions of the first and second aspects.
[0031]
Further, as shown in FIG. 17, the leg 21 can have various shapes such as a bent or curved vertical rod 24, and the same applies to the leg 45. Further, in each of the above examples, the legs 21, 45 and the frame 11 are formed by bending a wire, so that the number of members used is small and the structure is simple. As described above, depending on the wire diameter of the wire, the leg 21 may be formed by welding an L-shaped hooking piece 25 separate from the vertical rod 24 to the upper part of the vertical rod 24, or by attaching a cutout annular mounting part 22 made of a plate material. May be welded to the end of the horizontal rod 23, and may be a structure other than the wire bent-formed body, and the leg 45 and the frame 11 (the mounting portion 14 thereof) may have the same structure.
[0032]
Further, the legs 21, 45 may be made of various metal wires and bars other than the above-mentioned wires (for example, aluminum wires), or may be made of synthetic resin wires or bars, or integrally molded products. The cross section may be a shape other than a circle such as a polygonal shape. In the case of a molded product of a synthetic resin, the mounting portions 22, 46 and the hook pieces 25, 48 are formed integrally with the horizontal and vertical rods. Can be formed. Also, the frame 11 may be made of a material other than wire or a manufacturing method, similarly to the above-mentioned leg.
[0033]
Further, as shown in FIG. 19, the fastener 35 of the lamp socket 31 may be of a type in which a bolt 39 having a cord through-hole at the center is screwed into a screw member 38 to be embedded and fixed in the lamp socket 31.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of legs having a horizontal rod portion and a vertical rod portion are fastened to a lamp socket to form a leg portion of a desk lamp, and a lower portion of a shade is formed at an upper portion of the vertical rod portion. , The vertical rod of the leg is greatly exposed below the shade, and a desk lamp with a long leg and a variety of designs can be obtained. Further, before assembly, the legs are flat and not bulky, the packaging volume is small, and the cost of packaging and transportation can be reduced.
