Description

【0001】

[0017]
It is desirable that the frame 3 is integrally formed with the window glass 1. The frame 3 is preferably formed by injection molding, but may be extruded. Further, the frame 3 is not integrally formed with the window glass 1, but the window glass 1 is fitted into the frame 3 formed by extrusion molding, pultrusion molding, injection molding or the like. And may be integrated.
[0018]
The frame 3 can be formed using at least one resin such as a soft vinyl chloride resin, a urethane resin, a fluororesin, and a silicone resin.
[0019]
The frame 3 is provided with a through hole 10 for inserting a fixing rib provided on the mold 2. FIG. 6 shows a portion of the frame 3 near the cross section shown in FIG. 4, and the through-hole 10 is provided in the frame 3 where the window glass 1 is not provided.
[0020]
It is desirable that the through hole 10 is provided at an appropriate position according to the shape of the window glass and / or the frame body and / or the mold so as not to cause warpage or displacement of the mold.
[0021]
Further, it is desirable that the size and the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 10 match the shape of the rib inserted into the through hole 10.
[0022]
The through-holes 10 are desirably formed at the time of molding the frame 3. However, the through-holes 10 may be formed in the frame 3 using a drilling machine such as a drill.
[0023]
As the molding 2 used in the present invention, a molding made of resin or metal can be used, and the molding may be applied on the surface.
[0024]

Further, in order to close the gap between the mold 2 and the window glass 1, the mold 2 is provided with a closing member 8 made by extrusion molding.
[0033]
A primer was applied to the bonding surface of the frame 3 and the mold 2, and after the primer was dried, a urethane-based adhesive 6 was applied to the grooves 11 formed in the frame 3.
[0034]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the cross-sectional shape is considerably different at the place of the molding. However, since the hook 6 is locked until the adhesive 6 is solidified, the molding is not performed. There was obtained a window glass with a good appearance without twisting or kinking of the metal.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
The molded window glass of the present invention has almost no restriction on the shape by manufacturing the mold by injection molding, and the hook is locked to the frame by the hook-shaped rib until the adhesive is solidified.
