本発明は冷蔵庫の冷気循環方式に係わり、詳しくは、冷蔵室の開閉扉の内側に、送風ファンからの冷気の一部を特定低温室などの貯蔵室に導く専用ダクトを設けた構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種の冷蔵庫には、図8〜10に示すようなものが知られている(例えば、特許文献1)。
図において、冷蔵庫本体R内には、上から順に冷蔵室100 、特定低温室200 、野菜室300 および冷蔵室400 が配置されている。冷凍室400 は他の貯蔵室とは別に独立した部屋となっており、専用の熱交換器401 と送風機402 、製氷器403 などを備えている。冷凍室400 の後方下部にコンプレッサCが配置されている。

冷蔵庫本体R内には、内箱4との間でダクト500 (図示せず)を形成するダクトカバー50が設けられ、ダクトカバー50は冷蔵庫本体Rの背面側から上面にかけて連続的に形成されている。ダクト500 は、特定低温室200 を含む冷蔵室100 の背面側に位置する背面ダクト部510 と、背面ダクト部510 の上方から冷蔵室100 の扉に面する前面側にまで延在する上面ダクト部530 とを含み、上面ダクト部530 の端部に冷気吹出し口501 が形成されている。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑みなされたもので、冷蔵室の開閉扉の内側に、送風ファンからの冷気の一部を特定低温室などの貯蔵室に導く専用ダクトを設け、特定低温室および野菜室を効率よく冷却するのに充分なダクト容積を確保することができる冷蔵庫を提供することを目的としている。

本発明は上記の課題を解決するためなされたもので、外箱と内箱間に断熱材を充填してなる断熱箱体の内部を仕切体により複数の空間を多段に区画し、最上部の空間を冷蔵室に割り当て、下部の空間を野菜室や冷凍室などの他の貯蔵室に割り当て、各部屋にそれぞれ開閉扉を設け、前記冷蔵室の後方上部に冷却器を設けるとともに、同冷却器の前方に上部を開口した前面カバーを設けて前記冷却器を備えた冷気生成室を形成し、前記前面カバーに形成された冷気吸込口から、前記冷蔵室の冷気を前記冷気生成室に戻す冷気戻し通路を形成し、前記内箱の天井に、前方に冷気吹出口を有し前記天井との間に前記冷気生成室と連通する冷気供給通路を形成する天井カバーを被せるとともに、この天井カバーの取り付けにより形成される前記冷気供給通路の所定位置に、冷気強制循環用の送風ファンを設けてなる冷蔵庫において、
前記冷蔵室の開閉扉の内側に、前記送風ファンから送出される冷気の一部を、前記各貯蔵室に導く専用ダクトを少なくとも1つ以上設けてなる構成となっている。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1は本発明の一実施例による冷蔵庫の側断面図、図2は本発明による要部拡大図で、(A)は天井側から見た上面図、(B)は冷蔵庫の開閉扉の内側から見た正面図、図3は冷蔵庫の開閉扉の内側の斜視図である。
図1〜3において、1は鋼板製の外箱2と、合成樹脂製の内箱3と、これら両箱間に充填された断熱材4とからなる断熱箱体(冷蔵庫本体)である。この断熱箱体1の内部、つまり、内箱3は上下二つの仕切体5、6によって上部の冷蔵室7と、中央の野菜室8と、下部の冷凍室9とに区画され、前記冷蔵室7にはチルド室などの特定低温室10が設けられている。

また、後述する専用ダクト26を複数設けた場合、ダクト数と同数の送風ファンを設けるようにしてもよい。この時もファンの大きさを適宜選択すればよい。
