しかしながら、近年、携帯電話機は軽量化、薄型化の市場要請により、外装筐体の肉厚及びLCD表示パネルの薄型化を行うことによって、電話機本体の強度性能が不足し、LCD表示パネルの破損が増加している。
また、携帯電話機は、デジタル化によりマルチメディアの端末としての使用が拡大したことから、大量の情報が表示できる様に、LCD表示パネルサイズの拡大が迫られており、LCD表示パネルのサイズ拡大により、耐衝撃性が低下し、LCD表示パネルの破損が増加している。

以下、この発明の実施の形態の一例を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1〜5は実施の形態1を示す図で、図1は携帯電話機の外観斜視図、図2は携帯電話機のLCD表示部の分解斜視図、図3は携帯電話機のLCD表示部の断面図、図4は図3のA部拡大図、図5は衝撃の伝わり方の説明図である。
