【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、特に毛髪矯正後、その状態が長持ちする縮毛用シャンプーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
洗髪は、毛髪の汚れ、皮脂等を除去し、清潔で健康な頭皮と髪を保つ上で重要である。そのために、シャンプーには、洗浄力、起泡性等が求められ、さらに、頭皮を健康に保つために、頭皮に対して消炎効果があり、抗菌作用があることが望まれる。頭皮が健康でなくては健康な毛髪が得られない。また、毛髪に対して、洗浄後、シャンプー成分を洗い流した後、その成分が僅かに毛髪表面に付着残存して、毛髪を外気から保護したり、毛髪に保湿性を与え、ぱさつきを抑え、しっとり感や、さらさら感を与えるものであることが望まれる。

一方、特に、縮毛の者は年に何回か矯正施術を行っており、矯正施術では、毛髪のケラチンを薬剤で軟化させ、整形固定し、さらケラチンを薬剤で再硬化させるという薬剤処理をするので、頭皮や髪質を傷める。そこで、矯正施術の回数を少なくすること、矯正後整形状態が長く保たれることが望まれ、矯正施術後、その状態をいかに長持ちさせるかは大きな関心事である。

しかし、矯正施術後、洗髪に従来市販されている通常のシャンプーを使用すると、その施術効果が長持ちしないという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような状況に鑑み、本発明の課題は、従来の洗浄力を有していて、頭皮を健康に保つことができて、特に矯正施術後の毛髪に、保湿性を与え、ぱさつきを抑え、しっとり感や、さらさら感を与え、施術効果が長持ちする縮毛用シャンプーの提供にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者の長年の研究の結果、矯正施術後の状態を長持ちさせるには、頭皮を健康に保ち、縮れの戻りを防ぐことが大切であり、縮れの戻りは毛髪の水分含有量に影響され、毛髪の保水性・保湿性が保たれれば縮れの戻りが抑えられることが分かった。そのためには、シャンプー成分を後述するようにするとよいことが判明し、本発明に到達した。

すなわち、本発明は第１に、アニオン界面活性剤、ノニオン界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を含む界面活性剤と植物エキスとを含有することを特徴とする縮毛用シャンプーである。

また、第２に、前記縮毛用シャンプーのうち、界面活性剤が、ヤシ油脂肪酸ジエタノールアミド、ヤシ油脂肪酸メチルタウリンナトリウム、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム、テトラデセンスルホン酸ナトリウム、Ｎ−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−Ｌ−グルタミン酸トリエタノールアミン、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンラノリン及びＮ−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−Ｎ’−カルボキシエチル−Ｎ’−ヒドロキシエチレンジアミンナトリウムのうちから選ばれるものであることが好ましい。

第３に、前記第１又は第２の縮毛用シャンプーのうち、植物エキスが、甘草エキス、アルニカエキス、セイヨウキズタエキス、ニンニクエキス、ローマカミツレエキス、ローズマリーエキス、ハマメリスエキス、オトギリソウエキス、マロニエエキス、マツエキス、ブドウ葉エキス、ゴボウエキス、オランダカラシエキス及びオドリコソウエキスのうちから選ばれるものであることが好ましい。

第４に、前記第１〜３のいずれかの縮毛用シャンプーのうち、さらに、カチオン化ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、トリメチルグリシン、フェノキシエタノール、メチルパラベン、エチドロン酸、１，３−ブチレングリコール、ｄｌ−ピロリドンカルボン酸ナトリウム、グリチルリチン酸ジカリウム、アルギン酸ナトリウム、カラメル、クエン酸、ヒノキチオール及び香料を含有していることが好ましい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明を詳細に説明する。
本発明の縮毛用シャンプーは、アニオン界面活性剤、ノニオン界面活性剤及び両性界面活性剤を含む界面活性剤と植物エキスとを含有する。

本発明において、界面活性剤としては、ヤシ油脂肪酸ジエタノールアミド、ヤシ油脂肪酸メチルタウリンナトリウム、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム、テトラデセンスルホン酸ナトリウム、Ｎ−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−Ｌ−グルタミン酸トリエタノールアミン、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンラノリン及びＮ−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−Ｎ’−カルボキシエチル−Ｎ’−ヒドロキシエチレンジアミンナトリウム等が挙げられる。

そして、これらの界面活性剤の含有割合は、ヤシ油脂肪酸ジエタノールアミドが５．０〜１０．０重量％、ヤシ油脂肪酸メチルタウリンナトリウムが１．０〜１０．０重量％、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油が０．１〜１．０重量％、ポリオキシエチレンラウリルエーテル硫酸ナトリウムが１．０〜８．０重量％、テトラデセンスルホン酸ナトリウムが１．０〜７．０重量％、Ｎ−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−Ｌ−グルタミン酸トリエタノールアミンが１．０〜７．０重量％、ポリオキシエチレンポリオキシプロピレンラノリンが１．０〜２．０重量％、Ｎ−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−Ｎ’−カルボキシエチル−Ｎ’−ヒドロキシエチレンジアミンナトリウムが０．１〜３．０重量％であることが好ましい。そして、髪質が普通で全般的な縮毛の場合、縮毛で地肌を整えるための場合、縮毛で髪質にダメージがある場合など、これらの活性剤の含有割合を上記範囲で調節することが好ましい。
