Abstract
【解決手段】 環状リングトレッドを加硫する環状モールド。環状モールドは、半径方向に可動で外側に広がることができる、トレッドの内側表面を成形する複数の内側セグメント121,122と、半径方向に可動で内側に収縮する、トレッドの外側表面を成形する複数の外側セグメント130とを備えている。半径方向外側のセグメント130は平行四辺形である。各外側セグメント130は、閉じたモールド位置にあるときには、1個の半径方向内側のセグメント121,122の全部と2つの隣接する内側セグメント121,122の一部とに渡って広がっている。

Claims (3)
- 軸と、円周面中央において前記軸と垂直な中央面とを有する環状セグメントのモールドであって、
各々が前記モールドの軸に対して1対の鈍角の夾角αと1対の鋭角の夾角βとを有する円弧状に湾曲した平行四辺形であり、閉じたときに円弧状に隣接する複数の平行四辺形からなる環状リングを形成する、トレッド成形用の、径方向に可動の複数の外側セグメントを有するモールド。 - 各々の前記外側セグメントに、前記円周面中央の前記中央面に対して周方向にずれたトレッド要素を成形する複数のトレッド要素成形用凹部を有し、かつ、軸方向に対して傾いた表面が、周方向にずれた前記トレッド要素成形用凹部を横切って、直線的に、かつ前記軸に対して非平行に延びている、請求項1に記載の環状セグメントのモールド。
- 前記トレッド要素成形用凹部は、前記モールドの側方縁部からトレッドの中心線に向けて軸方向内側に延びる細長いトレッドバーである、請求項2に記載の環状セグメントモールド。
