Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rising frame and a floor at an entrance in a house, and more particularly, to a reforming frame and an upper floor used when renovating an old rising frame and a floor, and using the reform frame and the upper floor. The present invention relates to a method of reforming a raised frame and a floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, inside a building such as a house, when newly renovating the floorboard at the entrance and the rising frame provided at the front edge thereof, it is troublesome to remove all the old rising frame and the old floorboard and re-install the new one. Was enormous. Therefore, it has been common practice to lay a new floorboard on the entire upper surface from the old existing floorboard to the rising frame, and apply a covering material so as to cover the opening of the floorboard and the front of the rising frame. However, when reforming is performed in such a manner, the existing old rising frame is covered and hidden by the floorboard and the covering material, so that a thin covering material is exposed on the front edge of the floorboard. The thickness of the rising staircase was lost, resulting in poor weight and decorativeness.
[0003]
In order to solve this, as shown in FIG. 3, the upper surface and the front surface of the old existing rising frame K are covered with a rising frame covering frame 11 having a substantially inverted L-shaped cross section, A method of repairing a floor and a floor of an entrance which is stretched over an old floor plate F so as to cover a new overlay floor 12 is disclosed. (For example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-11-172894 (pages 2-4, FIG. 1, FIG. 2)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when repairing an old rising frame and reforming it to a new one, a conventional repairing method as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-172894, as shown in FIG. There are many problems such as steps D and gaps V between the rising frame covering frame 11 attached to the rising frame K and the new upper floor 12 stretched on the old floorboard. When the step D occurs, not only the walking feeling is deteriorated, but also there is a danger of tripping and falling during walking. Also, when a step D occurs in a direction in which the position of the new upper floor 12 rises and becomes higher than the position of the frame covering frame 11, the uncoated face of the new upper floor 12 is exposed and the appearance is very unsightly. Had become.
[0006]
In consideration of the appearance of the finish, walking property, safety, etc., it is better that the construction height position of the new upper floor 12 is slightly lower than the rising frame covering frame 11. It is good to construct the upper floor 12 so as to be at a position lower by about 0.1 to 0.3 mm. However, as described above, in the case of the conventional rising frame covering frame 11, in the case where the connection with the upper floor 12 is severe, A large step D and a gap V often occur.
[0007]
Also, when the rising frame covering frame 11 is constructed on the old frame K, the front and top surfaces of the old frame K are stuck with double-sided adhesive tape or the like, and fixed to the old frame K by nailing from the horizontal edge of the covering frame. However, when nailing is performed, nailing damage, cracking, surface swelling due to the nail head, and the like often occur.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to reduce the work required for reforming a rising frame at the entrance and a floor plate following the floor, so that there is almost no step or gap between the new rising frame and the new floor, and the floor of the floor can be formed. Reformed frame and reforming method that does not expose the undressed wood edge, is excellent in appearance and design, and does not cause damage to nailing, cracking of material, or surface swelling due to nail heads during construction Is to provide.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a reform frame according to claim 1 of the present invention is a conventional reform frame which is mounted on a rising frame and a floor panel, wherein the reform frame includes a horizontal portion and a horizontal portion. It consists of a frame member having a substantially inverted L-shape in cross section consisting of a hanging piece provided at the front end, and at the joint between the horizontal portion of the frame member and the upper floor, at the rear end edge of the horizontal portion of the frame member. A fitting recess corresponding to the upper floor is provided, and a predetermined portion for connecting the frame member and the upper floor between the fitting recesses at a joint between the frame member and the upper floor. A connection member having a thickness and a width is provided.
[0010]
With such a configuration, the frame member of the present invention is placed over the old rising frame when the rising frame and floor are reformed, and the frame is inserted into the fitting recess corresponding to the upper floor formed at the edge of the rear edge. The connecting member of the present invention is inserted and protruded, a first upper floor is installed on an old floorboard, and the protruding connecting member fits into a fitting concave portion provided on a front end edge of the upper floor. Since the front end of the first upper floor is firmly abutted against the rear end of the frame member so as to be inserted, a large step or gap is generated at the joint between the frame member and the upper floor. Nothing.
[0011]
The height of the groove of the fitting recess provided on the rear edge of the horizontal edge of the frame member and the height of the groove of the fitting recess provided on the front edge of the front edge of the first overlay floor. By appropriately setting the forming height position, the upper floor is slightly lower than the frame member, and the step between the frame member and the upper floor is set to an optimum value (0.1 to 0.3 mm). it can. That is, for the dimension from the surface of the frame member to the center of the groove width of the groove, an optimum value (0.1-0. 3mm), it is possible to install the upper floor so that it is lower than the frame member by the optimum value (0.1-0.3mm). It is possible to avoid being exposed and making the appearance unsightly. As described above, it is almost impossible to construct the frame member and the floor with zero error as a practical problem, and it is most desirable from the viewpoint of the finished appearance that the construction be performed so that the floor is slightly lower.
[0012]
With the fitting recess corresponding to the upper floor, the fitting recess forming position formed on the rear end edge of the horizontal portion of the frame member is, as described above, lower the upper floor than the frame member by an optimum value. It is the formation position of the fitting concave portion that can be attached in such a manner that the size and the shape depth of the fitting concave portion are sufficient without hindrance when the connecting member is fitted and the frame member and the upper floor are connected. It means that they correspond to each other to the extent that they can be connected with a high connection strength.
[0013]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the reform frame according to the first aspect, the connecting member is a flat member having a predetermined thickness, width and length, and the connecting member is nailed. A small hole or groove for punching is provided, and the fitting concave portion has a predetermined groove width and a predetermined groove depth formed on the rear end edge of the horizontal portion of the frame member and the front edge of the upper floor. And a groove having a groove length.
[0014]
With such a configuration, the frame member of the present invention is put on the old rising frame, the connecting member of the present invention is inserted into the groove of the fitting concave portion provided on the cut edge of the rear end edge, and a nail or a staple is driven into the connecting member. When the connecting member is provided with a small hole or groove for nailing in the connecting member, the nailing position becomes clear and the nailing is eliminated, so that the nailing workability is further improved.
[0015]
In addition, the rear end edge of the horizontal portion of the frame member rises due to the nail head, and the bulging of the surface occurs, and the connection member is broken and damaged by the impact at the time of nailing. It is suitable.
[0016]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, when an existing old rising frame and floor are to be reformed using the reforming frame according to the first or second aspect,
1. Cover the existing rising frame so as to cover the frame member,
2. The connecting member of the present invention is inserted into a fitting concave portion provided on a rear end edge of the frame member,
3. A nail or a staple is driven into a predetermined location of the connection member toward an existing rising frame, and a frame member is attached and fixed, and approximately half of the connection member is projected from the frame member.
4. The rear edge of the frame member and the front edge of the upper floor are inserted into the fitting recesses formed in the front edge of the front floor of the first upper floor so that the protruding connection member is fitted. Abut each other,
5. Subsequently, the fitting concave portion provided at the front edge of the second upper floor is fitted into the fitting convex portion provided at the rear end edge of the first upper floor, and the third and subsequent upper floors are fitted. Are similarly fitted and joined sequentially.
[0017]
When the old rising frame and the subsequent floorboard are reformed to a new one by such a reforming method, not only does it take less work, but also there is almost no step or gap at the joint between the frame member of the rising frame and the upper floor. It can be constructed with high accuracy without causing any problems, and the rear end edge of the horizontal part of the frame member rises due to the nail head, swelling of the surface occurs, or the connecting member is broken by the impact at the time of nailing A reforming method that does not cause a problem such as breakage becomes possible. Furthermore, according to this method, it is also possible to construct a slightly lower upper floor relative to the frame member, and since the uncoated veneer of the upper floor is not exposed, the appearance is excellent. Become.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of a reform frame according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of an embodiment of a reform frame of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side sectional view showing a construction state of the reform frame of the present invention.
[0019]
The reform frame shown in this example is composed of a horizontal portion 1a and a hanging piece 1b of a predetermined size, and the horizontal portion 1a and the hanging piece 1b are joined to each other at substantially right angles at their end faces, and have a cross section. The frame member 1 has a substantially inverted L-shape.
[0020]
A fitting recess r is provided on the cut edge surface of the rear edge of the horizontal portion 1a of the frame member 1. In the present example, the fitting concave portion r is a groove J. On the other hand, a fitting recess r is formed on the front edge of the upper floor 2 joined to the frame member 1, and a fitting projection p is formed on the opposite rear edge of the floor. Further, the fitting concave portion r formed on the front edge of the horizontal edge of the frame member and the fitting concave portion r formed on the front edge of the upper floor 2 are engaged with each other by the connecting member B. The fitting recess is a groove in this example. The two grooves of the fitting concave portion r have matching shapes and dimensions in terms of the groove width (the width of the groove frame member and the overlay floor in the thickness direction) and the groove depth, and the dimensions and positions correspond to each other. .
[0021]
When the frame member 1 and the upper floor 2 are connected by the connecting member B, the surface of the upper floor 2 is slightly lower than the surface of the frame member 1. When the frame member 1 and the upper floor 2 are connected to each other by the connecting member B, the step is set to be about 0.1 to 0.3 mm, so that the accuracy after the construction and the finished appearance are optimum. is there. It is preferable that the two grooves of the fitting concave portion r have substantially the same depth, since the fitting locking force after connection can be sufficiently exerted. However, they may be slightly different so as not to interfere with the engagement locking force.
[0022]
In addition, the length of the two grooves of the fitting concave portion r may be slightly different as long as there is no problem when the connection member B is inserted into the groove in relation to the length of the connection member B. In addition, the fitting concave portion provided on the front end edge of the upper floor 2 is provided over the entire length in the longitudinal direction in the case of a normal upper floor. On the other hand, the fitting recess provided on the rear end edge of the horizontal portion 1a of the frame member may be a groove J similarly provided over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, or a short groove. A plurality of grooves J may be provided at intervals. The groove length and interval may be within a range in which the frame member 1 and the first upper floor 2 are securely engaged and locked by the connection member B. The length can be appropriately determined in consideration of the length of the connection member, the strength required after connection, and the like.
[0023]
The connecting member B is inserted into the groove J of the frame member 1 and the fitting concave portion r of the upper floor 2 so that the frame member 1 and the first upper floor 2 are securely fitted to each other. It is configured in a possible shape and dimensions. Further, the length of the connecting member B is a length corresponding to the length of the two grooves J of the frame member 1 and the fitting recess r of the upper floor 2. Whether to match the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the frame member 1 or the upholstery floor 2 or prepare a plurality of short connecting members may be determined as appropriate according to the form of the groove J and the fitting concave portion r.
[0024]
It is important that the width dimension of the connecting member B is at least slightly smaller than the total dimension of the groove J of the frame member 1 and the depth of the two grooves of the fitting recess r of the upper floor 2. Conversely, when the width is wide, when the frame member 1 and the upper floor 2 are connected, a gap is generated between both members, and it becomes very unsightly after the construction.
[0025]
A nailing portion g is formed on the surface of the connecting member B as a portion to be nailed during construction. The nailing portion g may be a small hole formed at intervals on the surface of the connecting member B, or a short groove formed at intervals, or may extend over the entire length of the surface of the connecting member B. It may be a groove formed by forming. In the case of the small hole, the hole may be a through hole or a semi-through hole. Further, the groove as the nailing portion g may be provided on only one surface of the connection member B, or may be provided on both surfaces.
[0026]
On the other hand, a fitting convex portion p is formed on the cut edge surface of the rear end edge of the upper floor 2. The fitting protrusion p is configured to have such a size and shape that it can be fitted and locked to the fitting recess r without connecting members.
[0027]
The configuration of the horizontal member 1a and the hanging pieces 1b of the frame member 1 includes a base material surface and a decorative material (not shown) attached to the surface. As a base material, in addition to a wood base material such as plywood, a particle board, a medium specific gravity fiber board, OSB, LVL, and wood moku board, a predetermined amount of wood powder is mixed into a synthetic resin such as a vinyl chloride resin. Synthetic resin-based material obtained by extruding or mold-molding artificial wood, urethane resin foam, etc. into an inverted L-shaped cross section, or a metal substrate obtained by extruding aluminum into an inverted L-shaped cross section Is mentioned.
[0028]
In the case of a wood base material, the horizontal portion 1a and the hanging piece 1b are both flat, so that their cross-sectional shapes are substantially reversed by joining means such as piercing, actual working, and fastening. The frame member 1 is joined so as to be L-shaped.
[0029]
As a surface decorative material, a natural precious wood such as a precious wood veneer, a precious wood veneer, a veneer sheet, etc. is used, and a natural cosmetic material painted and finished with a urethane resin, an amino alkyd resin, an acrylic resin paint, etc., on top of it. A printed decorative sheet such as a PVC sheet or a thin paper on which a pattern is printed is used.
[0030]
Next, a construction procedure when the entrance of a house is reformed at an actual construction site will be briefly described. The following work procedure is good when the existing climbing frame and floor are to be reformed at the time of reforming the entrance.
[0031]
In this way, the construction is completed, but care is taken so that the surface of the upper floor is slightly lower at the joint between the frame member 1 and the first upper floor 2. The step at that time is most preferably about 0.1 to 0.3 mm.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the reform frame and the reform method according to the present invention, a frame member and a floor as a new frame are constructed so as to cover the existing old frame or floorboard without peeling it off. Therefore, the labor for construction can be greatly reduced, and it is very economical. Furthermore, at the joint between the frame member and the upper floor, a large step or gap is not generated, and furthermore, it is possible to optimize the step so that the surface of the upper floor is slightly lower than the surface of the frame member. It is possible, and therefore, it is possible to avoid the undecorated base material of the upholstery floor from being exposed and visible from the entrance to make it unsightly.
[0033]
In addition, since the connecting member is provided with a nailing portion, the nailing position is clear, and it is possible to prevent damage to the nail, prevent cracking of the material due to the damage, etc. Problems such as unsightly swelling at the end can be solved.
