(ホ) 体に直接触れるものでありながら、そのことを考慮した素材のものがなかった。
本発明は、これらの問題点を解決するためになされたものである。

(二) 帯状ベルト(9)を脇の下、太股の間、ひざの裏側に巻き付けた時、ずれたり、 ゆがんだりしないように帯状ベルトの横方向(10)は、斜めに構成されている。
(ホ) 面ファスナーD(8)は、使用者の体の大きさに合わせ調節が出来るように、十 分な長さを有する。
本発明は以上のような構造で、素材は、保冷剤(2)の水滴が出ないよう布の裏側に防水処理がされている。
これを使用するときは、中央部の袋(1)を脇の下・太股の間・ひざの裏側にあたるよに位置し、帯状ベルト(9)を寝ている状態の体の下側に巻き込み、帯状ベルト(9)の両端にある面ファスナーC(7)を面ファスナーD(8)の上に重ね合わせ固定する。
寝ている状態時に図4に示す様に、開口部が手前側(胸側)となり、保冷剤の(2)出し入れは解熱促進用具を着用したまま可能となる。
しかも、帯状ベルトの横方向(10)は斜めの形状であるため、着用後もずれることがない。
