Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a thin floor material constituted by laminating a surface material and a backer material, and in particular, is intended for a remodeling floor material to be installed on an existing floor material. It can be applied to thin floor materials in general.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been a composite board in which a board material is adhered to the back surface of a thin artificial marble board from a wood board or the like with an adhesive (for example, see Patent Document 1). This conventional composite board absorbs the relative displacement between the artificial marble sheet and the back plate material by deformation of the adhesive when the artificial marble sheet is about to expand due to thermal expansion or the like. .
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2000-34801 (page 1, FIG. 1)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The above conventional composite board absorbs the relative displacement between the artificial marble sheet and the back plate material when the artificial marble sheet on the front surface expands by deformation of the adhesive. Was inflexible and did not absorb the expansion of the artificial marble sheet on the surface. Further, when laying the plate material on the floor base material, an adhesive and a fixing means for fixing the plate material are separately required. Furthermore, skill of skilled workers was required to equalize the size of the gap formed between the artificial marble sheets provided to absorb the expansion of the laid artificial marble sheets. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b) of the present application, when laying a thin resin-made floor material in the past, it is necessary to make a gap as small as possible on the surface of the seam portion of the adjacent floor material. A gap D was formed between the actual y1 and the female y2. However, the conventional laying method has a problem that when the flooring material expands, the floor material is pushed up at the joint.
The present invention is, for example, a thin flooring material having an overall thickness of about 2 mm, in which a surface layer material and a backer material are adhered, and a side edge portion of the thin flooring material is subjected to a jagged process. An object of the present invention is to provide a thin flooring material in which a predetermined gap is automatically generated at a surface joint portion of a thin flooring material when the thin flooring material is laid on a floor base material or on an existing floor material.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following technical means in order to solve the above problems. That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a flexible backer material is attached to the back surface of a sheet-like surface material, and one edge of the backer material projects from one edge of the surface material. A thin floor material which is formed as a female fruit by retracting the other end side edge of the backer material from the other end side edge of the surface layer material, wherein the male floor and the female bottom are in contact with each other. And a gap between one end side edge of the surface layer material and the other end side edge of the adjacently laid surface layer material. With such a configuration, male and female seeds are easily formed, and the manufacture of a thin flooring material is easy, and when the thin flooring material is laid, a predetermined gap is automatically formed. It can be done efficiently. Further, elongation due to thermal expansion and moisture expansion of the surface layer material is well absorbed by the soft backer material and the gap.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the thin flooring according to the first aspect, wherein the backer is formed of a double-sided adhesive tape. With such a configuration, a separate adhesive is not required for the operation of attaching the surface layer material and the backer material, and the release paper (not shown) stretched on the back surface of the backer material is peeled off to remove the adhesive. The thin floor material can be easily attached and fixed to the floor base material or the existing floor material.
[0007]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the thin flooring according to the first aspect, wherein the length of the backer is slightly larger than the length of the surface material. With such a configuration, the protrusion amount of the male seed can be surely formed to be larger than the recessed amount of the female seed only by sticking the surface material and the backer material while shifting them.
[0008]
Furthermore, the invention according to claim 4 is the thin flooring material according to claim 1, wherein the backer material is adhered along the back surface side edge of the surface material. With such a configuration, the material of the backer material can be saved as compared with a case where the backer material is attached to the entire back surface of the surface material.
[0009]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the thin flooring according to the first aspect, wherein a longitudinal side edge of the surface layer is chamfered. With such a configuration, the appearance of the gap between the laid thin floor materials is improved, and the thin floor materials are safe for pedestrians.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial side view when two thin flooring materials according to an embodiment of the present invention are laid, FIG. 2 is a partially cutaway plan view of the thin flooring materials, and FIG. FIG. 4 is an exploded plan view of the low-profile floor material. As shown in the figure, a thin flooring material 3 of the present invention is obtained by attaching a soft backer material 2 to the back surface of a sheet-like surface material 1 with a slight shift in the longitudinal direction and the width direction. The surface material 1 is obtained by laminating an olefin-based sheet as a decorative sheet on a base material obtained by kneading and extruding polypropylene and wood flour, and has a thickness of about 0.9 mm. The surface layer material 1 has a property of repeating dimensional changes even after laying construction due to thermal expansion due to temperature and moisture expansion due to humidity. Chamfers 4 and 4 are formed on both longitudinal ends (one end side edge 11 and the other end side edge 12) of the surface layer material 1. The backer material 2 is a double-sided tape using an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive based on a polyethylene foam. In the initial stage, the backer material 2 has release paper (not shown) adhered to the front and back surfaces. When the release paper (not shown) on the surface of the backer material 2 is peeled off and the backer material 2 is adhered to the back surface of the surface material 1, the thickness becomes about 1.8 mm.
[0011]
In the embodiment, the length L2 of the backer material 2 is slightly larger than the length L1 of the surface material 1, so that the backer material 2 is longer than the surface material 1 in the longitudinal direction and the width direction. The backer material 2 from which the release paper has been peeled is adhered to the back surface of the surface material 1 with a positional relationship slightly deviated from the above. That is, a soft backer material 2 is adhered to the back surface of the sheet-like surface material 1, and one end side edge of the backer material 2 is protruded from one end side edge 11 of the surface material 1 to form a male member 21. At the same time, the other end side edge of the backer material 2 is retracted from the other end side edge 12 of the surface layer material 1 to form a female nut 22. Accordingly, the thin floor material 3 is formed while the backer material 2 is in a state of forming the male fruit 21 and the female fruit 22. Since the dimensional relationship between the surface material 1 and the backer material 2 is as described above, the protrusion amount A of the male member 21 in the longitudinal direction of the thin flooring material 3 is always larger than the retreat amount B of the female member 22 in the longitudinal direction. Has become. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, when the thin floor materials 3, 3 are laid adjacent to each other, the male fruit 21 abuts against the female fruit 22, and a gap C always occurs between the surface materials 1, 1. This gap C corresponds to the difference between the protrusion amount A of the male nut 21 and the retracted amount B of the female nut 22. This gap C is specifically 0.5 mm. The male members and female members in the width direction of the thin flooring 3 have the same dimensions so that when the thin flooring 3 is laid, there is no gap between the adjacent thin flooring 3 in the width direction. Until the thin flooring 3 is actually laid, the release paper (not shown) on the back surface of the backer material 2 and the release paper (not shown) on the surface of the male member 21 are not peeled off. When the thin flooring 3 is laid, the release paper (not shown) on the surface of the male member 21 is peeled off, so the back surface of the other end side edge portion 12 of the surface material 1 adjacent to the surface of the male member 21 is removed. Is adhered.
[0012]
Next, an operation when the surface material 1 is about to expand due to thermal expansion or hygroscopic expansion will be described. When the surface material 1 tries to expand, the flexible backer material 2 is dragged by the elongation of the surface material 1 and together. extend. Since the male seed 21 and the female seed 22 are already in contact in the first laid state, when the backer material 2 expands, the corresponding contact portion of the backer material 2 is compressed and deformed, and when the surface material 1 contracts, the backer material 2 contracts. The portion of the material 2 adhered to the surface material 1 contracts due to the contraction of the surface material 1, and the contact portion between the male fruit 21 and the female fruit 22 slightly extends. A cut (not shown) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is made in the male fruit 21 to facilitate contraction and expansion of the contact portion between the male fruit 21 and the female fruit 22, or The contact surface may have a mountain shape or an uneven shape (not shown).
In addition, the conventional thin floor material Y shown in FIG. 5 and the thin floor material 3 of the above embodiment of the present invention are laid and constructed. Both were compared. At 40 ° C. and 90% humidity for 3 days after the construction, the actual portion of the conventional thin floor material Y was pushed up or the actual connection was disengaged, but such a phenomenon was conspicuous in the thin floor material 3 of the present invention. Did not.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a flexible backer material 2 is attached to the back surface of a sheet-like surface material 1, and one end side edge of the backer material 2 is connected to one end of the surface material 1. In the thin flooring material 3, which protrudes from the side edge portion 11 to form the male fruit 21, and the other end side edge portion of the backer material 2 is retracted from the other end side edge portion 12 of the surface material 1 to become the female fruit 22, When the thin flooring material 3 is connected and laid so that the male fruit 21 and the female fruit 22 are in contact with each other, one end edge 11 of the surface material 1 and the other end edge of the surface material 1 laid adjacent to the thin floor material 3 are laid. 12 is a thin flooring material characterized in that a gap C is formed between the surface material 1 and the backer material 2. Therefore, the production of the thin flooring 3 is easy and mass production is possible. The gap C is formed at the performed efficiently its laying construction. Further, when the surface material 1 tries to expand due to thermal expansion or moisture absorption expansion, the flexible backer material 2 expands well following the expansion, and therefore the expansion of the surface material 1 is caused by the expansion of the flexible backer material and the gap C. It is well absorbed.
[0014]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the thin flooring according to the first aspect, since the backer material 2 is a thin floor material formed of a double-sided adhesive tape, a separate work is performed between the surface material 1 and the backer material 2. This makes it possible to perform the sticking operation of the two more efficiently without the need for the adhesive. In addition, by peeling off the release paper (not shown) stretched on the back surface of the backer material 2, the thin floor material 3 can be easily adhered and fixed to the floor base material or the existing floor material.
[0015]
The invention according to claim 3 is the thin flooring according to claim 1, wherein the length L2 of the backer material 2 is slightly larger than the length L1 of the surface material 1. By simply displacing the surface material 1 and the backer material 2 and sticking them together, the protrusion amount A of the male seed 21 can be surely formed larger than the recessed amount B of the female seed 22, and the gap between the thin floor materials 3 The dimension C can be formed stably, and the thin flooring 3 can be manufactured efficiently.
[0016]
The invention according to claim 4 is the thin flooring material according to claim 1, wherein the backer material 2 is adhered along the side edge of the back surface of the surface material 1. Compared with the case where the backer material 2 is adhered, the material of the backer material 2 is saved.
[0017]
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the thin flooring according to the first aspect, wherein the long side edge of the surface layer material is chamfered 4. The appearance of the gap C between them is improved, and the thin floor material is safe for pedestrians.
