Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional water faucet for faucet, since the water faucet cap which is a metal machined part or a synthetic resin molded product is used, the water faucet cap is made of a metal machined part. In the case of parts, not only is it troublesome to process with high dimensional accuracy, but also the surface must be plated to prevent rust, which increases the manufacturing cost and increases the spout cap. There is a problem that it is difficult to handle because of its heavy weight.
Furthermore, for example, the external thread portion engraved on the tip of the water discharge pipe or the heat insulating cap, for example, generally has different thread specifications such as pitch and shape from manufacturer to manufacturer. However, there is a problem in that it is necessary to individually manufacture dedicated water outlet caps to be screwed to a plurality of different screw specifications and to manage the respective stocks, thereby increasing costs.
In particular, since the metal that constitutes the entire spout cap generally has high thermal conductivity, when high-temperature water is passed, the heat is quickly transmitted to the surface of the spout cap and the surface temperature rises, which may cause burns. There is a problem that there is.
When the water outlet cap is a molded product made of synthetic resin, it solves the above-mentioned problem of the metal processed part, but its appearance is inferior to this, so that its surface needs to be plated.
However, these materials are limited in synthetic resin that can be plated, and have a low surface hardness, so that the surface is easily damaged and the commercial value is easily reduced, and the plating is easily peeled off compared to metal processed parts. There is a problem that the hair is scratched or the hair is caught.
[0005]
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention increases the surface hardness of the water outlet cap to reduce the weight while preventing damage, and can cope with a plurality of screw specifications only by replacing a resin molded product. It is intended for.
The invention described in claim 2 has the object of preventing damage and preventing deformation while improving safety, in addition to the object of the invention described in claim 1.
A third aspect of the present invention has an object to provide, in addition to the object of the first or second aspect of the invention, a detent means having excellent durability.
A fourth aspect of the present invention is to provide a rotation-stopping means having more excellent durability in addition to the object of the first or second aspect of the present invention.
[0006]

[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG. 2, an external thread portion S1 formed at the tip of the water discharge pipe S of the faucet is made of a synthetic resin attached to the tip of the water discharge pipe S. The water outlet cap A is a threaded portion formed into a cylindrical fitting S3 fixed to the heat insulating cap S2, or a threaded portion integrally formed with the heat insulating cap S2, and screwed and connected to the external threaded portion S1. Is a rectifying cap in which a rectifier B including a plurality of perforated plates formed of a metal such as stainless steel is accommodated.
[0009]
The spout cap A is formed of a synthetic resin molded article 1 having an inner threaded portion 1a which is screwed into the outer threaded portion S1 at the tip of the spout pipe S on the inner peripheral surface thereof. And a metal press-formed product 2 fitted around the outer periphery.
When the thread specifications of the outer thread S1 at the tip of the water discharge pipe S are different, it is necessary to manufacture a plurality of resin molded products 1 in which the inner thread 1a to be screwed with them is engraved in advance.
[0010]
The resin molded article 1 is formed of a synthetic resin such as polyacetal resin into a cylindrical shape, and has an inner threaded portion 1a formed on an inner peripheral surface of one end thereof, and the outer diameter of the resin molded article 1 is changed to the inner diameter of a pressed product 2 described later. The resin molded product 1 is formed into a shape which is almost the same as or slightly smaller than that of the resin molded product 1 as shown in FIG.
[0011]
In the case of the present embodiment, the inner screw portion 1a is engraved only on the inner peripheral surface on the water discharge pipe S side (the inner peripheral surface on the upper end side in the illustrated example) of the resin molded product 1, and the opposite end surface portion (illustrated example in the illustrated example). In the bottom portion 1b, a plurality of through-holes 1c are penetrated so as not to flow out so that the rectifier B made of the perforated plate does not flow out. A step 1d for interposing the annular packing C is formed therebetween.
[0012]
The pressed product 2 is formed into a tubular shape with a metal having excellent corrosion resistance and having a glossy surface from polishing, and it is preferable to use, for example, stainless steel as the material from the viewpoint of corrosion resistance and ease of workability. In a state where the resin molded product 1 is inserted, the both ends of the press-formed product 2 are bent so that the locking projections 2a and 2b for retaining are formed so as to project inward toward the resin molded product 1. You.
[0013]
In the case of the present embodiment, the other end (the lower end in the illustrated example) of the press-formed product 2 faces the resin-formed product 1 at a right angle before the resin-formed product 1 is inserted as shown in FIG. The locking projection 2a is formed in advance by crimping, and after inserting the resin molded product 1 from one end opening (in the illustrated example, the upper end opening) of the pressed product 2, one end of the pressed product 2 is inserted. A locking projection 2b is formed by crimping the upper end (in the illustrated example) toward the resin molded product 1 at a right angle in cross section, and the resin molded product 1 is sandwiched between the locking projections 2a and 2b.
[0014]
Then, over the resin molded product 1 and the press-processed product 2, a detent means 3 for integrating the both in the circumferential direction is formed.
In the case of the present embodiment, the detent means 3 fits circumferentially with each other over the portion facing the end face 1b of the resin molded product 1 and the end of the pressed product 2 facing the same. The engaging portions 3a and 3b are formed so that no irregularities occur on the surface of the pressed product 2.
[0015]
In the case of the illustrated example, as shown in FIG. 1B, the outer peripheral surface of the bottom portion 1b of the resin molded product 1 and the cut end surface of the locking projection 2a formed by bending the lower end of the pressed product 2 at a right angle in cross section. By forming the convex engaging portions 3a ... and the concave engaging portions 3b ... fitting in the bottom crank shape alternately in the circumferential direction, the resin molded product 1 is formed in the pressed product 2 by the shaft. , 3b... Are fitted non-rotatably in the circumferential direction so that they cannot idle.
[0016]
Further, in the illustrated example, the number of the engaging portions 3a and 3b is eight each. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the number may be smaller or larger. Although the end face (bottom face) 1b of the above is slightly protruded below the lower end of the press-formed product 2, the present invention is not limited to this, and they may be arranged substantially flush.
[0017]
Next, the operation of such a faucet spout will be described.
First, a metal press-formed product 2 is fitted around the outer periphery of the resin molded product 1 located inside the water discharge port cap A, and both ends of the press-formed product 2 are bent in this fitted state to form a resin molded product. The locking projections 2a and 2b protruding toward 1 are formed, and the detent means 3 is formed between the resin molded product 1 and the pressed product 2.
[0018]
As a result, the resin molded product 1 is prevented from coming off, and the water outlet cap A is completed, and the resin molded product 1 and the press-processed product 2 are integrated in the circumferential direction, and the distal end of the water discharge pipe S is fastened to the external thread portion S1. Becomes possible.
As a result, it is possible to increase the surface hardness of the water discharge port cap A by the press-processed product 2 and to reduce the weight while preventing scratches. If a plurality of resin molded products 1 in which the internal screw portions 1a to be combined are engraved are manufactured in advance, it is possible to cope only by exchanging the resin molded products 1.
[0019]
In particular, if the pressed product 2 is formed of a metal having excellent corrosion resistance and having a glossy surface due to polishing, plating for preventing rust is not required, and even if the surface of the pressed product 2 is damaged, corrosion occurs. As a result, there is an advantage that the manufacturing cost of the spout cap A can be further reduced and the appearance can be prevented from being deteriorated due to rust.
[0020]
Further, in the case of the present embodiment, both ends of the pressed product 2 are caulked at a right angle in cross section toward the resin molded product 1 to form the locking projections 2a and 2b. The end face is not exposed, and the strength of the pressed product 2 is increased.
As a result, there is an advantage that injuries can be prevented because a finger or the like does not touch the cut end surface of the pressed product 2, safety is improved, and the entire pressed product 2 is hardly deformed.
[0021]
An engaging portion 3a formed on an end portion (bottom portion) 1b of the resin molded product 1 constituting the rotation stopping means 3, and an engaging portion 3b formed on an end portion (lower end portion) of the pressed product 2 Are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction so that the engaging portions 3a, 3b are integrated in the circumferential direction without irregularities on the surface of the press-formed product 2, so that the front end of the water discharge pipe S is formed. Fastening to the outer screw portion S1 is enabled.
As a result, the anti-rotation means 3 having excellent durability can be provided.
Further, since the engaging portions 3a and 3b can be formed so as not to cause irregularities on the surface of the press-formed product 2, there is an advantage that dirt such as water scale can be prevented from adhering to the surface of the water outlet cap A. .
[0022]
On the other hand, those shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) and those shown in FIGS. 4 (a), 4 (b), 4 (c) (d) and 4 (e) are respectively 3A and 3B show another embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 3A and 3B show modified examples of the locking projection 2a formed at one end of the press-formed product 2, and FIGS. (E) shows a modification of the rotation stopping means 3.
[0023]
FIG. 3A shows an example in which one end (upper end in the illustrated example) of the press-processed product 2 is rounded into a substantially arcuate cross-section and curled to form a locking projection 2b ′ for retaining. The configuration formed so as to protrude inward is different from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, and the other configuration is shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG. This is the same as the embodiment described above.
Therefore, the embodiment shown in FIG. 3A can obtain the same operation and effect as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG.
[0024]
FIG. 3 (b) shows an example in which one end (upper end in the illustrated example) of the press-formed product 2 is caulked to an angle smaller than a right angle in cross section, so that the retaining projection 2b ″ for retaining is inward. The structure formed so as to protrude is different from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG. 2, and the other structures are the same as those shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG. It is the same as the example.
Therefore, in the case shown in FIG. 3B, although the cut end surface of the pressed product 2 is exposed, it is possible to sufficiently prevent the resin molded product 1 from coming off and to increase the strength of the pressed product 2.
[0025]
FIG. 4 (a) shows a bottom surface extending over the outer peripheral surface of the bottom surface 1b of the resin molded product 1 and the cut end surface of the locking projection 2a obtained by bending the lower end of the pressed product 2 at a right angle in cross section. 1 (a), (b) and FIG. 2 show a configuration in which convex engaging portions 3a and concave engaging portions 3b which fit in an arc shape are formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, respectively. 4 (b) shows the cutting of the locking projection 2a obtained by bending the outer peripheral surface of the bottom part 1b of the resin molded product 1 and the lower end of the pressed product 2 at a right angle in cross section. FIG. 1A shows a configuration in which convex engaging portions 3a and concave engaging portions 3b that fit in a V-shaped bottom surface are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction over the end surfaces. Unlike the embodiment shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 2, the other configuration is the same as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG.
[0026]
4 (c) and 4 (d), a concave engaging portion 3a 'is provided at an end face portion 1b of the resin molded product 1 at regular intervals in a circumferential direction, and a lower end of the pressed product 2 is formed. Projecting engaging portions 3b 'are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction on the cut end surface of the locking projecting portion 2a which is bent at a right angle in cross section, and these convex engaging portions 3b' are bent. 1 (a) (b) and FIG. 2 are different from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b), and the other configurations are shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b). ) And the embodiment shown in FIG.
[0027]
Therefore, what is shown in FIGS. 4 (a), 4 (b), 4 (c) and 4 (d) has the same function and effect as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 (a), (b) and FIG. Since there is no unevenness on the surface of the pressed product 2, there is also an advantage that it is possible to prevent dirt such as water scale from adhering to the surface of the water outlet cap A.
[0028]
FIG. 4 (e) shows an example in which convex engaging portions 3a ″ extending in the insertion direction are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the resin molded product 1 at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The concave engaging portions 3b ″ extending in the insertion direction are provided on the inner peripheral surface at regular intervals in the circumferential direction, and the resin molded product 1 is inserted into the pressed product 2 in the axial direction. Unlike the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the engaging portions 3a "..., 3b. Structures other than the above are the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B and FIG.
[0029]
Therefore, the one shown in FIG. 4 (e) has an advantage that the fitting area of the engaging portions 3a "..., 3b.
[0030]
In the above-described embodiment, an external thread portion formed integrally with the heat insulating cap S2 made of synthetic resin attached to the tip of the water discharge pipe S, or an external screw carved on the cylindrical fitting S3 fixed to the heat insulating cap S2. Although the case where the inner screw portion 1a of the water outlet cap A is screwed into the portion S1 and connected is shown, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, it may be connected to the tip of a water discharge pipe as disclosed in JP-A-10-159142. The inner thread portion 1a of the spout cap A may be screwed into the directly threaded outer thread portion for connection.
[0031]
Furthermore, although the case where the water outlet cap A is a rectifier cap in which the rectifier B composed of a plurality of perforated plates is housed has been shown, the present invention is not limited thereto, and includes an injection adjuster such as a splash preventer. For example, other structures may be used.
[0032]
In the case where the anti-rotation means 3 are engaging portions 3a and 3b formed so as to be fitted to each other over an opposing portion between the end face portion 1b of the resin molded product 1 and the lower end portion of the pressed product 2. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Alternatively, a heat-resistant adhesive filled and cured between the outer peripheral surface of the resin molded product 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the pressed product 2 may be used. The resin molded product 1 may be mechanically press-fitted into the processed product 2 or may be a product obtained by insert molding the resin molded product 1 along the inner peripheral surface of the pressed product 2.
In these cases, no irregularities are generated on the surface of the pressed product 2, so that the faucet cap A has an excellent appearance while facilitating the connection between the pressed product 1 and the resin molded product 2, and the surface is free from dirt such as scale. There is an advantage that adhesion can be prevented.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a metal pressed product 2 is inserted around the outer periphery of a synthetic resin molded product 1 located inside the water outlet cap A, and this fitting is performed. By bending the end of the pressed product 2 in the inserted state to form the locking projections 2a and 2b projecting toward the resin molded product 1, the resin molded product 1 is prevented from coming off, and By forming the rotation stopping means 3 over the molded product 1 and the pressed product 2, the two are integrated in the circumferential direction and the distal end of the water discharge pipe S can be fastened to the external thread portion S 1. It is possible to increase the surface hardness of the water port cap A to reduce the weight while preventing scratches, and to cope with a plurality of screw specifications only by replacing the resin molded product 1.
Therefore, as compared with the conventional one using the water outlet cap which is a metal machined part, mass production of the water outlet cap A becomes easy, and it is not troublesome to process the water outlet cap A with high dimensional accuracy, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. It is possible to greatly reduce the size of the water spout cap A, and it becomes easy to handle with the light weight of the spout cap A. Further, for example, it is assumed that the screw specifications of the outer thread portion S1 engraved on the tip of the spout pipe S or the heat insulating cap are different for each manufacturer. Also, since the press-formed product 2 can be made into a common part, the cost is lower than that required to separately manufacture a dedicated spout cap to be screwed to a plurality of different screw specifications and manage each of them, and as a result, Together, these can greatly reduce the overall price without deteriorating the function of the faucet spout.
Furthermore, since the pressed product 2 on the outer surface is arranged with the resin molded product 1 interposed therebetween, the heat of the water discharge cap A is higher than that of a machined component made of metal even when hot water is passed therethrough. Insulated by the article 1, the surface temperature of the water outlet cap A does not rise, and the occurrence of burns can be completely prevented.
In particular, if the pressed product 2 is formed of a metal having excellent corrosion resistance and having a glossy surface due to polishing, a plating treatment for preventing rust is not required, and even if the surface of the pressed product 2 is damaged, corrosion occurs. As a result, as a result, the manufacturing cost of the water outlet cap A can be further reduced and the appearance can be prevented from being deteriorated due to the generation of rust, and a conventional water outlet cap using a synthetic resin molded product whose surface is plated is used. Compared to those that can be used, the usable synthetic resin is not limited to those that can be plated, the surface is hard to be scratched and the product value is improved, as well as the hand scratches due to peeling of the plating and the catch of hair etc. Can be prevented.
[0034]
According to the invention of claim 2, in addition to the effect of the invention of claim 1, by bending the end of the pressed product 2 toward the resin molded product 1, or by curling the cross-section into a substantially arc shape, Since the cut end surface of the press-formed product 2 is not exposed and the strength of the press-processed product 2 is increased, it is possible to prevent injuries, improve the safety, and make it difficult to deform.
[0035]
The invention according to claim 3 has, in addition to the effects of the invention according to claim 1 or 2, the engaging portions 3a and 3a 'formed on the end face portion 1b of the resin molded product 1 and the end portions of the pressed product 2. The engaging portions 3b, 3b 'are engaged with each other in the circumferential direction, so that the engaging portions 3a, 3b, 3a', 3b 'are integrated in the circumferential direction, and the outer screw at the tip of the water discharge pipe S is formed. Since the fastening to the portion S1 becomes possible, it is possible to provide the rotation stopping means 3 having excellent durability.
In addition, since the engaging portions 3a and 3b can be formed so as not to cause unevenness on the surface of the press-formed product 2, it is possible to prevent dirt such as scale from adhering to the surface of the water outlet cap A.
[0036]
According to the invention of claim 4, in addition to the effects of the invention of claim 1 or 2, the engaging portion 3a ″ formed on the outer peripheral surface of the resin molded product 1 and the inner peripheral surface of the pressed product 2 are formed. By fitting the engaging portion 3b ″ with each other, the two are integrated in the circumferential direction, and the distal end of the water discharge pipe S can be fastened to the external thread portion S1, so that the rotation stopper having more excellent durability is provided. Means 3 can be provided.
