本例は、CoQ10+天然ビタミンE含有ソフトカプセルの製造に係わる例である。ユビデカレノン(CoQ10)100g、ビタミンE(商品名ビタミンE5−67、イーストマン社製)1kg、乳化剤としてポリグリセリンポリ縮合リシノレート(商品名SYグリスターCRS−75、坂本薬品工業株式会社製)1kg、デカグリセリンモノラウレート(坂本薬品工業株式会社製 商品名:ML−750)1kgを30℃に保温しながら良く混合し、この混合液を1カプセル当たり300mg充填したオーバル型ソフトゼラチンカプセルを製造した。得られたカプセルは37℃の人工胃液中で容易に乳化分散した。また経時安定性も非常に良好であった。
