Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional article mounting fixture 60 has the following problems. In order to allow the two holding members 72 and 74 to be inserted into the mounting hole 2, the second pressing member 72 is screwed from the beginning after being inserted into the mounting hole 2 and before screwing the remaining bolts. It remains rotatable about the axis of the bolt 68 that is present. Therefore, when trying to insert the remaining bolts through the second holding member 72 thereafter, it is difficult to accurately position the second holding member 72, and the work of attaching the remaining bolts to both the holding members 72 and 74 becomes difficult. In some cases, this cannot be done smoothly. In addition, the first holding member 74 is fixed at a position facing the fixed base 66 from the beginning, and therefore, the entire fixture 60 has a substantially “U-shape” when viewed from the side. When the holding members 72 and 74 are inserted into the mounting holes, as shown in FIG. 6, the holding members 72 and 74 are inserted into the mounting holes 2 from the ends of the holding members 72 and 74 on which the bolts have not yet been inserted. It is necessary to insert the holding members 72 and 74 into the mounting holes 2 in a state where the mounting fixture 60 is inclined with the tips of the holding members 72 and 74 where the bolts are not inserted facing down. In this case, the end of the fixed base 66 on which the bolt has not yet been inserted is brought closer to the mounting portion 1. Therefore, depending on other articles disposed around the mounting hole 2 and the shape of the mounting portion 1, the fixing base 66 comes into contact with the mounting portion 1 itself, and the pressing members 72 and 74 are inserted through the mounting hole 2. In some cases it was not possible.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional mounting fixture for articles, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mounting fixture that can easily perform a mounting operation to a mounting portion.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Means taken by each of the present invention to solve the above problems will be described below. The mounting fixture of the article of the present invention is fixed to a mounting hole drilled in a mounting portion such as a top plate, the article is mounted, a fixed pedestal provided with a plurality of insertion holes on the periphery, and each of the mounting holes A bolt to be inserted, and at least a plurality of screw holes into which the bolt is screwed, the bolt being tightened to cooperate with the fixing pedestal so as to be able to sandwich the mounting portion, and to be screwed into the first A holding member rotatable around the axis of the bolt, and a guide member fixed to the fixed base and abutting against the holding member to regulate the rotation of the holding member; In a state where the holding member is in contact with the guide member, the screw hole is formed at a position facing the plurality of insertion holes of the fixed pedestal, and the mounting portion can be held in cooperation with the fixed pedestal. Specially positioned It is an (claim 1).
[0009]
The presser is provided so as to be rotatable about the axis of the first bolt, and its rotation is regulated and positioned by being brought into contact with the guide member. Then, in this positioned state, the screw holes are provided at positions facing the plurality of insertion holes of the fixed base. Therefore, when inserting the retainer through the mounting hole and screwing the remaining bolts other than the first bolts into the retainer, the tip of the remaining bolt inserted through the through hole of the fixing base is pressed. It is accurately and easily positioned at the position of the screw hole of the tool.
[0010]
In addition, since the presser is provided so as to be rotatable about the axis of the first bolt inserted into the insertion hole provided on the peripheral edge of the fixed base, the holder is provided around the axis of the first bolt. With the holding tool and the fixing pedestal facing in opposite directions, the entire mounting tool can have a substantially crank shape in side view. With the fixture in this state, the holder is tilted together with the entire fixture and inserted into the mounting hole from the tip of the holder, so that the fixing pedestal is oriented in the direction opposite to the tip of the holder around the axis of the first bolt. That is, it is located in the direction opposite to the mounting hole. Therefore, when the holding tool is inserted into the mounting hole, the fixing pedestal hardly comes into contact with other articles disposed around the mounting hole or the mounting portion itself.
[0011]
In the present invention, the “fixing pedestal” is a member serving as a base fixed to the periphery of the mounting hole as described above, and includes a plurality of insertion holes through which bolts are inserted. The “holding member” may be formed, for example, in a substantially C-shape in a plan view, and may be shaped so as to be able to adhere along the periphery of the mounting hole, and have screw holes at at least both ends in the longitudinal direction. In a state where the “first bolt” was inserted through the insertion hole of the fixing pedestal and was screwed into one of the screw holes of the holding member, the holding member was screwed around the axis of the first bolt. It is provided rotatably with respect to the fixed base together with the bolt. In addition, by screwing the bolt in a state where the rotation of the holding member is restricted, the holding member is screwed in the direction of the fixed pedestal and crimped to the mounting portion, and the holding portion is cooperated with the fixed pedestal to hold the mounting portion. The mounting fixture is fixed to the mounting portion.
[0012]
In this attachment, the portion of the holding member that comes into contact with the guide member should be such that the contacted guide member does not slip with respect to the holding member so that the positioning of the holding member by the guide member is performed accurately. For example, a notch or a concave portion for accommodating the guide member may be formed, or a protruding piece to which the guide portion is locked may be provided. The shape of the “guide member” is not particularly limited as long as the rotation of the holding member can be regulated as described above. For example, a “pin-shaped” member having high rigidity is preferable. In particular, for example, when attaching a faucet body to a fixture, when a space for arranging some member such as a flexible tube on the back side of the fixed base is required, the space on the back side of the fixed base is unnecessary. The above-described members are preferable so as not to limit the positioning and not to hinder the positioning of the holding member.
[0013]
In this attachment, the distal end of the first bolt and the distal end of the guide member may be fixed to each other via a locking member.
[0014]
As described above, the retainer screwed to the first bolt is provided so as to be rotatable about the axis of the first bolt, and removes the remaining bolt at a position where the rotation is regulated by the guide member. It is positioned so that it can be screwed. By fixing the distal end of the first bolt and the distal end of the guide member via the locking member as in the present invention, the guide member can be more firmly fixed. For example, even when an external force is applied to the guide member when regulating the rotation of the holding member, the guide member is unlikely to wobble, functions reliably as a rotation regulating guide, and can more accurately position the holding member. Further, the “locking member” is not particularly limited as long as it can lock both ends, and examples thereof include a plate-shaped member, a clip, and the like that are locked to both ends. .
[0015]
Further, the guide hole for guiding the tip of the bolt to the screw hole may be formed in a screw hole provided in the holding member other than the screw hole into which the first bolt is screwed. Good (claim 3). With this configuration, when the remaining bolt is screwed into the holding member positioned by the guide member, the bolt tip can be reliably guided into the screw hole of the holding member. The “guide portion for guiding” guides the tip of the bolt to the screw hole as described above, but the shape and the like are not particularly limited, and may be a countersunk hole, a projecting piece or the like at the periphery of the screw hole. An example of the provision can be given.
[0016]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of a fixture for articles of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the fixture 10 for this article is attached to a mounting hole 2 of a mounting portion 1 such as a top plate such as a sink or a counter, and a faucet main body (not shown) is fixed on an upper portion thereof. Then, the pipe connected to the faucet main body is inserted into the pipe insertion hole 19 inside the main body, and a pipe terminal (not shown) on the back side of the mounting portion 1 is connected to the faucet main body.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 1, the mounting fixture 10 includes a substantially cylindrical fixing pedestal 14 exposed on the front side of the mounting portion 1 and fixed to the mounting hole 2, and a pin-shaped guide protruding from the fixing pedestal 14. A member 20, a bolt 22 (corresponding to a “first bolt” in the present invention) inserted into one of the two insertion holes 17 provided in the fixed base 14, and a screw A holding tool 30 to be combined is provided.
[0018]
The fixed base 14 is provided with a main body 16 formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and a flange 12 is provided around the lower end of the main body 16. The flange portion 12 is formed to have a larger diameter than the mounting hole 2, and is provided so as to hold and fix the periphery of the mounting hole 2 in cooperation with the presser 30 as described later. Inside the main body 16, there is provided a pipe insertion hole 19 through which a flexible tube or the like connected to the faucet main body attached to the upper portion of the fixed base 14 is inserted. Further, two insertion holes 17, 18 through which bolts are inserted in parallel with the axis of the main body 16 are provided on the inner wall of the peripheral edge of the main body 16, at positions substantially opposed to each other with the axis of the main body 16 as a center. .
[0019]
On the back side of the fixed base 14, a pin-shaped guide member 20 is protrudingly fixed at a position close to the one insertion hole 17. In addition, a bolt 22 with a head 24 is inserted through the insertion hole 17 in advance, and is temporarily fixed to the fixed base 14. A substantially C-shaped plate-like holding member 30 is screwed into the bolt 22 near the tip thereof. The presser 30 is screwed to the bolt 22 and is provided so as to be rotatable with the bolt 22 along the arrow shown in FIG.
[0020]
The holding member 30 is formed in a C-shape having a size and a curvature capable of contacting the peripheral edge of the mounting hole 2, and has a length in the longitudinal direction larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 2, as described later. In addition, it is provided in a shape that can be in close contact with the periphery of the mounting hole 2. A notch-shaped contact portion 36 is formed on the inner side of the holding member 30 in a plan view, and the guide member 20 is brought into contact with and locked when the holding member 30 is rotated. Screw holes 32 and 34 into which bolts are screwed are provided at both ends of the holding tool 30, and the bolt 22 inserted into the insertion hole 17 of the fixing base 14 is screwed into one screw hole 32 in advance. ing. The screw hole 34 on the opposite side is a countersunk hole into which a bolt 23 to be described later is screwed, and an inclined surface which is lowered inward at a peripheral portion of the screw hole 34 is formed as a guide guide portion. The bolt 23 is provided so that the tip of the bolt 23 is smoothly guided into the screw hole 34. In addition, the portion where the screw hole 34 is provided is provided lower than the upper surface of the presser 30, and a projecting piece projecting lower than the upper surface of the presser 30 is provided at a part of the peripheral edge of the screw hole 34 to provide a guide portion for guiding. It is good. The holding member 30 is provided such that the screw holes 32 and 34 thereof are located at positions where the screw holes 32 and 34 face the insertion holes 17 and 18 of the fixed pedestal 14, respectively, at a position where the pressing member 30 abuts on the guide member 20 and the rotation is restricted. In addition, as will be described later, if the bolt 23 is inserted through the insertion hole 18 by simply contacting the pressing member 30 with the guide member 20, the tip of the bolt 23 is easily and reliably guided to the screw hole 34. Note that the positions of the screw holes need not be at both ends of the holding member 30 and may be provided at positions offset to one side, or the number of screw holes may be two or more.
[0021]
A plate-like locking plate 40 is inserted and attached to the tip of the bolt 22 and the tip of the guide member 20, and the bolt 22 and the guide member 20 are fixed at the tip. As shown in FIG. 5, the locking plate 40 is provided with insertion holes 44 and 46 through which the guide member 20 and the bolt 22 are inserted and fixed. A peripheral groove 48 is formed near the tip of the bolt 22, and an E-ring 50 is fitted in the peripheral groove 48. The outer diameter of the E-ring 50 is formed larger than the insertion hole 46 of the locking plate 40, and the locking plate 40, which is inserted closer to the fixed pedestal 14 than the E-ring 50 fitted in the circumferential groove 48, is formed by this E-ring. The ring 50 is provided so as not to fall off the bolt 22. In order to prevent the locking plate 40 from falling off, a pin hole may be provided in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the bolt 22 instead of the circumferential groove 48 near the tip of the bolt 22, and a darma pin or the like may be inserted into the pin hole. Alternatively, the cap nut or the double nut may be tightened to prevent the bolt 22 from falling off without processing anything near the tip of the bolt 22.
[0022]
Next, a method of attaching the attachment 10 configured as described above to the attachment portion 1 will be described. From the state shown in FIG. 1, as shown in FIG. 2, the tip side (the screw hole 34 side) of the holding tool 30 is rotated in the opposite direction about the bolt 22. In this state, the holding member 30 is inserted from the front end side to the back side of the mounting hole 2. Since the length of the holding member 30 is formed larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 2, the holding member 30 can be inserted into the mounting hole 2 in a state where the holding member 30 is oriented sideways with respect to the mounting hole 2. Absent. Therefore, the entire mounting fixture 10 is tilted so that the front end side of the holding tool 30 is directed obliquely downward, and is inserted into the mounting hole 2 from the front end side of the holding tool 30. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, since the insertion hole 18 side of the fixing base 14 is located in the opposite direction to the distal end side of the holding member 30 with the axis of the bolt 22 interposed therebetween, the mounting portion 1 , And even if other faucet parts are installed around the mounting hole 2, it is hard to interfere.
[0023]
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the fixed pedestal 14 is erected with respect to the mounting portion 1 and the fixed pedestal 14 is placed on the mounting portion 1. Then, after the pressing member 30 is rotated to position the pressing member 30 until the contact portion 36 comes into contact with the guide member 20, the remaining bolts 23 are inserted into the insertion holes 18 of the fixed base 14, and Screw into the hole 34. At this time, since the guide member 20 is in a state where its tip is connected and fixed to the bolt 22, even when an external force is applied to the guide member 20 when restricting the rotation of the holding member 30, the guide member 20 is less likely to wobble, and is rotated. Serves as a regulatory guide. As described above, since the presser 30 is appropriately positioned by the guide member 20, when the bolt 23 is inserted into the insertion hole 18, the guide 23 is also guided by the guide portion 38, and the tip of the bolt 23 Is inserted into the screw hole 34 facing the insertion hole 18 very smoothly.
[0024]
Then, by screwing the bolts 22 and 23 into the screw holes 32 and 34, the presser 30 is gradually screwed toward the fixed pedestal 14 side, and the mounting portion 1 is held by the flange portion 12. In this way, the fixture 10 is firmly fixed to the fixing part. Further, the faucet main body is further fixed on the fixing pedestal 14, and the fixing of the faucet main body to the mounting portion 1 is completed.
[0025]
The embodiment of the article attachment 10 according to the present invention has been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims. In addition, technical ideas other than the attachments described in the claims that can be understood from the above-described embodiment will be described below. In the above-described embodiment, the holding tool 30 is provided with the screw holes 32 and 34. However, "the screw hole into which the first bolt is screwed, and the insertion hole of the fixing base other than the screw hole," It is also possible to provide a fixture having a retainer provided with a locking hole provided so as to be able to penetrate a rod-shaped member or the like to be inserted and to lock the retainer. Taking the above-described embodiment as an example, in the fixture 10, the fixture 30 is fixed more firmly by providing a screw hole 34 in the retainer 30 and screwing bolts at two places of the retainer 30. However, when it is considered that the external force on the fixture 10 is not so large, the holding member may be fastened with only the first bolt while the screw hole is kept at one place. Also in this case, after the mounting fixture is installed, in order to prevent the pressing fixture crimped to the back side of the mounting portion 1 from being displaced by some external force on the mounting fixture, the holding fixture is inserted into the insertion hole of the fixing base. By providing a locking hole through which the rod-shaped member to be inserted is inserted, it is possible to prevent the displacement of the presser. Also in this attachment, a guide member is provided like the above-mentioned attachment 10, and by appropriately positioning the holding member, the operation of inserting the member into the locking hole of the holding member can be performed smoothly. Similarly, by providing the guide portion in the locking hole, the member can be inserted more smoothly.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
In the faucet component mounting tool according to the present invention, as described above, the holding tool is provided rotatably about the axis of the first bolt, and in a state where the holding tool abuts the guide member, A screw hole is formed at a position opposed to the plurality of insertion holes of the fixed pedestal, and the fixing pedestal is positioned at a position capable of holding the mounting portion in cooperation with the fixed pedestal (claim 1). Installation work can be easily performed. Further, the tip of the first bolt and the tip of the guide member are fixed to each other via the locking member (claim 2), so that the positioning of the presser can be performed more accurately. The mounting work can be made easier. Further, guide holes for guiding the tips of the bolts into the screw holes are formed in screw holes other than the screw holes into which the first bolts are screwed, provided on the holding member. Thereby (claim 3), the work of attaching to the attaching portion can be further easily performed. .
